Kaunis, kevyt, valoisa 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyammeen, ylimmän kerroksen osakehuoneiston askeleen päässä joihinkin LA: n premier-ostos- ja ruokailupaikoista. Toisin kuin monet kiinteistöt, tämä on puhdasta ja rakkaudella hoidettua kotiamme, ei yrityksen johtamaa yritystoimintaa.

Tässä turvallisessa rakennuksessa sijaitsevassa huoneistossa on täydellinen keittiö, ruokailutila, laaja perhehuone ja viihtyisä parveke. Makuuhuoneissa on yhden hengen (erillinen parisänky) ja ylellinen Select Comfort -makuusänky (parivuode) toisessa (täydessä) sängyssä toissijaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja queen-size-ylellisyys, muistivaahto-vuode kylpyhuoneella makuuhuoneessa. Molemmissa huoneissa on egyptiläiset puuvillalakanat ja untuvapeitteet. Keskuslämmitys, jokaisessa huoneessa vaihtovirtalaitteet, kattotuulettimet kaikkialla. Nopea wifi yhdessä SmartTV: n kanssa paikallisilla HDTV-kanavilla ja dvd-soittimella perhehuoneessa (tuo sitten suosikkielokuvasi levylle tai streaming-tilauksesi). Overall great, but check in process & photos need update

Inside modern decor, clean, and spacious. Top floor helps with no upstairs neighbor. Close to elevator. Exterior photos would help show full picture of area and building. More clarity needed on key/parking situation on listing before arriving in unit.

Great location for us. We went to Universal Studios and it is a short 15 minute drive. Also a great location to a lot of restaurants and a little market for a few staples. We had great communication with the owner who answered our questions very timely.

Here for a week, very comfortable and lots of amenities, very clear communication from property owner—great setup for a family and easy interstate access plus lots of great food within walking distance and very safe area for walking, thanks for a great trip!

Visiting our daughter in Glendale

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the location---near our daughter and right around the corner from our favorite bakery Portos! It was a safe and quiet neighborhood but in walking distance from The Americana and many stores and dining options.

Lovely place

Lovely place for 3 adults and 1 child! Nice and roomy with everything we needed! Beds were super comfy! Everything was nice and clean! And the little city was perfect! Quiet yet everything is within walking distance or a quick drive! Perfect for the Rose Parade or if you’re headed to Universal Studios!

Girls Trip for event at nearby Alex Theatre

Great location in the heart of Glendale! Everything we could have needed was within a few minutes walking distance from shops to a wide variety of food options. Visited the Griffith Park Observatory and Hollywood Sign which were a short drive away as well as the Santa Monica Pier. Appreciate that the tv had local channels and streaming apps available. Host was quick to respond to any questions leading up to or during our stay. Pictures of location are a little deceptive. The building complex is much older than expected, but can tell the unit has been well kept and maintained. Should note that the laundry is not in the unit, but coin operated facility on site. I would recommend and would book again when staying in Glendale.

Weekend Stay

Property was exactly as listed and communication with the owner was excellent. The unit had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Location was great. close to expressways and there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The only issue we had was the parking. The designated space was too small for our rental and finding street parking close to the unit was nearly impossible. Other than the parking situation our stay was wonderful. Thank You Danielle!

Great place

If your considering a place to stay, I recommend this condo. It is a very quiet place and reasonable. My friend and I were in L.A. for a conference but didn't want to pay the high hotel rates and found this place. It was perfect for us. On the last day, I did some laundry in the coin operated laundry room that has two washers and dryers. My only disappointment was there wasn't a coffee machine in the unit but we didn't have time for coffee in the morning after all and stopped by a fast food place on the way. Great place for the money.

Excellent little gem in the middle of Glendale

Really loved the apartment, very clean, nice decor as per pictures published. Kitchen is well stock with utensils of all kind of you like cooking. Also the owner provides with many amenities in the bathrooms as well. Mattress very good, firm but soft on the top. Quality sheets. Glendale area is very good, very safe if compared to the rest of LA. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by ( 2 blocks away) “The Americana” high end shopping and the supermarket Ralph’s is 3 blocks away. Very nice and quite at night. No homeless around. We will definitely stay again if in LA. Thank you very much Danielle

Listing is deceiving

Pros -comfortable beds -nice area -relatively clean Cons -advertised laundry but the only laundry is a pay washer dryer in another building that you can only use at specific times of the day. Has to be shared with the entire complex. -Very strong mildew smell that didnt go away despite using fans and opening doors. -pictures make it look nicer and brighter than it really is. Quite run down and dark. -parking spot is tiny. We barely fit the car in but could not open the doors because it was so tight. The ceiling was so low we couldnt even open the trunk. -check in was complicated.

Good location and clean

The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the bathroom good. The twin bed in the second bedroom was soft and a bit lumpy but normally a child would sleep on it. The second bathroom is old but everything worked fine. The kitchen pots and pans are well used but acceptable. The stove uses gas. The apartment is located in a good spot if you are driving to the Rose Bowl, Griffith Observatory and Hollywood sign. The parking spot is narrow as described by the owner. I got the check-in information about 24 hours before our arrival. The entry and parking information was well described. Overall we had a good stay.

My Ro-tel Experience

Simply put, during my stay at the property, we were greeted by ROACHES in the bathroom on the very first night. I was able to reach my host with questions initially, but as soon as I texted about the visitors, NO RESPONSE FOR THE REST OF THE STAY. She did not respond to Customer Service Support either according to them. I called& texted for paper trail purposes& documented the roach party. We scoured to find another place to stay with the help of customer support, but no avail so we moved into living room. I slept on the very uncomfy couch the whole stay. I was super disappointed in her not communicating with me, as well as things like the actual property not being truly reflective of the pictures. It looked spacious, upgraded,& chic. The outside of the building looks old and the apartment space and even the elevator is small. I tolerated it because I had no other choice, but I was really disappointed! I am still working with customer service to be properly accommodated. Until then, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Read before booking

Had I known about the parking issues, I wouldn't have booked this listing. The owner doesn't disclose the issue, likely on purpose. Some reviews mention parking problems, but I didn't realize how bad it was. If you book, keep this in mind: Parking is VERY difficult due to the angle, a pole, and the wall. The check-in parking instructions do not help. You must unload passengers and belongings before parking. Pull forward to the open-air area before unloading the trunk to avoid hitting the roof as the trunk will close on you - an obvious hazard that could result in injury. Once parked, getting out is nearly impossible. If you are on the larger side, do not book this listing. We are 5'1" and 5'3" and under 200 lbs, and we had to crawl to the passenger side to exit (had to back in and exit on the pole side). If you are larger, you won't get out. BTW, our rental was a Jeep Cherokee, the same SUV we own so we know how to drive/park an SUV. A few more notes: The check-in process was like an Escape Room, unlike the easy access for the Door Dasher. The pictures are deceptive. It's not terrible inside, but not as depicted. It is neither light nor bright, and the "family room" is not expansive. There was an old screen door and fan blades on the balcony. There is a musty, mildew smell. If the parking doesn't deter you, this should if you have allergy issues. Also, the building looks very different on the inside - similar to an old motel.

Glendale is a big little city that has maintained its unique charm and personality. We bought here because we love the walkability to dining and shopping, easy freeway access, and our kids love how quickly we can get to Universal Studios!
