Aurinkoinen ja tilava 2,432 neliön jalka, alempi Granite Springsin kotiin kuuluu avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja 2-auton autotalli. Keittiö on kokin unelma, kun taas Master Suite on todellinen retriitti, jossa on takka ja kauniisti rakennettu suuri suihku, vaatehuone ja kansi. Koko talon lattiasta kattoon uusitaan vuonna 2012. Tämä kaunis koti on kaikki ylellisyyttä päivitykset sinun pitäisi odottaa.
Tulet 1. kerrokseen, jossa on keittiö, ruokailutila, olohuone, makuuhuone 1, jossa on queen-vuode ja tv. Käytävällä on yhteinen kylpyhuone, joka voidaan syöttää keittiön tai makuuhuoneen kautta.

Great place for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Close to town. Nice large home that worked out great for our family. The yard is fully fenced making it great for small children. The hot tub is nice. Our favorite part was the large dining room table for games. I do wish they had cleaning supplies available to the guests. We were unable to locate a broom or dustpan. There was not anything to clean off the counters with.

Family Get Away

The house was great for what we needed. We were a family of 5 with grandparents and extended family. The bedroom downstairs is the queen bed (incase anyone is traveling with elders). The couches were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and more. We couldn’t find.a remote for the DVD player which we bummed my kids out but they loved the backyard and the hot tub! There was some comments about it being dirty and there was some spots that could use extra attention but we use rentals all the time and was one of the better! The location was awesome and we would definitely stay again.

Great Birthday Weekend!

The property is just as described, it was clean, great location and had all the basics you need. I will say it would have been great to have a few extra hand towels and wash clothes as there were 8 of us, but we just did laundry to get them clean. I would also say that towels for the hot tub would have been appreciated, hate using bath towels for that type of thing.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It could've been a little cleaner, but orher than that, it was nice and roomy and in a great location!!

Do Your Homework Prior.....

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on the pictures in the description, it looks like a great place. Upon arriving the outside of the house is needing an update (rotting wood, paint, yard clean up front and back). Inside the home the structure is nice, however cleanliness is NOT priority here. The carpet is old, not clean, bumpy in spots. The benches in the picture at the dining room table are stained after years and years of use with no cleaning. The showers are dirty with stains along the side of the tubes where they havent been cleaned, and the shower curtains are dirty to the point of yellow and pink stains from years of use. The lights and fan lights have dead bugs and dirt in them which are very visible. There are ZERO instructions on how to work any of the TVs. Some worked some didn't (all different inputs, cable boxes, etc). The WIFI was not clearly defined and was spotty at best, some days it worked, some days it didn't. I did call on night one and left a message, tried to call back and reached someone who told me a different WIFI to go into then instructed on the email I received prior to arriving. He tried to walk me through the TVs, I got one working and gave up on the rest. The next day he offered to come check the TVs I politely declined as it wasn't worth the time to go back to the house to learn how to do it. There are no basic essential toiletries beyond hand soap at the sinks. There is broken dressers and pieces of beds around the house. The top rails on the bunk beds are loose. The garage houses old carpet rolls, broken beds. Banister on the steps is loose. Only one parking pass for 4 potential cars. The biggest instructions you will get is how to remove the trash and use the bear box. House was close to downtown, there is a BBQ (dirty) and Hot Tub, it has 4 bedrooms, so no lie there. Read back on older reviews and see that our experience was very similar to others as far back as 2020-2022 so no updates in years.

The hot tub out back was so fun for my 4 year old. the house also had all types of things for cooking. You so dont need to bring anything. The bathrooms were great sizes and the location was so close to downtown. I was however disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floor really needed a good mop when we got there, but unfortunately I couldn’t find a clean mop. I even went to the dollar store to buy one but the shelves were empty. The counters were clean but the drawers had crumbs in them. I also found a mouse dropping in one. We also had to kill quite a few spiders. There were lots of dead spiders too. The bathroom In the master had some throw rugs that were dirty and the one by the shower smelled. I dropped something under the master vanity and it was really dirty under there that I just threw it away.

Great location!

Our family visits South shore of Tahoe at least a couple times a year and we really enjoyed having a place so close to all the things we enjoy!! The cutest coffee shop is walking distance as well as one of the best bagel shops around House was clean and as described. The property management was very responsible in dropping off fans for us after discovering the one we had was not working

beautiful house needs lots of upkeep linens soiled and disgusting, towels filthy and stained fabric on chairs and upholstery filthy stained and deplorable. downstairs bathroom toilet broken. rugs looked like 20 years of high traffic frat parties and and food fights we were afraid to go near carpets. we almost left we bought our own towels bedding and linen to put on furniture. for the price we paid you should be ashamed. we were for you. the outside trash was too full to put our garbage in. the power went out at 9 am for a "scheduled outage" were were unaware of cutting our already paid time short. very dissapointed.

Perfect size and location

Great for large groups! Lots of places to sleep and spacious dining/kitchen/living room. Loved the jacuzzi and outdoor patio area as well with included bbq. Only improvements: place new screen in bunk bed room so that many ppl sleeping in the same place can get some air especially in the summer or include fans. The complete lack of toiletries, laundry detergent, and some cleaning supplies is disappointing. Even a small amount to get started would’ve been helpful for how much you pay to stay at the property. Last thing is the toilet downstairs wasn’t functioning properly on arrival. Just a few small improvements otherwise very clean, great size and overall amazing property and location, very clean too!!

Not bad

Lack of Cleanliness was one thing that we noticed. The same dining set that are on the opening picture were so dirty that we didn’t even use them, plus the bench leg was broken and not safe to sit on. Beds were clean and comfortable, good size house for 6 people and two kids. bbq grill was super dirty and couldn’t use it either. Kitchen had some useful things. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great Tahoe getaway!

This house was perfect to celebrate my friends 40th birthday! It was a couple minute drive to the casinos which was very convenient for our plans. The jacuzzi was a plus! The kitchen and master bedroom was awesome. The automatic fireplace was also a nice touch! If I could give a critique would be the beds were not very comfortable, they were old and worn down where people have laid on them. Also the TV’s were old and couldn’t get a couple of them to work. But overall this didn’t effect the great time that we had!

Snowboarding weekend

The property was awesome! We all enjoyed the stay in the house. Beautiful inside and quiet outside! The literal only problem we had with the house was the door handles; not sure if they’re just older and not working properly but it was hard to open the front door from the inside of the house.

Great family cabin!

This cabin was an amazing space to spend time with family. The layout is open and spacious and a lot of seating in the common areas. Hot tub was clean and working. Amazing location- very close to everything. Property management was friendly, easy to contact and was able to provide an early and late check out. Only complaint is the beds are a little rough on our backs being adults in our 30’s. Otherwise a great stay!
