Tervetuloa Mustiquelle! Tämä pienitiheyskompleksi tarjoaa erittäin suuria pohjapiirroksia ja kaikkia ylellisyyksiä, joita voit pyytää. Vain 30 yksikön rakennuksessa on kullakin tasolla vain kaksi yksikköä, joista hyvin harvat ovat vuokria. Yksikkö 302 on itäkulmassa ja siinä on useita parvekkeita, joista voit nauttia suuresta Persianlahdenäkymistä sekä laguuninäkymästä kompleksin pohjoispuolelta. Toisessa kerroksessa on suuri poreallas, kokoushuone ja tilat. Huoneiston ulkopuolella löydät suuren "nollan merkinnän" altaan ja oleskelualueen sekä suuren kalastuslaiturin, joka vie sinut suurelle huvimajalle, joka sopii mainiosti viihdyttävään.

Huoneiston sisällä lahjat jatkuvat. On neljä makuuhuonetta ja neljä kylpyhuonetta. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. 4. 5: ssä kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi poreallasta, yksi soaker-kylpyamme, neljä suihkua ja runsaasti turhaa tilaa. Tämä huoneisto on sisustettu ammattimaisesti ja se näyttää! Keittiö on valtava ja se avautuu täydellisesti muuhun yksikköön. Olohuoneessa on yksi vuodesohva, ylimääräiset istuimet sekä viides taulutelevisio. Olemme myös perustettu erinomaisesti pienimmille, sisustamalla syöttötuoli, paketti-leikki ja lastenrattaat, joita vieraat voivat käyttää lomalla. Onko sinulla muutamia ylimääräisiä vieraita? Ei ole ongelma, meillä on myös kaksi vaahtoa kannettavaa vauvansänkyä nukkumiseen.

Mustiquella on täydellinen yhdistelmä upeita mukavuuksia, kaunis sisustus, hyvä sijainti ja edullinen ylellisyys. Suunnittele lomasi tänään ja aloita perheen perinne täällä jo vuosia!

Kaikki ennen 1. lokakuuta tehdyt varaukset talvikaudella (tammikuu ja helmikuu) edellyttävät 60 päivän (kahden kuukauden) vähimmäismäärää. Johto voi peruuttaa varaukset, jotka eivät täytä tätä kriteeriä. Lokakuun 1. jälkeen varaukset voidaan tehdä talvikuukausina vähintään kolmesta tai seitsemästä yöstä, riippuen yksikön eritelmistä.

We completely enjoyed our week long stay. It was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom as well as bath. The size of the condo was great. The only thing I would change is updating the furniture.

Birthday Getaway For Husband and Son-in-Law

The condo was spacious and everything was as mentioned on website. We went for a birthday trip so the guys could do some fishing and the rest of the family could enjoy the beach. It worked out perfectly nice and quiet location but still close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and having an outdoor and indoor pool was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would define booking this unit again.

Great for Families

Property was great with the standard amenities, easy walk to the beach. The pool area and dock are great for a wind down after a day on the beach. The unit is spacious and is well kept and as advertised. If you need an additional Parking pass, it will cost you $58, just know that going in. The beds are very creaky, mattresses are comfortable, but the box springs creak (suggest the owners take the cardboard out of the top of the springs to quiet them down some). Our families had a wonderful time and the view from the unit is great as well. Would stay here again if they could work on the creaky beds.

superb, everything worked very well for us.

The close proximity to the beach was excellent . The hot tub was great. We enjoyed the view from the condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were most convenient and varied. The kitchen cupboards were stocked beyond our needs with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The openess of the kitchen/living area was most pleasant.

Very Nicely furnished and Well Located

It was very nice. What struck me most, was that they supplied all the tools and appliances in the kitchen. It minimized what you needed to purchase to use the kitchen--thanks. Each bedroom had its own bath.

The condo itself was great, 📺 tv's was small, and there was a noise that was constant under one of the bedrooms that was coming from the building itself and not from the unit. In spite of that the stay was enjoyable

Our small group enjoyed time together! The only part that was not good was having to check in and out at a different location and only getting one parking pass. We rented 2 other condos from this building at the same time and this was the only one where we couldn’t check in and out at the condo and had to pay for a second parking pass.

