Tämä tilava huoneisto (140 m2 1500 ala), 19th century rakennuksessa on kaunis sekoitus perinteistä charmia ja nykyaikaista tyyliä ja mukavuutta. Sijaitsee naapurustossa Avendida, kolmen minuutin päässä viehättävästä Av. da Liberdade, puiden reunustaman kadun tunnettu high-end ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita ja teatterialueen, sitä pidetään todellinen sydän kaupungin. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Marques Pombal ja sen metroasema, jotka tarjoavat helpon pääsyn lentokentälle ja rautatieasemille. Huoneistossa on Länsi altistuminen ja tulvii luonnonvaloa. Se sijaitsee 3. kerroksessa ilman hissiä.

Tämä koti kuuluu Rui Pimenta, kuvataiteilija syntynyt Lissabonissa ja perustuu Torontossa Kanadassa.
Huoneistossa on 3 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta yksi niistä, joiden mahdollisuus saada yksi parivuode tai kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Huoneisto vuokrataan pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet (pidempää yli viikon, viikoittainen siivous sisältyy pyyhkeiden ja liinavaatteet). Se on myös tervetullut aamiaisen sekä oliiviöljy, etikka, suola ja pippuri. Tupakointi on kielletty sisällä asunnossa, mutta on kaunis parveke, jossa voit tehdä sen.

The apartment was fabulous! Plenty of space and everything you could ever possibly need, Sofia was an amazing hostess - so warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic time in Lisbon and this apartment was the perfect home base. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay @ Casa Pimenta during our 50th birthday celebration trip to Portugal! Sofia was an amazing host, warmly welcomed us when we checked-in and made us feel @ home immediately. She had fresh flowers in every room, breakfast and fruit/snacks items for us, recommendations for must see/do activities and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport which was so appreciated after a red-eye flight from the U.S. We loved being able to venture around every day and then come back to such a cozy and comfortable home to rest up for the next day. Highly recommend Casa Pimenta & so appreciative to Sofia for making such an epic trip even more special for us!! We’ll definitely be back!!

We received a personal, warm welcome from Sofia upon arrival and were provided with instructions and information about this beautiful property! Many unexpected personal touches which included fresh yogurt and fruit parfaits, granola, eggs, two loaves of bread, milk and butter (just to name a few!) How nice that we were able to start our days in Lisbon with such perfect selections provided by Sofia! One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had!

Absolutely magical and just perfect from the space, amenities and location!

The space is both eclectic and comfortable. Sofia, who supports the whole process, was an absolute star and provided a ton of great information prior to our trip and then helped ensure that we had everything we needed when we checked in. The location is fantastic as it ensures you have easy access to lots of great sites but it’s also a true neighborhood. Absolutely wonderful!

Awesome home away from home

The apartment was great. We were there 9 nights and all the details were all taken care of for us so we could enjoy or family vacation. Sofia offered us great information on places to see or eat. The apartment was very clean, welcoming and close to lots of activities. Our family enjoyed all Lisbon has to offer without worrying about anything’s at all. Thanks so much!

Lisbon gem

Sofia was the best host and contact! She was amazing in ensuring we were well taken care of during our stay. To quote her: “I have your backs!” The property is well located with half hour walks to many places in Lisbon. Restaurants right around the corner. Recommend highly Chu Chu for genuine Portuguese chicken! If you want a pied-à-terre in Lisbon, it is a great spot. Sofia, thank you for your warm hospitality! You made Portugal proud for these first time visitors.

Home Away From Home

I can't begin to tell you how sad we were to leave. Right from the day we booked, Sofia reached out and by the time we arrived, I felt like we were meeting an old family friend. My husband and daughter have food allergies and I was so touched that Sofia thoroughly read every ingredient label on items she purchased for us. With two teen kids space was important to our sanity and this place did not disappoint. I loved going to the corner store every morning and buying fresh bread rolls for breakfast, still warm and tasty. The apartment has everything you could need, well stocked and clean with great natural air flow when windows are open. Close to a metro stop but we did walk a lot and used Bolt (like Uber). Thank you Sofia x

The apartment is lovely, the area interesting and convenient and the host is the best. Sofia started helping us immediately after the booking was confirmed by recommending transfer options. She assisted in resolving a communication issue after we landed. She welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, left breakfast food and always responded immediately. This was a great experience.

