TÀmÀ 10-kerroksinen kolmen makuuhuoneen, 10-kerroksinen, 10. kerroksen kulmayksikkö sijaitsee upealla nÀköalalla suoraan kauniin Pensacolan rannan valkoiselle hiekalle.

Emerald Isle # 1008 on ammattimaisesti hallinnoima Paradise Beach Homes.

Kun pÀÀset yksikköön, löydÀt hyvin varustetun keittiön, jossa on aamiaisbaaripaikat. Keittiö on avoinna ruokailu- ja oleskelutiloille. Nauti perheen aterioista ruokapöydÀssÀ, jossa on kahdeksan. Olohuoneessa on suuret ikkunat, joista on upeat nÀkymÀt Persianlahdelle. On runsaasti mukavia istuimia, kuten ulosvedettÀvÀ vuodesohva. Paikan pÀÀllÀ on kaksi uima-allasta, poreallas, sauna ja kuntokeskus. Ostos-, ruokailu- ja yöelÀmÀ on vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ tÀstÀ keskeisellÀ paikalla sijaitsevasta huoneistosta, joten se on ihanteellinen paikka rantalomalle.

HOA-mÀÀrÀysten takia kaksi autoa maksimi per varaus.

They came the next morning and thought they had it fixed...Several of the outlets continued to throw the gfi’s...Several were not gif but would not work at all...Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Oh and parents were allowing their brats to run and jump in the hot tub and splash around when we were just trying to relax...One set of parents sat there and watched their brats stepping on our toes and hitting us constantly and they never got on to them!!!

1st time condo renter

The condo was clean, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach and loved the easy beach access. The views from the balcony were incredible.. coffee at sunrise, dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets, we couldn't get enough of the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is exactly as it is posted in the photos. The condo is stocked with eveything you need. The pool and hottub were awesome. The location was perfect. The reason I gave checkin 3 stars was because we only had an hour "window" to check in, then were directed to go to the sister property. The electrical outlets were a little "weak" as we tried to charge our phones. Overall, fantastic stay, we would stay again We didnt have any issues, so we didnt interact with the property manager

Parking lot was never more than 1/2 full, and I had to park across the street at your office (general manager probably didn’t like me taking his spot), so being able to park at the condo, given the circumstances, would have been nice, even with the 2-pass per condo rule. But overall a great stay and no complaints.

Great beach vacation

Excellent condo. Very clean, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Not your typical rental with frat house furniture and uncomfortable beds. The corner unit had amazing views of the gulf, the bay and the beach restaurants and shopping. The two walls of windows provided the excellent views. Stock with everything you’ll need for a week or a month. We will be back for this specific unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great experience at Emerald Isle 1008. It was a very clean unit, and the views and location can't be beat! It was well stocked with linens, kitchenware, etc. Our only complaints were: (1) that the oven was temperamental - we needed to cook something at 400 F, and it never went above 380 (even with preheating), and another time we needed 450 F, and it actually went up to 410 F (with preheating); and (2) we brought our own ice, but not having a functioning icemaker in the refrigerator would have been problematic. Also, just a general comment, some more kitchen towels would be great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a very nice place to stay for a vacation any time of the year. We have returned here for 12 years now and only been disappointed with minor issues once. The unit we were in the owner needs to up grade their LR TV to a much larger one. Over all our stays here have been fabulous! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and the view and the location . It was perfect for my family. My kids said they want to know if it’s for sale 😊 . They want to come down every year n stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was beautiful and wish the weather was better but we had fun !
