Everything You Need

Comfort and Location!!!

wedding trip

Attended a wedding at the Bush House in Passe A Grille. This rental was right across the street so it was like staying at the house with the wedding party. It was a short (3min) walk to the beach too which was nice.

Location Location Location!

We had a great stay and the location can’t be beat. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Property states that it sleeps 5 comfortably. I’d say that’s a little bit of a stretch. We made it work and the property owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would probably not come back as a family of 4 and try to stay somewhere a little bigger. All in all, would definitely come back to this location, especially to the other property on site that has an additional bedroom.

Perfect location and owner Cory was extremely nice. Clean, safe and comfortable.

Spent a week with my daughter- visiting my parents. Had anything you could want for the beach. I timed it- 45 second walk to a very quiet part of the beach. Stayed up by the dunes relaxing and watching the people walking up from St. Pete to the grill. So fun.

Perfect for our needs!

We are from the area and come back every year for our kids spring break! This year we only had our one son so the space was perfect. Two minute walk to the beach and a nice stroll to our favorite spots on 8th Avenue! Cory could not have been more accommodating and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Thank you Cory for an excellent spring break experience!

Wonderful

We have been traveling to Pass-a-Grille for 30 years. This property was exceptional. If you love the beach this is the place for you. It takes 30 seconds to have your feet in the sand. The location to the beach is awesome! The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Cory, the owner, was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy his property. This property had nothing missing and we can't wait to stay here again! Thank you Cory.

Back Again!

This was our third time back to Cory's. Cory's place is like coming home for us. We have everything we need right down to the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Take a left out the front door and you are on St Pete Beach. The location is perfect because you can walk to everything Pass-a-Grille has to offer. You can't meet a nicer host. He genuinely cares about making sure that you have EVERYTHING you need while you are staying here. He is always available to answer questions and make suggestions about where to go while in town. We are already planning our trip back in November. Thank you Cory and family for allowing us to stay in your home. WE LOVE IT!

Great spot - walk to beach in seconds.

Totally redone after hurricane. Great 1-bedroom/one bath apartment with parking for two cars. Everything is new. Bedroom has a queen bed. New recliner sofa folds flat on each end for additional guest. You can see the beach walkway entrance from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all provided. Corey is a great host and is responsive and helpful. Quiet safe spot on Pass-a-Grille with beautiful quiet stretch of beach. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. My wife and I would stay again.

Great location, space, and host

This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. There is a coffee maker and toaster so we made breakfast every day! The bed is comfortable. A/C works well and so does the hot water. Many thanks to Corey! Don't be afraid to call him, which is the most efficient way of reaching out. We can't wait to go back!

St Petersburg beach house

Great location steps away from a beautiful beach and Cory is the best host you will ever find. We were only staying two nights but we will definitely be back and plan for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend.

Amazing location!

A real gem. We will be back. This place is one. House away from a beautiful beach. Because there is no public beach parking on this road, we had the beach to ourselves. Restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The place is great and we had everything we needed. Cory was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect in Pass-a-Grille

Corey’s place was perfect for our needs. SUPER clean and really well-apppointed. The beach is literally just steps away and you feel like you own it because there are so few others around. There are two restaurants plus a convenience store within a few blocks, and we made use of all three. We were a tad confused about the check-in process but that’s because I missed a call from Corey. Regardless, it didn’t delay us getting into the unit and he even let us in a bit early since it was ready. The bed was really comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept really great. The only thing I wish I had was a roll of aluminum foil or some dollar store disposable foil pans for leftover reheating. We would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Pass A Grille and Cory made sure everything was perfect! He provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and water and was readily available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning and just a few steps from the beach.
