Meidän 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen, täysin varustettu pohjakerroksen huoneisto sijaitsee monimutkainen tunnetaan Sunset Cove Condominiums eteläpäässä Seven Mile Beach, ja on vain pohjoiseen Georgetown. Se on noin 3 kilometrin päässä lentokentältä. Lomakeskus sijaitsee suoraan rannalla ja tämä huoneisto tarjoaa merinäköalan olohuoneesta ja terassilta.

Huoneisto tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet, kuten kuituoptiset kaapelit / internet-piirit, joissa on HD- ja premium-kanavat ja Wi-Fi-kattavuus. Tarjoamme myös kirjaston, jossa on joitakin perhe- ja lasten videoita ja kirjoja. Huoneisto on varustettu huippuluokan lakanat ja pyyhkeet, jotka ovat ammattimaisesti pesty pois näkyvistä! ja rantapyyhkeet.

Kompleksissa on suuri trooppinen uima-allas, jossa on vesiputouksia, lastenallas, poreallas ja hiljattain remontoitu uimabaari ja ravintola nimeltä 5 O'Clock Somewhere, jossa voit nauttia trooppisesta drinkistä ja lounasta. Vaiheet veden äärelle löydät suojatun meren lahden ja mahdollisuuden kokea joitakin Grand Caymanin tarjoamista parasta snorklausta. Condon läheisyydessä on monia erilaisia aktiviteetteja / retkiä, joissa voit osallistua Caymanin kulttuuriin.

Erinomaiset ravintolat, yöelämä ja ostokset ovat kävelyetäisyydellä kompleksista tai vuokraavat auton ja tutustuvat muualle saarelle.

Perfection!

This condo lived up to all my expectations. It had all the conveniences of a first floor unit with direct access to the pool and beach. This unit was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The owner responded in a timely manner to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation home

The condo was immaculate and roomy. The beach was beautiful. Excellent snorkeling just outside the reef with a turtle and many colorful fish seen.

Amazing place!

This property was amazing! Owner was the best! Great communication. Located in a perfect spot with dining all around. Close to the pool/beach with your own personal lagoon to snorkel in.

Relaxing family time

Our family spent a week at this property. It was wonderful!! The condo had everything. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful location!

Our family had a great stay here in Sunset Cove. The pool was nice and the rock lagoon (something no other place here has) gave many opportunities to get in the water. Centrally located as we were able to walk to many locations - 20 minutes or so down to the heart of George Town for shopping or similar up to Camina Bay. Lots of great restaurants right there too. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we ever visit Grand Cayman again!

Beautiful condo and experience and hope to be back again in the near future!

We had an amazing time staying at sunset cove! Condo was perfect for a family of 4, had all updated appliances and fully equipped kitchen etc and the location was perfect. You can just hop in the pool from the sliding doors or a very short hop to the beautiful ocean! We rented a car and loved exploring the island and had such amazing food at the restaurants. Highly recommend this condo as well as the Caymans overall! Can’t wait to be back soon.

Fantastic condo

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our 3 kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom, they loved how close the condo was to the pool and beach, and enjoyed watching some shows after lunch in the living room to cool down a bit from the sun. We walked to many restaurants although we had a car, which was great. We had a great time at Kathryn's condo and would return in the future.Thank you for having us.

Great time in Cayman!!

We had a wonderful time in Cayman. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We were with friends and loved it!! It had everything we needed and more. Great home base for exploring Grand Cayman!

We just got back from 4 nights in April and absolutely loved our stay! Kathryn was so accommodating, friendly, responsive to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need - beach toys, pool toys, bug spray, beach towels, coffee makers, stainless water bottles, etc. Sunset Cove offered a great beach and cove, especially for our kids to explore. The on-site restaurant, complete with swim up bar was delicious and reasonably priced for GC. The location was close to many great restaurants, the grocery store and other hotels. Don't hesitate to book!

Great Condo

Good tranquil location, close to Seven Mile beach and some cafe's. Easy pool and beach access. We booked a last minute vacation and Kathryn was very accommodating, so happy she worked with us for our stay! Communication with her was great, answered any concerns right away. Condo was super clean, it provided some things that we forgot to take or couldn't take like a cooler! It's the little details. I would definitely recommend this stay. Great experience on our first visit to the Islands.

