Kaunis Luxury 5bd / 3bath kotiin vuoristomaisemat 3 tasoa.
TÀmÀ kaunis mökki on tÀydellinen pakopaikaksi perheen tai ystÀvien kanssa. Vuodepaikkoja 12 mukavasti + nukkuja jopa 2 lisÀÀ: Master makuuhuone king, 3 ylimÀÀrÀistÀ makuuhuonetta Queen Beds, 5th huoneessa nukkuu 4 queen yli Queen kerrossÀnky, ja vuodesohva tarvittaessa olohuoneessa.

KÀtevÀ Smoky Mountain kansalliseen osaan, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). Lyhyt pÀivÀretki Cherokee kasinon tai Biltmore House.

KÀytÀmme jatkuvaa parantamista. Vuonna 2016 toteutimme merkittÀvÀn korjauksen. Vuonna 2017 korvattiin ikkunat ja sivuraide. Vuonna 2019 rakensi uudelleen. 2020, jos kaikki menee suunnitelluksi, haluan muuntaa ylÀkerran kylpyhuoneen 2 ylÀkerran makuuhuoneen kylpyhuoneeksi.

Paljon tekemistÀ on biljardipöytÀ pelihuoneessa, hÀmmÀstyttÀvÀ kylpytynnyri, paljon rokkareita lukemista varten ja vain rentouttava, ympÀröi kuisti, taulutelevisio kaikissa huoneissa ja suuri projektori multimediahuoneessa. Paljon luontoa nÀemme usein perheen hirvielÀinten ja toisinaan nÀemme Black Bear ja pentujaan.
Vuonna 2016 redidimme talon ulkopuolen ja korvasimme avainikkunoita.
Naapurimaissamme isÀnnÀt 3 allasta, golfkenttÀ, ja suurempien tapahtumien kyky vuokrata tilaa naapuruston HOA toimisto aivan vuoren huipulle.

Ostimme tÀmÀn kiinteistön myöhÀÀn vuonna 2015. YstÀvÀmme soittaa uudistaa rakentaa kuten olemme perattuna 3 tasoa ottamaan tÀmÀn 1970 mökki 21. vuosisadan. se oli hyvin yrittÀÀ ja kaikki kesti odotettua kauemmin. YritÀmme jatkuvasti parantaa omaisuutta.

Great getsway

We had a great stay.. beautiful house. Will def be back.. I will say I tried contacting the property management company about extending our stay and didn’t get a response. But the owner was great and responded back and took great care of us! The bears were icing on top of the cake so cute and enjoyed watching them play

Great Place

I have already done my review, but I don’t know if y’all got it so let me say we thought the place was great, we had plenty of room and response from the owner was great, it is not very many miles to anywhere but it just takes a long time to get there. The golf course as you drive in was just beautiful and all of the houses up in the mountains were so pretty and yes, our driveway was steep but no worse than any of the others. We did cook out on the grill a couple of times and we had a bear come visit us in the yard, which was awesome Would love the deck off of the main floor, it was nice to sit out on in the mornings when the weather was cooler The pool table was nice and so was the movie room and there was plenty of games to play in the cabinet, but just nowhere to actually put your groceries because all of the cabinets were full of things you might need. There is plenty to do in Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge😍

We saw bears!

Our extended family had a fantastic time at this property. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone! The property was as described and there were tons of kitchen supplies available for cooking. The hot tub & pool table were great additions and we loved our time spent on the many deck options. Especially the morning we all drank our morning coffee while enjoying watching a mama bear play with her cub!! It was an incredible experience for all and we would certainly recommend & come back. The only negatives were that the swimming pools were a bit far away & the roads & driveway were quite steep-but not a problem in the summer if you go slow. Ed was quick to respond to any issues or concerns that we had. It was a really wonderful experience overall.

30th Birthday

A very nice cabin and we loved all the extra space not on top of each other. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for future trips. Thank you for allowing us to be able to stay in your cabin.

Cool Place Up in the Hills

The road up to this place is quite the incline especially when going up the hill for the first time in the dark, while it was pouring. Once we got used to drive up the hill it wasn't that bad. The house had a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The house was well laid out and had a place for everyone to kick back and relax. Areas for Improvement: - Overall the house needed a thorough cleaning. - The grooves in the kitchen table had food in them and need to be cleaned. - The wind blew in through the door seals in the upstairs master bedroom and several other bedroom windows.

Not what it's cracked up to be...

There were a lot of good things about our stay and the property - beautiful setting, convenient neighborhood. We even saw bears!! However we felt like many things listed in the description were not accurate - for example, the hot tub was basically unusable because the cover was broken, the pool table and dart board in the basement were in terrible condition and missing equipment (couldn't use either). The kitchen could use some serious TLC as well - we had 9 people staying in the house and there were only 7 forks!! We made the most of it and still enjoyed our stay but we probably would not return.

Cabin review

We recently stayed at this cabin with our family. The cabin is big and has a lot of potential. The neighborhood where it is located is very nice and the cabin has a nice view of the mountains. The only thing we believe needs to be improved is the overall cleanliness of the place. The oven was not clean, and there was spiderwebs in some areas. Also the fire places had a lot of dust and the sheets didn’t feel clean. For the price of these cabins we were expecting the place more than anything to be clean. One of the beds in one of the rooms of the main floor swings, seems like it was missing some wood parts and it was loose. Over all we had a good experience. The host was very responsive to all of our messages and was very helpful. All the instructions were clear and we had a very easy check in and out.

Family get away

The house was great, plenty of space for our family of 10, clean and attractive. Our only issues were getting in and out of the driveway, especially at night (dark) and trying to communicate with property owner about a need that didnt get resolved til the last night. Small concerns that didnt ruin our stay , so no big deal.

Great memories

The cabin was just right for our family members. It was very clean and comfortable. Located in an area near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our last night there we saw a family of 4 bear cubs and their momma. Right up close behind closed doors. Awesome! Thank you!

Fall Break Trip

We had a great time here. There’s plenty of room, and entertainment for ages young and small. I was a little disappointed with the fireplace in the sitting area. There aren’t any instructions for how to use it, if it works. We washed all the dishes we planned to use, when we first arrived. There were cob webs and dust throughout. Again, it was an excellent time- just not quite what I expected in the cleanliness department. Aside from needing a good deep cleaning, the place really is beautiful.

Perfect cabin for our varied group!

This cabin couldn't have been better suited for our wide age range. We had a newborn on up to 60 year olds, with most in their 20's, and we were all comfortable! There was plenty to keep the college kids happy when we weren't off finding adventure with zip lining, rafting and hiking! Plenty of bear sightings but no damage or scary encounters! What a fun long weekend to finish the summer and launch a new school year!
