Talon kuvaus:
Puhdas ja hiljattain remontoitu 2000 neliön jalka, 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy kotiin. Se nukkuu 8 tavanomaisessa 5 sängyssä. Meillä on 4 taitettavaa sänkyä ja Graco Pack 'n Play alle 13-vuotiaille lapsille, jotka majoittuvat ilmaiseksi. Olemme sijaitsee lähellä maailmankuulu Las Vegas Strip (11 mailia), golf-kentillä, uskomattomia ravintoloita, Red Rock Canyon (10 mailia kohteeseen luontokeskukseen), ja kaikki suuret Las Vegas Convention Centers. Olemme kävelymatkan päässä Suncoast ja Rampart Casino (15 min) ja lyhyt 4 4 kilometrin matka suosituin pois nauhat Red Rock Casino!
Lisäksi on olemassa monia baareja ja ravintoloita, jotka ovat vain 10-20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä tai helppo ajaa. Family Time in Las Vegas

We went to Las Vegas to celebrate the 4th of July AND the birth of our granddaughter (daughter's family lives 10 miles away from this house). We chose the property because it was close to her home and was blown away. The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved being able to go out by the pool as well. Definitely will stay here again the next time we all go to Vegas!

Beautiful, sparkling clean home

Our family of four stayed for spring break. Self checkin with personal codes was convenient. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and upgraded appliances. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies. We didn’t rent a car. It was a 20-25 minutes ride to the strip and airport. You will need to install an app on your phone or iPad to control the pool and hot tub but it was very easy to use. We would stay again.

Week in Vegas but off the Strip

Home was very clean and comfortable. Internet worked great as two of us were working remotely. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get an Uber to take us to the strip. Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t cook so not sure about dishes and pots and pans. Host was very responsive every time we reached out. Would highly recommend.

Annual group climbing trip!

We absolutely loved this rental. Very clean and well equiped. Cozy space and pool/hot tub excellent. The attention to detail is wonderful. This has been the best rental we have stayed in over the years. We are already looking forward to booking again next year!

Little get away with the family

Lovely property! Very clean and had all the basic amenities. Kids loved the pool and a short 15 min to circus circus and an additional 10 to New York New York. Easy check in and out. Rooms were very comfortable. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was just as advertised, very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay, and we didn’t need any help while they were there, which is a good thing! Highly recommend.

Great place in Vegas!

Part of the reason we chose this place was its location to the soccer fields (1+ mile away) for a tournament our grandson was playing in, but the hosts were also a big part as they were very communicative from the beginning to end! Plus the house has everything you need and more! If this place is available, book it!

Quiet and Convinient

We had a great stay at Mark’s place! My kids loved having a heated pool. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies that made it feel like home for the week. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place off the strip with quick access to just about the whole city.

The comfort of home in Vegas!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property last weekend. The house was easy to find and all the instructions from accessing the property to how to turn the spa on were extremely helpful. The house is exactly as described if not better, all the comforts of home on vacation was just what we were looking for, plus the amazing amenities like the pool, spa and gorgeous kitchen. We can't wait to come back and stay again next time we go to Vegas.

Absolutely amazing!

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice! It was so clean and beautifully decorated! Large open floor plan for meals and relaxing but plenty of room for all of us to spread out! The kids loved the heated pool and the private backyard was awesome. It’s also within 15-20 minutes of all the fun we were looking for. Owners responded to every question almost immediately and were so friendly! Highly recommend!

From start to finish, everything was great! Mark’s response time was pretty quick. The house is a hidden gem. Fully stocked with everything you can think of. I rent a lot of vacation rentals, and this house literally has everything! We were a family of 6 (4 adults & 2 children). All of us had enough space to relax and enjoy the house. Can we give 10 Stars?

What a beautiful home - from arranging the dates to checking out - we cannot say enough wonderful words to compensate for our excitement as we entered every room and opened every cupboard. There is not 1 item that you could want for in renting a home that this home doesn't already offer. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated...I give 10 stars to the home and to the home owner.

Beautiful House and the POOL !!

