Pikku Islandin unelmakotimme, jossa mukana golfkärry ja lautta

Meidän huoneisto on täydellinen paikka paeta viikossa tai kuukaudessa. Pieni Gasparilla -saari on yksityinen ja eristäytynyt estesaari. Siihen pääsee vain veneellä tai lautalla. Saarella ei ole teitä tai liikennettä. Voit kävellä mailia valkoisilla hiekkarannoilla etsiessäsi kuoria, haiden hampaita tai hiekkaa dollaria. Nauti luonnosta ja saa katseen delfiineistä, manaateista, kilpikonnista, pelikaaneista ja muista villieläimistä. Kauniit, rauhalliset auringonlaskut vievät hengityksen. Pulahda lämmitettyyn uima-altaaseemme tai lauttamatka mantereelle mantereelle. Jos sinulla on vene, jonka koko on 21. 5 jalkaa pienempi, telakoi se yhteisötelakallamme. Esiintymiskohtaisesti on 33 telakkalaskua.
Huoneistomme on 3 kerrosta korkea ja siinä on melko uudet kalusteet. Kun saavut yksikkömme, olet pohjakerroksessa. Tässä ulkona olevassa olohuoneessa on mukavat tuolit, ruokapöytä, jossa on neljä istuinta, 2 kattotuuletin ja radio / cd-soitin nauttiaksesi suosikkimusiikistasi. Tämä tila on ihana nauttia päivällä tai rentoutua yöllä pehmeän valonhehkujen avulla, jotka ympäröivät yksikköämme. Nauti kauniista kukistavista kasveista ja orkideoista, jotka lisäävät Floridan trooppista tunnelmaa. Siellä on kätevä pöytä, joka taittuu alas, joten se on kätevä käyttää grillattaessa tai buffetina ruokailla ulkona. Lisäksi on autotalli, jossa on golfkärrymme, hiiligrilli, rantatuolit ja aurinkovarjo. Golfkärry on vuokralaisten käytettävissä. Kun nouset portaita ylös, pääset tärkeimmälle oleskelutilaan. Toinen kerros koostuu olohuoneesta, keittiöstä, makuuhuoneesta, kylpyhuoneesta ja näytöksestä Lanaissa. Olohuoneessa on 47 'LED HD Smart Televisio, jossa on suora TV-satelliitti sekä DVD-soitin ja valikoima DVD-levyjä koko perheelle nauttia. Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Se on varustettu mikroaaltouunilla, astianpesukoneella, kahvinkeittimellä, tehosekoittimella, crock-potilla ja kaikella, mitä ruoanlaittoon ja tarjoiluun tarvitaan. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja 42 'LED HD Smart Televisio, blu-ray-soitin ja digitaalinen satelliitti. Kuistilla turvatarkastettu pyöreä pöytä ja 4 tuolia sekä vaatekaappi täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla sekä säilytystilaa.
Kun siirryt kierreportaita ylöspäin, olet kolmannella tasolla. Sieltä löydät 2 queen-size-vuodetta, lipasto, jossa on 42 'LED HD -televisio, blu-ray-soitin ja digitaalinen satelliitti. Suljetulla parvella oli oma kylpyhuone ja vaatekaappi. Lapsille on mukava oleskelualue, jossa on koripalloja sisältäviä lautapelejä. Parvella voit nauttia upeista näkymistä lahdelle.

Perfect Florida Vacation

This was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken. LGI is my new favorite place. Maria was very nice and very easy to deal with. The unit has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Carts and Ferry the only issue.

LGI is a piece of paradise and Hideaway Bay Condos are ideally situated. Maria and Jorge’s property was perfect for us. Sadly we gave a 3* for check in as the Ferry and cart situation had issues both for us checking in and checking out. Basically upon arrival on a Saturday arriving at 3:15 for the 4pm ferry there were no carts. But LOTS of people arrived after us and when the ferry returned from the island late, well after 4 with 6 carts it was a mad scramble. The captain did eventually take charge and went by the sign in list to delegate these few carts. Leaving on the next Saturday, we went down to get a cart @7am for the 8am ferry departure and there was only 1 cart! Arrived at the dock at 7:30 with our cart and there were 18 people already signed in on the list but only 2 were present with their cart! Clearly, people take the carts the night before and they go sign in but do not remain at the dock with their carts as per rules😕

Magical family vacation spot

The property is warmly furnished and maintained with obvious love. The outdoor seating area is a great aspect. The inside is well equipped and furnished. The multistory structure provides a lot of space and opportunity for privacy. The setting is spectacular with breathtaking sunsets. The property owner, Maria, was a wonderful help to us by answering the few questions we had. We hope very much to go back.

Paradise

Lovely spot both inside and out! Short walk to the beach and the pool. The beach was awesome! Shells, shells and more shells! It was so fun searching for sharks teeth (which becomes easy once you spot one). The outdoor area was wonderful, comfy chairs, ceiling fans and beautiful plants and flowers. Maria was a joy to work with and was quick to help us solve the one little problem we had. Ferry was a blessing and the captains were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this condo and LGI if you want total relaxation and beautiful sunsets.

Little Piece of Paradise!

