Kotimme sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ East BeachistÀ ja lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ Watch Hillin ja Bay St. -kauppojen keskustasta. Se on hyvin yksityinen sijainti yksinÀinen uima-allas, kansi, takapiha ja nÀytön kuisti.

Suurimmassa osassa kodin seiniÀ on tÀyspitkÀt ikkunat, joiden avulla talossa on runsaasti luonnollista valoa. Really beautiful place with plenty of room and superb kitchen. Nice street and location in Watch Hill generally, but the best part is that the place is literally a few minutes’ walk to East Beach. Pool is seductive, beautiful, well-maintained, as is the outdoor space generally. The pictures are not exaggerations. We would come back in a minute.

Great family beach and pool vacation

We had a wonderful family trip - we loved enjoying the pool and having the beach a short walking distance away. The beach was quiet, not crowded and the town was nearby.

The Best

We had so much fun and pleasantly surprised how close we were to East Beach. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals and the sunroom was perfect, my favorite place to be! Rain or shine. My kids grew up visiting their grandparents every summer in Nantucket. They said this was the best vacation they’ve ever had. It was also exciting they got to see Olivia Culpo heading to her wedding at Watch Hill Chapel. We hope to come back !!

Amazing

This is a gem. The house and pool are top notch. It is a quiet secluded location and only a 5 minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches on the east coast.

Farm house beach retreat

Overall, this was beautiful hidden gem 5 min walk to beach. House was roomy and felt like home. Loved the old doors and fold out windows to the screened in porch! Pool was a plus since we like pool and beach. Beach was tops! Not many people and beautiful. There are many modern touches and some old farm style. I would recommend if you want to splurge like we did~

Lovely spot for a relaxing getaway

A group of 8 friends got together for a long weekend and we hardly left the property as this house had everything we needed! The kitchen is very well equipped which we loved since we cooked all weekend. The windows that open onto the patio and the deck/pool area were perfect for relaxing and visiting. We'd definitely come back to this spot for another getaway!

On arrival key was not where it was supposed to be. The dishwasher was full. The garbage cans were full. The house was very very hot. The house was extremely dirty! The house smelled. The property was very poorly attended to and inside and outside! I would never recommend this property. Watch Hill is a very exclusive community and we paid a substanial amount of money to stay here. I expected a spotless well maintained property. It was actually very disgusting inside and outside this property. VRBO this property makes you guys look BAD!!

Very Pleasant Stay!

Rental process was easy. Neighborhood and property were outstanding. Very close to East Beach and the backyard pool was nice to have. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Picture perfect in every way!

Perfect location and accommodating owners

Our family spent a fabulous week at this perfectly located cottage! We enjoyed the pool everyday, walked to the beach in the afternoons and into town a few times for ice cream. The owners are friendly and responsive.

Relaxing in Watch Hill

Our family of five just finished a perfect week in Watch Hill. This home beautifully combined the relaxed feel of a tropical open air villa with the timeless elegance so unique to Watch Hill. The beautifully landscaped pool, deck and screened in porch provided a perfect retreat. A pristine beach was just a short walk away and felt quite private. We really felt like we were outside from sunrise to sunset. The owners were so gracious by making sure that their home had everything that we needed and checked in with us throughout the week. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return in the future.

Tranquility

My husband and I just returned home from a delightful stay at Bienvenuto and we're already thinking about a return trip. The property was everything we hoped for and more . . . well-equipped gourmet kitchen, large great room with comfy couches for TV-watching, reading, or napping. . . quality through-out. Short walk to beach or stay in and listen to waves breaking on the shore from the secluded gardens, patio and pool area. The owner happened to be there when we arrived and he couldn't have been more welcoming. Alex, the on-site care-taker, also made sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't have great weather, we had a wonderful, restorative stay.

Paradise

We spent the month of July at this gorgeous home and had the vacation of a lifetime. The house itself is in the perfect location in Watch Hill - steps from the beach and short walking distance to the Ocean House and the Bay Street shops, but on the most peaceful back road where you could go a day without a car driving by. The open layout of the house was perfect for us, and the kids loved the pool, deck and yard. East Beach is unbelievable (our favorite on the East Coast!). Cannot wait to book next summer!

Couldn't Have Asked for Anything Better

We had three generations stay over for two weeks and enjoy this amazing gem of a rental. You could smell the ocean from the large screened in porch or sit out on the deck by the pool to catch sun in a very private, quiet setting. The cook's kitchen is to die for even though the Ocean House is walking distance along with nearby towns no more than 10 or 15 minutes away by car with delightful restaurants and shopping. There is plenty to do for children and adults, but we mostly stayed on property as the home's charm and beautiful design welcome you in from the moment you put your bags down. On site laundry and full central air conditioning added an extra layer of comfort, not to mention the four large bedrooms with high ceilings. The owner and family respond to any questions (not that you will have any) almost immediately by text and that makes a world of difference when traveling. The beach access is walking only which essentially left us alone to enjoy the sand - which was of such a fine quality it rivals the Caribbean in my opinion. We will definitely be coming back provided it's not already booked up a year in advance! It's your choice - swim in the pool in the morning and sun at the beach after lunch or the reverse. Choices, choices...

Best Vacation of My Life

My family and I rented this gorgeous house for the first two weeks of July. I could not have asked for a better experience. The house is absolutely perfect with four spacious bedrooms (including the master suite) and three full bathrooms. The pool area, deck and screen porch were wonderful for entertaining, and the kids loved playing in the huge back yard. The neighborhood is so quite and pristine - we could not have felt any safer. The best part is - the house is basically across the street from the most beautiful private beach I have ever seen. Because there's no where for non-residents to park, we only saw one other family for most of the days we were there, so we practically had the entire beach to ourselves. Just perfect. We cannot recommend this house enough!

Wonderful Week in Watch Hill

I just spent a week at this Watch Hill home with my two children, 13 and 10, and couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental. The home was spacious and comfortable. The pool, deck and screened-in porch made it easy for us to spend most of the day outside. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach and close to town and other conveniences. You can't help but relax in this home and enjoy the breezes, hear the surf at night and spend time with family in this gracious, charming house.

With a 1 1/2 year-old, 7 year-old, two 9 year-olds, and a 13 year-old we couldn't have asked for a better set up, older kids could swim in the pool while the little one was watching from the gated deck. The private beach was absolutely beautiful, and an easy walk for the kids. Watch Hill shops and activities at Misquamicut Beach are a very short drive awayway. It was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to go back!! :)
