Beautiful home in a great location

Our family loved our stay in this house during our Spring Break. We made a day trip in to Zion which was super easy and really enjoyed downtown St George only 15 minutes away. We also spent a day in Snow Canyon State Park which was gorgeous. It wasn't super warm during our stay so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would've liked and we did make one Pool Night but the water temperature was warmer than the air so it was a little tough for the adults but the kids all loved it. We had asked about having a camper stay on site and were told it would be OK if it fit in th driveway but the community specifically does not allow campers or trailers per the welcome letter we got and multiple posted signs. The driveway was also too shallow and slanted to have fit a camper if allowed so that was a little disappointing but we had mad alternate arrangements to park off site.

Fun for everyone!

This was the perfect property for our family stay in Utah! Close to hiking adventures, and shopping with a great pool! We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Washington/St. George area!

Awesome house

This was an awesome place to stay. The kids loved the community swimming pool and there was plenty of room for our group. We couldn’t get the door to open when we first got there but the host was quick to respond to fix it.

Perfect group getaway

This was the perfect spot for a big family getaway for the holidays. Everyone fit, and we had everything we needed. The community pool and hot tub were well heated in the cold months, so the kids spent time there everyday we were in southern Utah.

Just okay

Great area and house. Sleeper sofa was in bad shape. The carpets and rugs were very dirty, but livable. Pool was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Zions Gate II

No home is perfect, but this one came close. It was clean, neat and an excellent value for our group. The garage and driveway easily accommodated our 2 vehicles and 5 mountain bikes. The property manager, Natasha, quickly responded and addressed all of our needs. Places like this make hotels overpriced and obsolete.

Christmas getaway

It was a really nice condo! Close to every activity in St George and Hurricane. We even made a day trip to Las Vegas! The swimming pool and hot tubs where warm at end of December. The condo had plenty of room for eating, sleeping and just hanging out! Natasha was excellent at answering questions promptly! It’s was awesome get away! Would stay her again!

Enjoyed the house, lots to do nearby and a great place for the family to hang out. Check in was a bit rough, wrong access code and incorrect wifi information but the property manager was very responsive and got us straightened out quickly

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was a wonderful location and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. The pools and hot tubs were nice as well as the many tv's and sitting areas. Would stay again. Had a little problem with the internet but Natasha quickly helped us fix it. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay.

The home was very spacious and worked wonderful for our softball team from Canada. We had a small issue with the stove and Wi-Fi that Jason was able to help us with immediately. The front door lock gave us some issues and needed fixing but we were able to enter through the garage so not a problem. The gals all loved the sizes of the bedrooms and the décor was beautiful. The black and white phots of the area were great and I wished I had time to read the whole book of the history of the area. Very interesting and an nice touch. We certainly would like to return.

Everything we expected and more!

We had a great stay with our large group at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient 45 min drive to Zion National Park. It is also conveniently located near 2 super Walmarts for groceries as well as plenty of restaurants. There were pool towels available for use, which was convenient since we all went swimming and some had forgotten to bring a swim towel. It was a fantastic stay, thanks!

Good choice for a family reunion

We rented two condos side-by-side and it turned out to be more than enough room for our 18 family members. It was well decorated, very clean, and we all enjoyed the two pools within a short walk away. The property manager was immediately responsive when we had air-conditioning issues. Its location provided easy access to St. George and is within an hour of Zion. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