I highly recommend this property. The house is beautiful inside with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom is amazing and the other rooms are good size with plenty of closet space. The house was immaculate and the pool was fantastic. We spent the majority of our time out in the pool. It was so clean (love the auto vacuum) and perfect temperature. The house was about 15 minutes from the strip and I would say the only downside was the closest store was a mile and a half away, so if you don't have a car, expect a 30 minute walk. We definitely would come back here again, it was an amazing place for our weekend girls trip.

Hidden Gem

We have stayed all over the world in some incredible homes through VRBO and this home was at the top of the bunch. The interior of the home was spotless. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of linens, and the living space reminded me of home. The kitchen was by far the most well stocked kitchen we have had in a rental home with every utensil or appliance you could ever need. The backyard was a peaceful oasis. Mark was easy to work with, and very accommodating. The location of the home was in a quiet safe neighborhood. I would give this property 6 stars if I could. Book this place if you get a chance. You won't regret it.

8 day March Vacation/Thomas family

Me and my family stayed at Mr. and Mrs. Baumann's vacation home in Las Vegas. It was a wonderful and peaceful retreat for me and my family. The home is quite spacious, tastefully decorated with all the amenities of my own home. I was certainly impressed and blown away by the warmth and heart of the home. I will most certainly recommend this vacation home to friends and family, and anyone looking to vacation in Las Vegas. The house is extremely convenient to the strip, airport and all entertainment. A great place to stay

We had a great time in this house. The house is filled with almost everything you will need. A lot of space for two families. The pool was fantastic for the teen boys. Only problem we had was the air conditioner up stairs went out. It took us a few days to figure out why it was so hot in the evenings. Horrible night sleep. We finally figured it out the last night there and management never did anything to help us. All communication stopped after the diagnosis. That was disappointing but over all we had a great time. We would come back and stay again.

Great property and comfortable accommodations

The home was very nice!! We were a little worried about staying in a neighborhood, but it was very quiet and barely saw anyone. The drive to and from the Vegas strip did not take long at all. The home was very nicely decorated and had everything from extra blankets, pillows and towels. We rent homes every summer and it was also nice not to have to buy rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great meal and enough plates and cups where you didn't have to run the dishwasher everyday or wash dishes...with a family of 6 I loved the break! Due to the windy weather the pool was dirty and we couldn't get the self cleaner to work but we contacted home manager and the pool guy came out in 30minutes and started the self cleaner. Would definitely rent home again if we come back to Vegas!

Like others have said , we were taken back when we first seen the house, outside looked rough, the inside has been remodeled and looked very nice. It was in a convenient location that met our needs. The house was very well stocked with just about everything you would need for a weeks stay. However, others have committed how clean the house was upon their arrival, I guess we were the exception. The floors were not clean, leftover food left in refrigerator, upstairs bathroom not clean, only one bedroom TV working the other three did not work, patio not clean and BBQ dirty. The reason I rated this house with 2 stars is because of the way Mark responded to our concerns about the condition of the inside of the home. His answer he will have a talk with the cleaning service, he has had complaints about the floors before, the patio should have been clean, sorry about that, same with TV's. Would I stay here again or recommend this property to a friend ? No.

Family Wedding Stay

I want to start at the very beginning of my experience leading up to booking this beautiful property. I had a few questions I needed answered before I could make a reservation. I sent a message through the app and almost immediately I received a reply from Mark who was able to answer all my questions so I reserved the property. On the day of our arrival I received a message from Mark with instructions for entering the house. We were so please to be able to park our car in the garage out of the hot Las Vegas sun. We stepped inside the cool air conditioned house and realized it was just as the pictures showed. The hosts had left us some much appreciated treats on the kitchen island. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable beds and the master suite was humongous with a beautiful walk in shower. We stayed in and catered dinner the first night from a tasty little place near the house called Wild Fig BBQ. It was a wonderfully relaxing evening. We had the opportunity to use the pool and the card table. Our time flew by! The home was perfect for accommodating the 7 of us throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future. Thanks Mark!
