Tämä upea koti on kuin mikään muu täällä Sunriverissä. Tämä koti on tilava tarpeeksi mahtuu suuri ryhmä ilman tungosta.  Sen säteilevän lämmitettävän värjätyn betonilattian ja ilmastoinnin ansiosta voit olla mukava säästä riippumatta.   Pikemminkin olla ulkona? On kaksi kannet 800 m² ylimääräinen oleskelutila, jotka sopivat suuria kokoontumisia (ottaa häät?), sekä erillinen, yksityinen poreallas patio odottaa sinua. Pyöräretkellä missä tahansa Sunriverissä yhdessä 6 aikuisen pyörän kanssa!

Rakastat uusinta tekniikkaa koko kodin. Viihdettä varten voit nauttia suuressa televisiossa tai elokuvateatterissa kotiteatterijärjestelmässä. Nauti perhehuoneen baarissa, jossa on oma jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni soodalle ja popcornille elokuvan aikana. Tai käytä mitä tahansa televisiota kussakin makuuhuoneessa katsomalla tai videopelien pelaamista omalla tavalla. Ilmainen internet sekä langattomissa että huoneen Ethernet-portteissa.

Yläkerrassa Great Room on tilava, jotta kaikki vieraat voivat mukavasti kokoontua. Keittiömestarit voivat valmistaa nopean ja helpon buffetaamiaisen tai gourmet-aterian keittiömestarin suosikkilaitteiden täydellisessä sviitissä: 5-polttimen kaasukäyttöinen kokki, täydellinen kiertoilmauuni, mikroaaltouuni, kaksi pesuainetta, suuri jääkaappi pohja-pakastimella ja super- -keittiö astianpesukoneessa. 25 jalkaa graniittiset työtasotilaa varten on tilaa, että useat istuvat aterioiden valmistuksessa ja puhdistamisessa. Tietenkin on täydellinen täydennysvälineet ja keittiötarvikkeet kaikkiin tilaisuuksiin ja tarpeisiin sekä uusi keittokattila ja keurig-keittokoneet (vieraiden tulee tuoda omat kahvi ja K-Cupit). Ateria-istumapaikkoja on 12 sisällä, tai käytä kaasu BBQ patio kannelle, kun sää on liian mukava pysyä sisätiloissa.

9 Mt. Rose Lane voi mukavasti nukkua 12 + vieraita 3 King Master sviittiä, 1 Full makuuhuone, 1 kerrossänky makuuhuone 2 sarjaa Twin vuodetta, ja täysin suljettu mediahuone / den kanssa Queen size-vuodesohva.

Lovely Home

We had a great time at this lovely home. The only problem was that the hot tub was not very hot and the weather was unseasonably cold. Otherwise, we would be happy to stay at this home again.

Family Getaway

Had a great time and a lovely stay at this location! The house seemed bigger than the pictures, which was a bonus! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy all the outdoor activities. Great location in Sunriver, just a short drive to the village, and easy to get back out on Hwy 97!

Great Family Reunion Spot

Family vacation

Needed a big house for Family vacation- house is big and comfortable. Two Separate living rooms. One for adults and one for younger adults. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Questions and concerns were answers promptly by staff. We would stay again.

Attractive, roomy, well- equipped property suited our large family gathering perfectly. We were disappointed that - even with trouble- shooting advice from the host- we couldn’t het the tv in the theater room to work, but it didn’t spoil our stay mor would it prevent us from returning.

Beautiful home!

This house is amazing! Perfect for our family, bedrooms on each floor so that everyone has a bit of privacy. We had 3 generations staying in the house. Big well stocked kitchen, a dining table to accommodate a large family. Low maintenance floors instead of carpet, big deck with plenty of seating. Check in time wasn’t until 5:00 which was later than we had hoped but on the flip side, this house is large, takes time to clean between guests, and was very clean. I would recommend this house for large groups and would definitely stay here again!

Another great Sunriver vacation

Spent two amazing weeks in Sunriver! Location was good for us as it was very easy access in/out of Sunriver. If you want to be closer to the village etc this may not be the spot for you but for us it was perfect. Very spacious for all 11 of us. Plenty of space to relax without being on top of each other. Media room was perfect for nightly movies and hanging out for the kids. Beds were super comfortable which isn’t always the case when you travel. Only thing that could have made the stay better was Sharc passes being included in the stay as majority of the houses in Sunriver offer this. Would have been nice to have as they also get you access to the marina for river float destinations. Even without the passes we have a great time in the house. Thank you!

Big place for all to enjoy

Loved the big deck, lots of room, table for 10 for dinner or games. Enough room for 11 to eat outside. Nice jacuzzi. 3 rooms with own bathroom. Ping pong table and bikes were a nice addition. We used it a lot.

Great for multi-family groups!

We had three couples and one infant and each of us were able to have our own space. But there was still a great common area with the living room/kitchen/dining room for us all to hang out. Would definitely stay again!

Well equipped kitchen. Heating system with radiant floor heat and forced air kept house warm. Almost too hot and I couldn’t figure out how to regulate it. Nice bathrooms.

Overall everything a about the house was terrific.

House was huge! Definitely did not feel like there were 10 people staying in the house. It was clean and had everything you need. The bikes were a lot of fun riding on miles of beautiful trails. The only problem I had with the house was that the management said check in was at 4:30 and last minute they said we couldn’t check in until 6.

November 2017 Stay

The positives: The kitchen was large, well stocked and a great space for our 2 families I to enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend. The bikes were well maintained and helmets were provided. The robes were a nice touch. The negatives: There were not any other rooms in the house that could accommodate the entire group of 9 (4 adults and 5 teens). The theater room sat 5; the hot tub just 4 and the living room just 7. The sound system in the theatre was not hooked up correctly. Many of the lights in the house were out and while we could have had them replaced while we were there, we chose not too. Neither of the two ping pong tables had a net. One was delivered quickly when I requested. Thank you The TV in the main living space is so small it was impossible to enjoy the parade and civil war game. TVs in a few of the bedrooms were also small for the size of the room. This house was not worth the money and I would not recommend.

We were there with two families for 4 nights, and we had plenty of room for everyone, adults and kids included. The home was updated with some very nice appointments and amenities. It wasn't close to the village, but being that it was a long holiday weekend, we were away from the crowds and it was very quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our group and of course we loved everything about only complaint, and I should've notified office at the time...but there was a bloody paper towel in the bucket on the front porch and some of the bed linens had dried blood on them. Pretty sure housekeeping cut a finger and didn't notice right away.And then left without checking or emptying the bucket. If we are ever lucky enough to stay there in the future, I would choose this home again!