White Sand Christmas

We booked this condo 2 days before our stay due to some unforeseen plumbing issues at the in-laws house. This condo had more to offer than we originally thought. With views of the bay and beach on both ends of the condo. The rooms were setup so that everyone had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy. The people at Poole helped get us a pack n play for our 10 month old to sleep in as some parts were missing from the one at the location. We have no complaints and this may be a place to stay at more often in the future especially at Christmas.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Property couldn't have been more prefect although at first appeared a bit remote, came to love the quiet. Rental went very smooth. Very extensive communication with rental company. Walk to the beach was difficult for or two seniors with mobility issues but elevator right to our door was perfect. Wonderful hot tub and outdoor pool with each access to water. Prepare to bring all food supplies ..nothing is provided. Would've like a little coffee, tea, salt pepper etc

Lovely place

The house is spacious, br in all rooms made it easy for a group of 10. Walk distance to the beach plus you can relax on the balconies with the view of the ocean 😎. The tvs were difficult to work with them, but honestly we did have time for them. The main door is kinda hard to open each time. It was trials and errors. Maybe this is good on security side of view.😉Generally, the good outweighs the bad. We loved and enjoyed staying here. I would recommend it.

Perfect!

This place was awesome. My only complaints would be that the indoor pool heater broke right at our arrival time so the pool was unavailable at the time an indoor pool was needed. The other complaint would be whoever the day guard/building monitor could use a little more training on how to interact with guess. She was not friendly at all. Other than that I highly recommend this place. I would stay here again without question. By the way, Bob the night guard was delightful as well as helpful.

Location is great but not owner responsability.

Though we loved the location, the fact that one of the king beds was broken (one corner completely broken from the frame) made it extremely difficult for one couple (my 76 year old parents who refused to change beds with anyone else) to sleep. We propped the bed up with books but they did not hold very well. We contacted the property management right away and they had someone come look at it. However, since the bed needed replacement and could not be fixed, they had to speak with the owner. We talked to them every day and got the same response. They were waiting for the owner to decide on replacing the bed. Needless to say, the bed was broken the entire week we were there. We would certainly stay in this area again, but not in this condo.

Does NOT sleep 14 as stated

Description/Amenities: The condo was very nicely decorated...however, it advertised "sleeps 14." We had 13 people in our party. The unit sleeps 10 at best. There were 4 king beds, one sleeper sofa that was falling apart and 2 small folded cushions, similar to pontoon cushions, that would accommodate a small child in a sitting position. We were required to go to WalMart to purchase inflatable mattresses and linens. The only extra linens, other than those on the king beds, were some for the sofa bed. Maintenance: The carpeting in the dining room and living room had food on the floor when we arrived. There were light bulbs out in several fixtures. Also, prior to the trip, we were told we could park our extra vehicle (parking at the condo is limited to 2 vehicles) at the public parking at adjacent to The Hangout. However, parking there is limited until 2am (for a $10 fee), after which time your car will be towed. When I asked the staff at Poole & Investments about this, they told me yes, they knew that, parking was a problem for everyone in Gulf Shores, even the people who lived there. Probably just be best to park our extra vehicle at the WalMart parking lot for the duration of our stay. This was our first time returning to Gulf Shores in almost 15 years. We will most likely return to Navarre/Pensacola or Destin/Seaside in the future.

Very nice condo Very bad furnishings

Let me start with, my family and I go to Gulf Shores numerous times per year and have stayed at a lot of very nice condos. I have NEVER written a bad review on any of them. This is a very nice 4 bdrm 4 bath unit with a nice floor plan in a great location. But the living room furniture is nasty and beyond uncomfortable, there is a nice large outside balcony that only has 2 wicker chairs!! without cushions, the condo sleeps 12, it needs outdoor furniture. The under the counter ice maker doesn’t work, the wine chiller doesn’t work, there were spare sheets and blankets rolled into balls, wasn’t sure if they were clean or not until we washed them and the stains came out. I think it’s ridiculous that you rent a 4 bdrm unit and you get one parking pass, you can buy ONE more. Needless to say we had to find parking off site for the other two vehicles meeting us. The rug inside the front door should have been replaced a long time ago. The carpet in the bedrooms need cleaned or replaced. When you rent this type of condo you have a certain expectation and this one didn’t get anywhere near it. Maintenance did come and replace the batteries in the chirping smoke alarm shortly after I called to complain. I will not rent this unit again until there have been some improvements.

Disrepair

Nice location and could be a nice unit if properly maintained. Standing water seemingly coming from bathroom (only used once) covered half of one bedroom floor for entire 5 night stay, making one bed/bath unusable. Refrigerator froze everything, and could not be set above 15F. Living room carpet filthy. Towel rack falling off master bath wall. Property manager sent multiple repair people on multiple days, but they actually fixed nothing. Should be much better for what it cost. Property manager gave me 10% off but deserve more like 50%.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for my family to stay. There were 3 couples and two small children. It was plenty big enough and also have everyone their privacy. We would definitely stay again.

Worst condo I’ve ever stayed in

Our condo wasn’t clean at all.. furniture super outdated and the pool was closed!! For the price we paid the place should’ve been spotless! Instead it was absolutely disgusting.
