Klo 303 Avenida 13, sisäänkäynnissä roikkuu kyltti, joka osoittaa, että ELÄMÄ ON HYVÄ Rannalla. Tämä asettaa äänen tälle 3200 neliöjalkaa, kuuden makuuhuoneen, 6. 5-kylpy- ja premier-lahden edessä sijaitsevalle kiinteistölle. Valoisa rannikon sisustus ja suuri olohuone tekevät tästä kodista vieraan suosikin.

303 Avenida 13: ta hoitaa ammattimaisesti Paradise Beach Homes.

Portaat kulkevat suoraan avoimeen keittiöön, oleskelu- ja ruokailutilaan. Keittiö saa ateriaa valmistelemaan tuulta graniittiset työtasot, kaksi astianpesukonetta, suuri aamiaisbaari ja tonnia säilytystilaa. On olemassa kaksi ruokapöytää, jotka varmistavat, että jokaisella on paikka perheen aterioihin. Olohuone on erittäin mukava, siinä on paljon istuimia ja teräväpiirto 60 tuuman taulutelevisio (mukana Netflix!). Siellä on myös märkä baari jääpalakoneella. Tämä keskeinen oleskelutila tuntuu erittäin tilavalta, sillä sen korkeat katot ja kuvaikkunat tarjoavat näkymät.

Oleskelutilan vasemmalla puolella on neljä ensimmäistä makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa 1 on kaksi queen-vuodetta, oma kylpyhuone ja se avautuu Persianlahden puoleiselle kannelle. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi, ja se avautuu yksityiselle Persianlahden puoleiselle parvekkeelle. Makuuhuoneessa 3 on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi. Makuuhuoneessa 4 on kaksi kuningatara ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Käytävässä on myös puoli kylpyamme, joka palvelee keittiötä ja oleskelutilaa. Olohuoneen toisella puolella on toinen käytävä, joka johtaa vielä kahteen makuuhuoneeseen. Makuuhuoneessa 5 on kaksi queen-vuodetta, oma kylpyamme kylpyammeella / suihkukomboa ja se avautuu etukannelle. Makuuhuoneessa 6 on king-vuode ja iso kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi.

Keittiön takana on iso pesutupa, jossa lisäjääkaappi. Säästäen viimeisen puolen, tämän talon ulkopuoliset mukavuudet ovat fantastisia. Päätason kansi aukeaa olohuoneesta ja Persianlahden puolella olevista makuuhuoneista. Siinä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutumiseen ja ruokailuun. Kirkkaat lasikaiteet tarjoavat esteettömät näkymät Persianlahden vertaansa vailla olevalle kauneudelle.

Talon alla oleva katettu alue on täysin avoin runsaalle pysäköintipaikalle tai enemmän tilaa viihdyttämiselle. Lisää kansitilaa on varustettu pidennettyillä kansilla, jotka tulevat autokatosalueelta. Kuuntele aaltoja rentoutuessasi kodin uima-altaalla. Paratiisista ei vain tule paljon parempaa kuin tämä!

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family - lots of sleeping space (rooms with actual space!!), plenty of sitting space in the living room/dining and just room to not be on top of each other. The kids had plenty of space to play and just roam. The kitchen was very well stocked (the most stocked we’ve ever experienced) and having two full size fridges was awesome! We don’t eat out every night on vacation so we had plenty of room to have food and keep lots of drinks cold as well so less trips to the grocery to restock. The distance to the beach was perfect and the beach was fabulous- no crowds and room for all the kids to run without worry of kicking sand on someone else. The only complaint some of our family members had with the house were the “firm” matresses and they were firm. I don’t think we have stayed anywhere where they aren’t though so it’s kind of expected. The only bad issue we had was the biting flies on the beach, but several locals told us they had never been that bad. We had never experienced those in other areas before but that’s not something the property could control. Overall we had a great stay at this property and would definitely return for another vacation!

Awesome beach front home

We had a great stay at this awesome home. It was clean and was just like the pictures. Great location right on the beach with easy access. Only real comments would be 1-We wish the home came with beach towels and beach chairs and 2-the pool was small and was dirty with leaves and sand. It never got cleaned after the storm for the week we were there We would stay here again.

Family Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, polite and helpful. This was our first stay in Pensacola and if we are every back this way this house will be our first choice. I had used Paradise Beach Homes before and enjoyed working with them. We picked a house with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area. The table, big enough to seat 10, was a great place to play games. The rooms had been freshly painted. We could walk on the beach right out of our back door. It was a great experience with beautiful weather and we hope to get to do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 20 stayed here and we had the best time! We used the space under the house to have a Mardi Gras theme party and had enough room to have it catered. We were able to rent an ice cream truck from Mister Softee to stop by for everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. Overall it was a fantastic time for the family!

Family Vacation

Overall the house was perfect. 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators and the ice maker were an excellent addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family of 15. Would stay there again.

Mutli Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was plenty big for all of our guests. We were traveling with 2 other families with children. Plenty of space, plenty of seating, and the 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and 2 ovens were great!
