Kaunis, moderni, toimeenpaneva 4000 neliömetrin koti, joka sijaitsee rentouttavassa Estrella Mountain Ranch -yhteisön Goodyear-yhteisössä. 5 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyä, joihin mahtuu yli 10 vierasta. Kotimme sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujaisella tien päällä vain muutaman minuutin päässä Pohjois- ja Etelä-järvestä ammattimaisesti maisemoidulla takapihalla. Nauti oman kylpyläsi, uima-altaan ja ruokasalin keitaasi yksityisyydessä. Uusi takapihan asettelu lisää tilaa!

Kaunis tilava kotimme on suunniteltu mukavuudeksi ja viihdyttäväksi. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on graniittitasot, kaasuliesi ja paljon kaappeja. Valtava graniittisaari tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa ylimääräisten vieraiden vastaanottamiselle ja istuttamiselle sekä keittiöpöytä, johon mahtuu 8. Siellä on sisäänrakennettu sihteeripalvelu kaikkien tapahtumien pitämiseksi järjestyksessä.

Suuri huone virtaa keittiöstä ja sisältää kaasutakan ja minibaarin. Minibaari on täysin varustettu pesuallas, mini jääkaappi, tehosekoitin ja lasit. Rentoudu mukavissa nahkasohvilla tai lepotuolissa ja nauti 75 tuuman HDTV: stä, jossa on DVR, ja Bose-äänijärjestelmä. Suuri liukulasiovi avautuu laajentamaan ulkoilua, viihdettä.

Jos haluat rauhallisen paikan, muodollisen ruokasalin vieressä on iso olohuone, jossa holvikatot, 10-paikkainen. Viihtyisien sohvien ja tuolien avulla voit rentoutua kirjan kanssa tai keskustella hienosti. Yli kokoiset ikkunat näyttävät rauhalliselta takapihalle. Ilmastointi, kattotuuletin ja puu kaihtimet koko talossa.

Talon ulkoasu sisältää 1 queen-makuuhuone alakerrassa, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Pesutupa, jossa edessä oleva pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ylimääräinen jääkaappi, jos tarvitset ylimääräistä tilaa ruokaa varten. Yläkerrassa on 4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta, Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, 46 tuuman HDTV Blue Ray -soittimella ja ikkunat näköalalla. 2 isoa vaatekaapia, suihku, kylpyamme, wc, kaksinkertainen pesuallas-turhamaisuus. Tämä Master Suite on tarpeeksi suuri nukkumaan koko perheellesi!

Muita makuuhuoneita. Toinen king-size-vuode 36 tuuman HDTV: llä, jossa Blue Ray -soitin. Kolmannen makuuhuoneen queen-size-vuode. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, 36 tuuman HDTV Blue Ray -soittimella ja 2 ylimääräistä räjäyttävää vuodetta, joissa kaikki vuodevaatteet. Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret vaatekaapit, uudet Sealy Posturepedic -sängyt, lisähuovat ja kattotuuletin. Täysikokoisessa kylpyhuoneessa yläkerrassa on suihku / amme ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas-turhamaisuus pyyhkeillä kaikkien muiden makuuhuoneiden majoittamiseen.

Jos tarvitset ylimääräistä säilytystilaa, yläkerrassa on saatavana kaapit ja sisäänrakennettu parisänky, jossa lapset voivat viettää aikaa tietokoneidensa kanssa pelataksesi. WiFi on käytettävissä talossa. 3 autotalli autotalli oven avaaja mukana.

Takapihallamme on 3 ulkona asuintilaa, jotka ympäröivät spaa, uima-allasta ja kaasutakkaa. Syömiskokemus voi olla auringossa tai varjossa, koska ammattimainen maisemoitu takapihamme rivitalo on takana olevan luonnonsuojelualueen kanssa. Kivipöytä 6 isännälle aamuauringossa. Voit myös valita täyden katetun terassin ruokailu- ja bistropöydällä mahtuuksesi 8. Rentoudu neljässä aurinkotuolissa ja uima-altaalle roiskuvan vesiputousäänen ääressä. Vesikellot ja pyyhkeet. Täysikokoinen grilli, sivupoltin ja prep-laskuri tarjoavat tilaa, kun perheesi kokoontuu keskustelukylän ympärille rentoutumiseen. Jos sen tähti katselee mieluummin, istu kaasutakan ympärille tai rentoudu kylpylässä.

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our family. House was beautiful with a wildlife area behind it. Very quiet neighborhood. Dean was super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay in Goodyear area. We had 3 families stay for a baseball tourney and it was perfect with the pool, kitchen well-equipped and everything we needed. Good communication and everything was easy with the process!

Thanksgiving 2022

This is a very nice home in a beautiful area Southwest of Phoenix. It's spacious and inviting. We had some issues that had nothing to do with the house it's self. Just make sure to remind the host of your arrival the day before so the pool and spa will be ready and be mindful of the neighbors. Always take pics of any issues /damage to the place upon arrival to CYA. The house is amazing though!

Algae in pool & house disappointing

We arrived to find the pool green and full of algae. Contacted the owner immediately and he sent in the pool company right away however it took 3 of the 4 days of our stay for the pool water to be clear. So we basically had no pool for our sun holiday. Owner gave us a partial refund. HOWEVER, we would have rather had a usable pool. The house was ok - good layout and well stocked kitchen. Could use some TLC...broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, furnishings a bit dated. Not sparkling clean. Can't recommend.