We will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful condo in an amazing location on 7 mile beach. Very clean, and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed having extra snorkel fins that fit our children. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. We especially enjoyed its location and were able to snorkel out approximately 200 m from the beach to an absolutely gorgeous reef. We were very sad to leave.

Paradise at Sunset Cove

Kathryn’s condo at Sunset Cove is absolutely perfect. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out, a full kitchen with everything for cooking meals, laundry, entertainment, and proximity to restaurants, pool, exclusive beach, snorkeling, paddle boarding…and more! Kathryn made sure we had what we needed through the check in process, and shared all the info we needed in plenty of time before the trip. The condo is immaculate and it’s location couldn’t be better. We loved every second and will be back!

Excellent choice

We were overwhelmed with the choices when looking for a place to stay for our first trip to Grand Cayman. I’m glad we picked this place. Kathryn was so pleasant to work with. The condo had the perfect amount of room for our family. We loved having a kitchen. It was an excellent location within the complex opening right onto the pool. It was the BEST beach area. There was fantastic snorkeling right out of the protective cove. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place with a great view!!

We were so pleased with this condo for our vacation. It is on the first floor so no carrying luggage up the steps. That is a great thing. It is decorated so cute. It has this beach theme throughout. You feel as though you are at home. It is great to be able to just walk across to the beach and enjoy the day on the sand. You have a kitchen that has everything you could need. We will go back and take the grandkids next time. This is the perfect place for a vacation to relax and just chill.

Amazing Family Vacation

We stayed with our 3 young kids at Kathryn’s gorgeous condo in early February. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the easy access to pool and beach. The food at the swim up bar was great for lunch. We did a lot of walking and it was easy to get around on sidewalks and felt very safe. We grabbed groceries at Fosters in Camana Bay and there is a nice pedestrian path to get there. Some favorite restaurants were Ragazzi’s, Lloyd’s and Casa 43. The condo is near the Marriot and I had some solo Mom time getting a massage while the kids napped one afternoon. We plan on returning soon!

Great location for relaxing in the sun

This poolside condo was perfect for spending the day by the pool or beach and then heading out to dinner at the wonderful restaurants in the area. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The beach was white sand with a protected cove to float in. You could always get a chair but it was difficult to get an umbrella, especially at the pool. There was drink and food service at the pool and beach from the pool bar. We rented a car and drove around the island but you can definitely manage without one. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kathryn, the 4 of us had a fantastic time!

Excellent Location and Accomodations

The condo is tucked away behind the old Margaritaville Hotel, which is in an excellent location on SMB. The condo was as advertised and well supplied. The living spaces were nicely appointed and the lower level unit provides direct access to the pool out the sliding glass door. No stairs to climb, which is nice. The kitchen was well supplied and enabled us to cook and/or do take out several evenings. The only negative comment I have is that the 2nd bedroom (non-Master) and accompanying bathroom are quite small, with limited space for toiletry kits and other things that you wouldn't typically put in a chest of drawers. Other than that, it was excellent. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great beach!

Overall very good. The host was very good at communication. The property was well maintained. Beach and pool access excellent. We spent a lot on transportation as it was too hot to walk to the restaurants. They were not as close as we thought they would be. The grocery store was not close enough to replenish creamer and coffee, etc. however, plenty of places to buy booze. Good restaurants were always requiring a taxi ride. Vrbo / non hotel stays lack the ease of calling someone to make arrangements for you. However the cab driver that the host recommended was great at helping us make reservations and at showing us the island. Piccoli was best place on property to get breakfast! The hotel attached to/in front of the property is closed and in bad need of repair. You must walk through that area to get to the second bar, and to piccolo. They should at least sweep that area until it can be properly repaired. I would stay here again, however I would rent a vehicle.

Best Ever

If there wasn’t something there, you didn’t need it. The kitchen was better stocked than anywhere we’ve ever been and without all those annoying notes about what not to do. It felt like what you would wish for in a home of your own in paradise. It was great to have a full coffee maker plus a keurig and plenty of containers for leftovers (basket on a shelf in the lower cabinets) The ice maker even kept up with us. The security guard who patrols the property was so sweet and made us feel welcome and safe. We could leave suits out to dry at night without worries. There’s a car rental next to Coconut Joes down the road that’s convenient. We loved the Sting Ray City with Red Sail Sports because they pick up at the Marriott, a 10 minute walk. You can drive into what looks like a pedestrian path by the office to drop luggage. The condo is on the left side. It’s very convenient, so quiet and our absolute favorite! The Lazy Lizard swim up bar is also fun! There’s nothing not to love.