We had a memorable stay in Lisbon and this home was definitely part of our immersion into the city. Sofia was very friendly and graciously put up with our last minute plans. The apartment was spectacular, with a lot of details that made us feel like home. Even though we were in the middle of the city, it felt peaceful and welcoming. We would definitely book again if we return to Lisbon.

The apartment is beautiful and larger than expected. Sofia was wonderful. The only thing that people need to be aware is the flight of stairs with luggage. It’s on the 3rd level with no elevator so getting heavy luggage up and down is difficult.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this apartment was for us. Three couples and we had lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. The apartment had beautiful artwork and touches that made it feel so fresh and homey. And our host Sofia was just a gem making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking neighborhood. The apartment is a three story walk up. Air conditioning was appreciated during our hot summer stay.

Sofia’s place is fantastic! More beautiful than the pictures. We felt so comfortable in her home. It is conveniently located. We easily got to everywhere we wanted to go with car rides. We loved being in a more quiet neighborhood than in the tourist areas. There is a coffee cafe across the street that is great. Many restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Lisbon

We were 3 friends traveling together and this apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Lisbon. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the welcome basket left by Sofia was a treat! So many places now provide the bare minimum but not this one. The only small issue was the lack of AC in the bedrooms as we were there in the midst of a heatwave. The fans worked well though and we found it manageable. The absolute best thing about this place though was Sofia. She was the best property manager ever; she was responsive and helpful and just the loveliest person to deal with. I would recommend this property!

What a fantastic stay in Lisbon. The host greeted us when we showed up and surprised us with fresh cut flowers, yogurt cups, oats, eggs, etc! Which certainly was a nice surprised from a long travel we had that day. The host went over everything we needed to know about the house and helped us feel right at home. The location was ideal for us as it was very close to the grocery store and to the attractions we had planned for our stay. I wouldn't pass this one up if you see an opening for a stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment.

Our family truly enjoyed staying for 6 nights in this beautiful apartment. The little artistic details like pictures and artefacts made the place like being at home. We loved the balcony, and wooden shutters that kept the heat out. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms spacious and beautiful. The location near the metro and walking distance from the park, restaurants and cafes was just perfect. Thank you Sofia. You were an excellent host.

Best hostess and lovely home

Sofia is the most wonderful hostess I’ve met. She is so caring, friendly and informative. She welcomes you as family and is available for any questions. The apartment has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. There’s also plenty of space and plenty of thoughtful touches. When I come back to Lisbon, I’ll definitely be booking here again.

Even better than expected ... and it looked amazing

Such a lovely spot. The reviews and pictures online were good, but ever the skeptic, I thought they might be overselling it. They. Were. Not. There was plenty of room for everyone and it really was like we had moved in forever. Sofia was a great host and talked us through life in Lisbon for our week. Thanks so much.

Beautiful stay

Want to feel like you are really living in Lisbon, right near a great supermarket, a few minutes from a central subway station, surrounded by lovingly curated works of art, cooking in a kitchen with plenty of pans and utensils, sleeping in comfy beds, and waking up to plenteous light in the beautiful dining and living room space? Then rent this apartment immediately. Delightfully quirky here and there but overall a real home. Sofia was a dream host, arranging transportation and answering every one of our questions quickly and helpfully.

Un appartement bohème chic

Nous avons séjourné cinq semaines dans l’appartement très bien décoré, avec de beaux volumes et très agréable à vivre. Nous avions l’impression de se sentir comme chez soi.L’accueil de Sofia était chaleureux et elle était disponible pour répondre à nos attentes.Je recommande l’appartement car il est très bien localisé, calme,bien équipé et extrêmement propre. Nous y retournerons lors de prochains séjours à Lisbonne
