Family Town-koti, kävely Clubhouse, lähellä alas kaupunkiin (LV213)

Lake Tahoe -tyylinen kaupunkiasunto, joka sijaitsee Lake Village -lomakeskuksessa.

Klubitalossa on pääsy biljardipöytiin, uima-altaalle ja kylpylälle. Tässä kaupunkikodissa on myös oma poreallas, josta on näkymät Tahoe-järvelle. Istu ja liota päivän päätteeksi ja katsele auringonlaskua vuorten yli kauniilla heijastusjärvellä järven rannalla.

Alat alemmalle tasolle makuuhuoneella 1, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja kylpyhuone. Yläpuolella on 2. taso, ruokailutila, keittiö, olohuone ja 1. 2 kylpyhuone. Kolmannella tasolla on pääsy yksityiseen kylpytynnyriin, makuuhuoneeseen, jossa parisänky ja täydellinen kylpyhuone.

Tämä on yksi mukavimmista paikoista lomallesi Tahoe-järvellä, poikkeuksellinen majoitusvaihtoehto hotelleille. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä maailmanluokan hiihto, vaellus, pyöräily, veneily, rannat ja kasinot.

Nevada Beach on vain 2 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja tarjoaa upean hiekkarannan auringonottoon ja uskomattomat näkymät järvelle ja vuorenhuipulle.

Fourth of July Lake Getaway

It was clean, spacious and had a rustic sheik vibe. The kitchen is easy to cook in. The hot tub on top deck was amazing. It was a great home to unwind in. We could see the fireworks from the property.

Nice place very conveniently located.

Nice place, beautiful view surrounded by the woods , clean, perfect location everything you will need is very cose, the beach , grocery stores, zephyr cove which is beautiful, tons of trails to explore and wild beaches to visit. To the other side you have the casinos and a nice boulevard to shop and eat. Recommended place.

Clean, relaxing and private

The townhome was clean and well supplied. We really liked the 3 story layout and enjoyed the rooftop hot tub immensely! And we really appreciated the blackout curtains :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Nice Stay

Nice, quiet community. Lots of decks for pleasant views. Dated carpet and some old stains, if that sort of thing bothers you. It wasn’t that bad though and didn’t bother us. Great location near the lake and Heavenly village. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifull Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and particularly appreciated the property's proximity to Stateline Nevada, and the friendly and prompt service by the property manager. The price point was great for us too. We will definitely return.

No frills, but does the trick

Lots of steps, so be mindful of that, otherwise great location and easy to get to and from. No frills, no body wash, oil, I’m not even sure we found salt, so go prepared. But overall a wonderful stay if you’re going for a short time.

Family ski vacation

The property manager was very patient with changing our dates. This is not the property we ended up staying at due to the roof leaking. I was informed of the place I chose, which was never changed in the Vrbo app, as being outdated and it definitely was but was also not that clean and had a funny smell. The property manager was notified of the smell and told me it was floor cleaner. they did allow us to check in an hour early and the cleaning person was there with a large dog which I’m allergic but we’re pretty easy-going and I didn’t say anything. The neighbors used our hot tub at 1 AM which woke us up and kept us up. Property manager was notified. He said he would take care of it. The next night they were in our hot tub again. We checked out at 4 AM and I was happy to leave! Overall, the location was great five minutes to the Boulder lift which we parked at! The view of Lake Tahoe was beautiful from the condo on a clear day. That’s the only thing I can say great about this place. we enjoyed the restaurant the fox and the hound three nights. It was basically a block away from condo!

lovely spot

This is a lovely place to stay, the location is great. You can see the lake, moon, and stars while sitting in the hot tub. Management was always quick to address our questions which I appreciated. Bring salt and pepper. This place has zero condiments which makes cooking tricky. Also, bring laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry.

Great location, ok property.

Lake Village is a great location with great amenities. The condo itself had plenty of room, but was very dark especially the kitchen where there is a single light bulb. There is not central air which is not usually a big deal in Tahoe, but half of the windows did not have screens to have them open. If you stay here be ready to climb some stairs as well, to get to the front door and getting around in the condo.

Not the cleanest

Location was nice. Close drive to the beach and town. Easy 5min drive to both. The rental itself was not impressive due to its lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Ants crawling along the cleaning in the main bedroom, sound bar that was mounted over the fireplace was melted, there was an inch of dust on the lamp in the living room. Overall, the place did its job for what we needed location wise, but the property definitely needs a good deep clean and some TLC.

Family Stay

Not an issue with the property, but we did stay during a heat wave and the house was very hot when we arrived. We were able to open windows upstairs to help air out the house, but it did take a long time. There were no ceil fans, but free standing fans were available in the house. I stayed here with my parents and kids. We had a lot of fun and the house was perfect for our size. Wish there was more kitchen items. A cookie sheet or a pan that could go into the oven would be a great addition. The house does have a lot of stairs.

Great location, needs updating

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room and very spacious. Location was great and easy to get to and from the lake. The living room had a leak from the ceiling that was dripping onto the couch and lamp. It was a a dark color and looked unappealing and we didn’t use this area at all because of it. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom upstairs also looked like it was going to fall. The hot tub was great and we were very pleased with the view! Overall a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: i am 70 and had no idea that there were so meany stairs i should have been warned over 50 steps

House on Lake Tahoe

We were supposed to stay at the 2bed 2bath condo. Unfortunately it was not available, so we got upgraded to a 3 bed 3 bath house. The house was nice and big, very cozy. At first night we didn’t have towels in the house, and the manager brought them at in a few hours. Also boiled was broken, and they fixed it at the same day. Although we didn’t get everything perfect right away, the manager was very nice and fixed all the issues in a timely manner! Very good manager. Thank you!

Place needs some TLC

We loved the location and check in/out was easy but the fan in the upstairs bedroom seemed dangerous and the patio door handle was broken. Some windows on the upper level had no screens so without air conditioning it was hard to cool down. Also some unappealing water stains on the ceiling and floor lamp in the living room.

Needs an update!

We had a good time, but the interior of the property needs an update, esp in the kitchen. The lighting was extremely poor and the cabinets were old and without knobs or handles. Some of the pans had teflon flaking off them. The hot tub lid was broke. And looked like it had for quite some time. Consequently, the water was not as hot as we would have liked. The furniture in the living room was old and unattractive. The bedrooms were fine and the bathrooms were recently updated and very nice. The view was nice but next time we’ll stay elsewhere.

Property need’s maintenance

Although this property had a great location and amenities, it is in dire need of maintenance. There is visible water damage in the main living area and a musty smell. The slider handle was broken and lampshades very visible stains. Also it just didn’t have the nice little touches of hospitality that many other properties I have stayed in have.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was pretty beat up, worn rug, stains on ceiling, needs paint, etc. Any renter should be aware there are 23 steps up to the front door, then another fifteen to the second floor, and yet another 15 to the third. So if you have any difficulty navigating steps, this property isn't for you.