Family of 6 (4 teenagers)

We just arrived home from 10 beautiful days in the Cayman Islands. It was one of the most fabulous family trips to date. And, much of it has to do with where we stayed. The Sunset Cove was a perfect place to bring our four teenagers. The condo comfortably slept all of us, the three girls shared the guest room, my son slept on the pull out couch and my husband and I stayed in the master suit. The beds were comfortable, which is very important to all of us. The condo had all the amenities one would want, such as cable, internet, local phone, a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Each room had it's own television. The kids loved the beach and the water front for sun bathing, swimming and snorkeling. The pool was fun because it has a bar/restaurant attached to it. The kids could get food or drinks any time they wanted and the area was inviting because of the music and waterfall. Each evening my husband and I would sit with a cocktail and watch the sun set before heading out for dinner. All to say, I can fully recommend this vacation condo. Thanks Kathryn for trusting us with your home in Cayman Islands.

Perfect Vacation in Grand Cayman

We had the most amazing holiday at Kathryn's place. The condo was perfect for us. We were travelling with a 5 month old (perfect age), lots of room in the condo and everything you could need. Being on the main floor was perfect for a family with children and was close to the pool and beach. The swim up bar/restaurant (Lazy Lizard) had great food. The pool was big and great for babies and toddlers. The condos patio was a great location to sit with a perfect view of the pool and the beach just beyond. The beach was very calm with the cove break wall and sunsets were spectacular here. We bought groceries twice - once from Kirks just south (20 min walk) and one from Fosters just north in Camana Bay (20 min walk). The food on the island no matter where you ate was amazing. Some of our favourites were, Tillies - a must which is on the beach, Casanova - on the water great for sunset, Peppers, Ms. Pipers and Bacaro - take a taxi here. To get to the longest part of Seven Mile beach we walked north in front of the resort on the road for about 10 minutes. We found just past the tunnel was the best access to make sure you didn't have to turn back based on the wind and tide. We also decided not to rent a car with the baby and did end up taking the ferry from Camana Bay to Kaibo to see the other side of the island for the afternoon which we highly recommend. It was our first time visiting this beautiful island and we will definitely be coming back and staying at Sunset Cove. We loved Kathryn's place and she was a great host always answering any questions we had right away.

A Wonder-Full Week!

Kathryn was easy to work with and prompt to respond to any of our questions. Her pre-trip advice was excellent too. But Kathryn was just the icing on the cake. It was the place... how it was appointed, where it was located and what it offered that was just right for my family of 6. The condo unit: The beds were comfortable. The 2 full baths served us well. The full kitchen and kitchen bar was great for meal prep, snacks, etc. The location of the condo was perfect. On the Sunset Cove property it is just off the pool on the bottom floor and only 30 to 40 yards from the beach and cove. The poolside bar and grill was a treat and the condo is not far from the leasing office either. When we had questions they were right there. The location of the unit at the bottom of 7 Mile Beach and the rest of the island - ideal! It offers so much. We walked to dinner on several nights (Highly recommend: Coconut Joes, Peppers, XQ's, Chicken Chicken and their sister restaurant). The grocery store Kirk Market was also walkable (.8 miles). If we weren't up for walking we could easily grab a public bus for $2.50 per person one way. They are everywhere and its a great way to meet locals and learn more about their fine island. Downtown Georgetown is just beyond Kirk Market and was great for shopping and other dining (Southwest Collective Café downtown was good). There is some good snorkeling in the reef just outside cove. Just south of the property in front of the cemetery there is good snorkeling as well. (We were first timers to the island though. I'm sure there are more experienced travelers / divers / snorkelers who would suggest other spots. I could say more, but figure I've probably said more than will be read by those who are considering Kathryn's place at Sunset Cove. It was fabulous in every possible way and I highly recommend it to all considering a visit to Grand Cayman.

Great Stay

Great location and condo! We all enjoyed the pool and beach and how close we were to great restaurants. Easy process with owner.
