Vehreä maisema ympärillä tämä maanpinnan USAssa huvila luo trooppinen perääntyä. Aidattu takapiha on yksityinen tila täydellinen aamukahvin tai iltapäivällä cocktaileja. Muutaman lyhyen askeleen ylös kattopinnalle pääset sekä Persianlahden että Äänen näkymiin. Ääni on alle yhden korttelin pohjoiseen ja Persianlahden ranta on viiden minuutin seinä etelään.

Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti 301 Via De Lunaa.

Sisustus Koti on ihana. Master Suite on king-vuode, yksityinen mestari kylpyamme ja pääsy takaisin kannelle. Keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutilat sijaitsevat keskellä kotiin. On kolme ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, jotka jakavat kylpy oleskelutila. Kaksi näistä makuuhuonetta on yksi queen-vuoteet ja kolmas on täynnä sänky. Relaxing large home with a great back yard.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the home was a little dusty but I only noticed bc I have chronic asthma. The mattresses could be updated. But everything went fine and we would stay again. The back yard is amazing! Good for dogs and pets!

Great location, comfortable and roomy property. Suggest periodic emptying of ice maker, it was frozen over and ice dispenser not working and moisture collecting around door and on floor. I finally got it loose and emptied it and that seemed to resolve problems.

Reviewer Comments: When I checked in to get the keys, I was surprised that I was not asked for ID. This is not bad, but was a little odd. We went to the house to get moved in and were astounded by how much dust covered almost everything. The home is beautiful, but there was so much dust it was disturbing. We had guests coming for a dinner that night and we had to spend hours cleaning dust from all of the rooms. The fee for cleaning was $175.00, and I truly don't feel it is worth the work that is put into the property.I had little to no interaction with the staff, so I cannot really say how professional they are.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s in a good location but the house needs a lot of upkeep. It’s not as nice as the photos suggest. The blankets and sofa also weren’t very clean (dog hair and trash in the sofa cushions). The biggest plus was the fenced in yard which we needed for our dogs. They also failed to mention that construction was going on directly across the street where beach access was. Not cool. It was noisy and unpleasant. That should’ve been disclosed. Price was too high for what you get.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had a great location, easy 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to some of the restaurants. The house had a cozy beach vibe & cute fenced yard for the dogs. We did have problems w/ roaches. When we arrived there were a few dead but then started seeing live ones in primary bedroom, bath, dining area & 1 other bedroom. The management company sent someone out to spray as soon as we called. This seemed to work for 5 days but then started seeing them in kitchen & bedroom again. We have rented homes in FL and have not had this problem but other homes we’ve rented were up higher so I’m wondering if that could be the reason. We also saw 3 rats at night in back yard but they were high up on electrical wires so I didn’t call the property management. I would rent w/ the company again but would look for a house that was not a ranch and would confirm regular bug sprays are being done. Also primary bedroom mattress & pillows were very broken down, and need to be replaced soon. Kitchen refrigerator crisper drawers are starting to crack so we didn’t use, & had a plastic piece fall into our cup when getting ice so I think that’s on its way out & should be replaced.

Excellent location but Property needs detail cleaning

We loved the location of this property - close to the beach and the restaurants. However, the inside of the property was clean enough for us to tolerate but we disinfect the surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms before we settled in. The floors were not clean and my wife found dog hair on one of the mattress covers - we washed the bed sheets for that bed. The refrigerator had a foul smell to it. As for the outside, the landscaping looked great but the exterior of the property including the deck needs some work. If we received assurances that the property will undergo a deep detail cleaning on the inside and the outside issue will be remediated, then we might stay here again.
