M301 menee "vihreäksi" tarjoamalla yksiköllemme EI ilmastointia. Yhdessä voimme auttaa pelastamaan planeettamme vähentämällä hiilijalanjälkeämme ... yksi vaihtovirta kerrallaan. Olemme päättäneet antaa hellävaraisen kaupallisen tuulen tuulen kautta pitääksemme viileänä. Vaihtoehtoisesti on kattotuuletinta ja laatikkotuuletinta.

Kaanapali Royal; lyömättömällä paikalla aivan Kaanapali Resortin sydämessä.

Conde Nastin lukijat ovat toistuvasti luokitelleet parhaaksi saareksi Maui, ja Kaanapali on määränpää Mauilla. Upea ranta, Black Rock, hotellinauha (ei liian kehittynyttä kuten Miami tai Honolulu) - nimeät sen, jos se on toivottavaa, se on kaikki Kaanapalissa.

Ongelmana on, että Kaanapalista on tullut melko kallista rantahotellille tai hotellihuoneelle, minkä vuoksi Kaanapali Royal on niin tervetullut vaihtoehto.

Ihanneratkaisu! Lähellä toimintaa, mutta hiljainen ja poistettu. Yksikkö on mukava, ja tontit ovat kauniita. On suuri uima-allas ja poreallas uima-altaan reunalla BBQ: lla, jossa on pöydät ja tuolit. Hyödynnä myös kaksi tenniskenttää. Kompleksi on porteilla yöturvallisuudella (Ei, että tarvitset sitä). Pysäköinti on tasoluokassa leviävien varjopuiden alla. Pysäköintimaksu on 20 dollaria päivässä tai korkeintaan 140 dollaria. Tämä maksetaan suoraan vastaanotolle rekisteröinnin yhteydessä.

Tähän yksikköön pääsee portaita pitkin 3. kerrosta. Ja sisällä on portaita, jotka johtavat makuuhuoneeseen. Kuvittele 1500 neliömetrin asuintilaa, jolla on laaja lanai, kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet, nukkuu neljä vuodetta ja siellä on ulosvedettävä vuodesohva yhdelle tai kahdelle ylimääräiselle vieraalle. Fantastic condo and location.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It's in an ideal location with beautiful views. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and the view from the lanai was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great and our 3 year old had a great time at this spot. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very helpful and gave detailed info. 10/10 recommend!

You can't beat this place!

This is the second time we've stayed here and will continue to come back each time we are in Maui. Awesome location, great vibe for adults and kids throughout the property, and the owner is super responsive and helpful. We love it here!

Amazing condo and location!

This unit was perfect for us! Even without air conditioning, the cross breezes made it very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the property manager both before and during our stay. Close to several beaches aside from the famous Black Rock beach. I would absolutely book here again.

Good condo at a great price

The view was amazing! It was just a short walk to the beach and the village. The property management staff, Peter & laura were phenomenal! Peter got back to me quickly with all my questions and allowed a later check out. The Internet went out, I know not a big deal on vacation, but I had some work with deadlines that had to be met, and laura was able to resolve the issue quickly and with plenty of time to meet my deadline. I wasn't able to give 5 stars only because the condo needs a few updates and the AC didn't work all that well, but everything else was great. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

This has been a fantastic place to stay for our family. We have a family of 5 and finding a hotel without having to book 2 rooms has become incredibly hard to do these days. Additionally, the prices to stay in this area of Hawaii even in a VRBO is quite expensive. I found this spot to amazing for the price and what you get for it. It has a beautiful view facing the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It has perfect space for 5 people (2 twin beds, 1 pullout couch and upstairs bedroom). Its a short walk to the beach and located to the ABC store and restaurants. The owners are very transparent about not having air conditioning. I took a chance, even though my wife cannot handle getting overheated, but they had lots of fans (we had 2 going upstairs, plus the ceiling fan) and the kids each had a fan in their rooms. While it does get decently warm at night, we had cool showers before going to bed and with the fans blowing it was not a problem for us. I would say, that if you absolutely cannot handle the fact it might be warm at night, and you need to sleep in cold conditions, then perhaps this is not the spot for you, but I would argue that if you stay here and then give it anything less than a 5 star review because you couldn't handle the temperature, then that is not a fair review. The owners were very responsive to our questions when we needed them for a few things. Thank you! I would highly recommend!!!

Spacious Family Friendly Condo

We have been staying in Ka’anapali with our kids for 11 years and as they get bigger and need more space it’s been a challenge to find a larger condo that accommodates our family. This unit was perfect for us and our budget. Our kids loved having their own room with twin beds. There were plenty of extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner communicated incredibly before our trip letting us know what was available to us like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc. We will be renting this unit again in the future!

Just What We Needed

This place was perfectly placed and priced! Responses about property were prompt. We have been coming to Maui for more than 40 years. This place had a wonderful view and was comfortably stocked with necessary items. The trolly stopped close enough to the property that our kids felt comfortable taking it alone to the beach and Whaler's Village. Breezes were nice and fans are provided for those "hot bodies" in your group. We will return!

BUYER BEWARE

Overall I was unsatisfied with the booking of this property. Don't trust the reviews that state they were able to access the AC in this property. Despite my attempts to validate this with the owner in advance, the response from the owner was misleading and untrustworthy. The thermostat is padlocked and not able to be accessed. The owner was also slow to respond during our trip to my requests for support (~2 days to reply). Only book this unit if you don't plan to need mid-trip support and do not care about having access to AC.

Wonderful Experience

Location of the condo was perfect, nice walk to the big hotels, Whaler's Village and beaches. Communications with owner was excellent. Front desk reception lady was pleasant and plenty of parking. Didn't make it to the pool, but had a great view. View overlooking the golf course to the hotels and water was a perfect "10".

We liked staying here. One reason was because of the bedroom arrangement - masters upstairs and the other downstairs. The separation was great. Beautiful view! Very affordable.

Laura was wonderful to work with. She responded to emails in a timely matter. Was very helpful to my many questions. The condo was fabulous. Clean and stocked with what you need, towels for the beach, utensils for eating, cups plates and anything else you need while staying there. The location could not be any better. The view is incredible. Kehau who works at the front desk at the complex was so helpful and very friendly. We could have stayed forever. There were 6 of us staying there and never felt cramped. The walked to black rock was about 10-15 minutes. We barbequed, hung out at the pool and me and the boys learned how to play pickle ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Great retreat

Stayed at the property for 8 days it was everything that they said it would be , from the very beginning Laura was right on point with communication e-mailing detailed instructions , Very Clean, felt like home away from home. Would stay here again for sure the only downside to the trip was having to come home !! Thanks again Laura keep up the good work .