We loved our stay in Little Gasparilla! It was absolutely relaxing in every way! Maria’s condo was just perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples from the Midwest). The condo was decorated so nicely and was truly inviting throughout the entire place. It had great updates in the bathroom as well as newer appliances in the kitchen and laundry. There was even an air fryer in the kitchen, and everything else we needed for all of our meals. One of our favorite spots in the condo was a lovely downstairs open air “hang out” area. We loved the comfortable furniture in this area and spent time relaxing there every day after a wonderful day on the island. Each morning we had breakfast on the cute little screened in porch overlooking a nice greenspace with a slight view of the water. There were amazing Tommy Bahama type beach chairs as well as noodles and such for our beach days. We enjoyed exploring the island, taking a fun 2-hour boat cruise with Captain Willy, walking the beach, and just plain relaxing on the beach. Everyone was so nice on the island…we made so many new friends. Maria was great to work with, and answered all of my questions before booking, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a true getaway from all the hustle and bustle…. in a little piece of paradise… THIS is your place! Susan from KC

I loved the island. It takes a bit to get used to planning with the ferry. The condo was okay. It was "surface" clean. The mattresses were very old and worn. The BBQ pit had passed it's usefulness.

Great LGI Vacation!

The condo and owners are fantastic! We were a little nervous going to a secluded island with our four kids. Maria does a great job. Once we arrived all our worries were put to rest. Our family had an amazing time. This is truly a hidden gem. We'll be back! Just a little longer next time.

Perfect Week

We have stayed at the Hideaway three times now, our 1st time with Maria. The amenities are excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, linens and towels are clean and fresh. All kinds of beach gear including a beach cart which saved the day. We hit it perfect, mid 80's sunny and a east winds all week. We will be back, 2 weeks next time.

This condo was super clean and a short distance to the beach. We loved the convenience of the ferry to get back and forth to the island the captain’s were always friendly and helpful. The owner Maria is very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions within a reasonable time frame. Perfect Getaway From It All

If you are looking to get away from it all and have a relaxing time, this is the perfect place. The home was immaculate with all of the amenities (incl. a washer/dryer so pack lite!) The owner provides almost everything you need (floaties, fishing poles, beach chairs, etc) so you can just relax and not worry about a thing. Being a private island, the beach was always not crowded and the water so inviting. This is the perfect place to take a break from the world and just relax.

Perfect condo for our short stay on LGI

This is the second Hideaway Bay Condo that we have rented. Even though the layout is the same, we enjoyed the more updated look of this condo. Our two children (11 and 8) enjoyed sleeping in the loft beds. They loved the softness of the mattresses! The king size bed, in the master bedroom, also has a soft mattress (or mattress pad pillow top). Excellent WiFi signal! Unfortunately, the kids still needed to keep up with their schoolwork. Great places to hang out! The lanai has a little view of the Bay. You can also cool off just by relaxing on the deck, which is underneath the condo. And of course, it is really close to the ocean! The neighbors are great, too! :)

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

My sister, best friend and I loved the condo and the condo area. From the condo it is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the ferry / pool area. The golf cart was nice to take things to and from the beach but really not necessary as everything is so close - unless you want to visit other parts of the island. We enjoyed the slice of beach near the condo that we didn't do much exploring. The condo itself is well-stocked. Beach chairs, coolers, beach towels - everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. The ground level area is set up to enjoy a cook out, play cards - plenty of seating and table space. The lanai has a view of the water - and you can walk to the edge and put your kayaks in or floats - very cool. Every room has a ceiling fan (lanai and ground floor included) which made the AC unnecessary for us as the ocean breezes were wonderful along with the fans. Maria is such a gracious hostess. We got in late to the area and a storm hit as we were grabbing a bite to eat. We were so worried that we wouldn't get over to the island due to the weather. Maria was in touch with us making sure we got to the condo OK and she reached out to the ferry captain to make sure he knew we were arriving. Sure enough the storm blew over and we were able to get on the last ferry that night! The captains are wonderful and make every attempt to make sure the guests get where they need to go. Really - we didn't run into any one that wasn't pleasant, welcoming and enjoying the area. I will definitely return to the island and most definitely stay at Maria's island dream condo again. Don't hesitate to book! OH - and the sunsets and sunrises!!!! Gorgeous.

Family vacay

Wow ! Our first LGI stay was amazing. Location felt private. Weather was perfection. Condo was adorable and provided a comfy place to retreat after a day exploring and relaxing. Outdoor deck and grilling area were much used and appreciated. Pool was nice to mix up all the beach time. The decor was so fun and beachy. Will be back for another family vacay.

Peaceful and Quiet

Being on LGI was a new adventure for us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Being close to the lovely beach was very convenient. The rental was as shown in the pictures and had a full array of amenities.

My husband and I have been married for over 32 years and we have three wonderful sons. We grew up in Dade County Florida and when we got married we moved to Broward County Florida. We visited LGI back in 2014 and three months later we became owners. We had such a nice experience and want to share our little hidden treasure with other families. You will feel totally relaxed during your stay on the island. This is truly "Old Florida".

I heard about Little Gasparilla Island after watching an episode on HGTV in May 2014. We booked a vacation and stayed here for week in August 2014. This place is so relaxing and everyone is so friendlly. My boys loved fishing, going to the beach and exploring the island on golf carts. We loved it so much we started looking for a place for us. In November 2014 we purchased our property which we consider a slice of heaven. You will enjoy nice long walks on the beach, refreshing time in the pool or just a time to sit and relax on the ground floor of out unit.

My family loves this condo for several reasons. My husband and the boys love to fish. There are so many places on the island to fish. You can fish from the docks, beach or take a boat out to the gulf. I love the tranquility and peace of mind I feel here at LGI(Little Gasparilla Island). The people on the island are so friendly. I love sitting on the beach just listening to the waves or looking at the birds. I find I can truly relax here and disconnect from the hussle and bussle of living in a large city. When I want to go shopping (my favorite sport), I simply ride the ferry to the mainland and off I go. Once you experience Little Gasparilla Island, you will fall in love with it just as my husband and I did.