Pool/ Hot tub heater didn’t work

The house was beautiful and clean. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub heater broke on the third day. We changed rental homes for the heated pool because of coming when it is cooler at night. Everything else was great

The perfect getaway!

We rented this house for an event our company was hosting out in Buckeye. I truly wish we had more time to just lounge around the gorgeous, spacious house! It definitely exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to hopefully have the chance to stay again!

A great time was had by all

We have just spent 8 Day's at Dean's place for a Family get together, our group of 8 Adults had plenty of room as this house is quite spacious. The temperature was in the 90's everyday so most all of our time was spent in or around the heated pool which also has plenty of shade if needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, we also enjoyed all of the walking paths daily. Thank you once again, we look forward to returning. MH, Battleground, WA

Beautiful home and location

We rented this home for a family visit. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool has an amazing waterfall feature we all loved. The pool could have been cleaned before we arrived as there was quite a bit of debris on the bottom. Other than that we throughly enjoyed the outdoors area. There are great nature trails for nice walks at the end of the street, which we enjoyed. The house backs up to a nature preserve giving the area privacy and beauty. We spotted lots of quail and hummingbirds. There is a shopping center nearby which made picking up groceries for our stay convenient. We made good memories from our stay!

Great House and Location!

This was a spacious, comfortable house for a family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we wanted or needed The kids loved the big pool and there was a wonderful in ground fire pit in the seating area by the pool to take the chill out of the air when the sun went down. We loved being away from the city lights so we could do a little star watching. The owner and property manager were readily available to help with any issues that came up.

Great Stay

The house is large and very comfortable and the backyard is a relaxing oasis. The neighborhood and community are friendly, inviting, and quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this home to others. It was a wonderful vacation for our whole family.

Relaxing

We had a good time in a quiet neighborhood. Dean and Mariann responded quickly to calls or text messages...The pool/spa and outdoor grill were our favorite spots..We enjoyed 70% to 80% weather and want to come back. C. Troyer

Team's favorite property

The golf team has stayed at several VRBO properties throughout the season and over my 16 years as a division I men's golf team. This by far has been the team's favorite location we have stayed at. Our assistant coach said not to write too good of review because we didn't want someone to rent during our week! Plenty of room for the players upstairs and the en-suite bathroom downstairs is great for the coach. The outdoor space is awesome, grill, pool and spa (that works great and is hot!). The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to prepare a meal for 10 or more and plenty of seating! Plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. We have probably stayed at this property 5 or 6 years, the team was disappointed when I told them it was booked the week of our tournament in Goodyear, last year. As they always look forward to staying here, even though it is about 10 or 15 minutes farther away from course then staying at the host hotel. Anyone with teenagers knows they do not give up an extra 10 to 15 minutes of sleep easily, so that in itself should tell you how much they love this house! For me the best part of renting is the owner, communication is unbelievable, he gets back to you right away. The service light was on the heater for the spa (spa and heater was still working fine), we called just to let him know the light was on and service was probably coming up soon. He had someone out there to look at it the next day and by the time we got back from golf the light was off! Property is really close to Estrella Golf club, and short drive down to the Cincinnati Reds, spring training facility. There is also a great little park with a lake/pond that you can walk around and some trails too.

Wedding Trip

Enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and worked well for our family that had arrived to attend a wedding. We had 12 adults and everyone was very comfortable. There was enough space for family time as well as alone time. Nice to sit around the pool and sunbathe. We all wished that the spa worked and would heat up. Spending time in the spa was something we were all looking forward to to...so that was a bit of a letdown. The pool was also a bit dusty (as pools are in AZ during the spring to summer months) and dirty though we managed to still enjoy some pool time. Owner is very easy to work with and great at keeping in contact. Overall our whole group would recommend this property or even select to stay there in our own future trips to AZ.

Great spot

It was awesome set up we did have a/c issues that were not fixed which caused my mother in law some struggles with heat up stairs. Everything else was as advertised, owner easy to contact and tried to be helpful. Would revisit again

Well appointed, with many amenities included. If you are visiting Phoenix, must consider reserving.

I plan annual trips between Florida and Phoenix for a party of 7. This house had it all. The owner was timely in responding to the booking and any questions we had. The home was well appointed, beds comfortable, Kitchen had many newer appliances and cookery items you have at home. The home overall felt spa like and the pool was equally wonderful. Definitely a 5 star home. We will be back.

This house was fabulous for the whole family. There were 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 teens and there was lots of room for all of us to hang out in the house and by the pool. We had a a wonderful stay! Dean was great, very easy to reach with any questions and super helpful! Thank you!!

Beautiful home with lots of room. Well equipped

We loved renting this home for a week. It was close to Goodyear Ball park. The pool was clean and the fire pit was a favorite place to sit in the evenings. The walking path around the lake was easy to get to and was very pretty. The kitchen was well equipped! Our group had a great time in this lovely home.

Just a great time

Awesome house! Roomy and very well kept. Spent majority of our time by the pool. With the grill, firepit and spa our nights were just so much fun. The kitchen was spacious and food prep so easy. Just beautiful! Couldn't have asked for better or more.

Amazing house with lots of space!

This house is fantastic! With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all cooking supplies and utensils. The kids loved swimming in the pool! Even though it was a little chilly outside, the pool heater kept the pool lovely. Dean is attentive to every detail and easily reachable with any questions. We would definitely rent this house again!!!!
