Tervetuloa paratiisiin/ . Breckenridge Splendor on osa Bill Handleyn hallinnoimia Breck Heaven -kiinteistöjä ja on perheystävällinen koti, joka elää nimensä puolesta molemmilla uskomattomilla näkymillä Mt. Baldy ja sen ylelliset sisustuskalusteet. Tässä talossa on kaksi suurta perhehuonetta, joissa on kauniit kivitakat jokaisella tasolla. Alemmalla tasolla on myös avoin märkä palkki ja Bose-tilaäänen stereojärjestelmä. Makuuhuoneessa on kalifornian nukkumismukavuus, king size-vuode, oma parveke, josta on upeat näkymät Mt. Baldy, ja suuri upea kylpyhuone, jossa on kuparilla upotettu laatta, poreallas poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Talo sijaitsee Warriors Markissa, yksinoikeudella, ystävällisessä naapurustossa aivan Peakin kansallismetsän vieressä. On vain lyhyt matka laittaaksesi sukset ja hiihtää Beaver Run -tuolihissiin Peak 9: llä.

Viereisessä ruokasalissa oleva iso pöytä on 10 ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja virkistyä hiihto- tai vaelluspäiväsi jälkeen. Graniittikeittiön baarissa / tiskillä on lisäistuimia (jopa 4). Se on suosikki paikka nauttia apres-lasillinen viiniä keitettäessä perheen ateriaa yhdessä.

Päätason Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, suuret ikkunat, pääsy kylpytynnyriin ja ylellinen Master-kylpyhuone porealtaalla ja erillisellä suihkulla. Päätasolla on ylimääräinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode.

Alemmalla tasolla on 3 ylimääräisesti lämpimästi sisustettua makuuhuonetta sekä pelihuone, jota voivat nauttia niin lapset kuin aikuiset.

Päivän aktiviteettipäivä vuorilla ei ole koskaan täydellinen ilman sukeltoa porealtaassa. Nauti suuresta, uudesta kylpytynnyristään, jota ympäröivät Lodge Pole-mäntypuut toisella kahdesta kannesta.

Wonderful!

The home was more than expected, with an extra bedroom not shown in the pictures. The rooms were large and had everything you could need - comfort and style. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive when we called about the hot tub needing care - there were 15 of us using it daily. The only "complaint" would be that it is not a good ski-in/ski-out for beginners or snowboarders. Had to slide down a steep hill just to get started then climb that to get home. It was quite icy, which is not anything the homeowners could control. It also ended out on flat ground where snowboarders had to take off the boards and hike across the plain to the lift. Skiers did not have as much problem (so ski in/out but not snowboard) That said, the house was only 10 minutes from the slopes and easy drop-off and pick up. We travel a lot as a whole family and this home tops the list of favorites!

The perfect mountain home!

This house was everything we could’ve hoped for! Unbeatable views with plenty of deck space to enjoy them, absolutely gorgeous decor inside, lots of room for us to all spread out, and Bill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Nice House

We had an extended family group of skiers from four related families. Two younger kids at 5 and 7, and the rest younger and older adults. The house is spacious, well decorated, and functional. The kitchen was well outfitted, every time we thought they didn't have something (eg. collander), we'd end up finding 2 of them tucked away in a cabinet. So ski in, ski out. Bottom line , the extended trails worked well for about 2/3 of the skiers, they loved it, they other 1/3 used the bus. Good news is the ski bus stop is pretty close at the end of the street.

Excellent chalet at Breck

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Lots of beds and bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Excellent hot tub for getting our legs back after skiing. The shuttle that serves the property every 15 minutes worked well at the start of the day and at the end coming off the hill.

This house was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all enjoy cooking and the Kitchen was just like home, fully stocked and plenty of platters and dishes! This was our once a year family vacay and there was more than enough room for 12 adults and 2 kiddos! View and deck were fabulous!! Super relaxing! Perfect Family Vacation

We love the house! As our kids have grown so has our family. This house was perfect for all our four generations. Granny was able to stay in a room on the main level so no need to do stairs while the kids & grandkids had the run of the game room and everything downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Bill (owner) was so easy to work with. He was very kind and helpful to make sure I had all the information I needed including discounts on things in town. Thanks much Bill!

An awesome visit and home. The view was spectacular and the house was very close to the slopes. A beautiful home, very clean and well taken care of by its owners. The bedrooms were perfect for all our married children. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked. The furniture was well kept and in excellent condition. What a great vacation for our family!

Wonderful ski holiday!

We found the house spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with multiple spaces to socialize. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and condiments. We loved the hot tub and the little fox who visited us regularly. We found the shuttle bus which ran on time, was a wonderful service to go back and forth to town. Overall, the accommodation made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Guys Snowboard Trip

Awesome property with all the amenities. The walk to the slopes is easy for skiers but snowboarders have to unstrap and walk to a very flat run (Lower Lehman). We did the walk on the first day but relied on the shuttle for the rest of the week. The shuttle is very convenient. We were greeted by a fox coming up on the deck to check in on us each day. This was my group's first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint!

Warrior’s Mark West

We loved our stay at Warrior’s Mark West. The home was huge and had plenty of space to gather with family in the great room, kitchen and dining areas. The downstairs living area was a great spot for family to wind down in the evenings. The views were breathtaking. Oversized laundry was great for tacking our crews’ laundry while there. The kitchen was a gourmet one with everything you could possibly need to cook an elaborate meal for your family. We couldn’t get the outdoor grill working but it snowed the whole time we were there so we just changed our meal plan, The only issue we really had was there was some organic cleaning product used to clean with that left a terrible odor throughout the home. We aired the home out and the odor faded. By the next day, you could barely smell it.I definitely recommend renting the home especially if you have a large group. Oh, one more thing, there are only 1.5 baths on the main floor so if someone stays in the extra bedroom on the main floor, he either would have to use the master bath to bathe or go downstairs.

Wonderful Breckenridge get away

Breck Splendor was a near perfect home for our family of 12. All the amenities were top-notch, the views are beautiful, the home itself spacious and comfortable, and our host could not have been more. . The property is not a true ski in/ski out unless you are very familiar with Breckenridge and the conditions are perfect. That being said, The private shuttle works really well for access to Peak 9 base area. I would recommend this property to others and would love to be a summertime visitor.

Lovely Stay Jan 2022

All in all the house was great! Plenty of space, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and good amenities. Cannot beat the view! The hot tub was so nice after skiing all day. I wasn’t able to get my hatch rest or owlet baby camera connected to the WiFi so my baby monitoring was useless. Bill was prompt and tried to help me get it resolved, so I appreciated that. It’s really not ski in/out. It’s a short walk to the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and drops you close to the quicksilver lift. You can also walk a bit further from the shuttle stop to ski a trail to the lift. It’s a good location, no complaints- just don’t expect to truly ski in/out of the house. My family had a wonderful time at Breck Splendor and we would definitely stay here again! Perfect for big groups. Thanks for having us

Excellent house . Super attractive, clean and user friendly . Advertised as ski-in/ski-out, which is a stretch at best. You have to walk a city block once you get out of the house to a rather treacherous trail in order to get to the slopes. We tried it once, then drove to the slopes and parked each day

Keyes and Carole Townsend have been calling Colorado home for the past 25 years, following a 20-year Air Force career. They feel blessed to have such a beautiful vacation home in Breckenridge, CO, that they enjoy on a regular basis with their 5 children and 7 grandchildren. They live in Colorado Springs where Keyes and Carole run a highly successful Orthodontist practice. They're pleased to share this beautiful mountain retreat with others, so they can enjoy everything our lovely state of Colorado can offer.
