CONDO sijaitsee 3. Kerroksessa, jossa näkymät kauniille kukkuloille. Olohuone, jossa on parveke, näkymät rannalle ja päärakennuksen parveke takaa LAKE Powellin. CONDO ON TOWNHOUSE DESIGN.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on olohuone, ruokailualue, keittiö, parveke ja pesuhuone.

Cozy condo

This is our third year at Pinnacle Port. We LOVE coming here. This condo was perfect for our family. I loved how cozy it was and also how up to date the appliances and decor was. The communication with the owner was spectacular! He was quick to respond and answered my questions throughly. We look forward to coming back!

Beach Family Vaca

The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Its close proximity to the beach was a major highlight—just steps away! The unit includes a master bathroom, which was a great feature; however, it's worth noting that there is no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, which affects privacy. While this wasn't a deal breaker for us, it would have been helpful to know beforehand. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the amenities provided.

Beautiful Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and updated. Great views from every window. The owner Jim was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Location and amenities are great for families. The condo unit was nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable. Not one complaint.

Great condo!

We had an amazing vacation at Pinnacle Port! This condo is in a convenient location in the Main tower on the 3rd floor. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were close to the beach, the grills and the pool. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place!

Property well keep up

Beautiful condo on the beach

Beautifully decorated condo on 3rd floor with gorgeous ocean view. It was right off the elevator so nice not to have long walk to room. Host was very helpful and responsive. The master bathroom doesn't have a door but for privacy just lock bedroom. The full size washer and dryer was very nice.

Great Location!

We had a nice stay. Jim was kind enough to have plenty of supplies for us.....and a good thing as with COVID times Publix was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Fortunately, I had brought a few items with us as well. The property is a good location. My teenagers were thankful for the tower charging station! Jim is ever so pleasant and very responsive if you need anything or have any questions. Thank you for everything!

Beachfront Heaven

The condo was exactly as pictured with a great view of the beach and Lake Powell. Both main bathrooms were beautiful with an adequate supply of towels. The beach was right out the front door and the complex had many activities going on every day. The unit had all the cooking utensils you need to cook as much as you like. Many restaurants in the area to choose from and Pier Park had many stores and shops as well as a nice movie theatre. The condo was up to date and decorated very nicely. Lastly Jimmy always responded almost immediatley any time I had a question. We can't wait to come back next year.

Vacation Birthday

We have been to 30a numerous times. Love it there. This was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we will be back! It’s a short 5 minute drive to Rosemary. Loved the proximity to the beach as opposed to walking across a street. Just took the elevator down and was there! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. 2 teens and mom and dad. Had plenty of room. Like the condo set up. Was perfect family time and some separation time. Spent time at Carillion plaza center. Had great pizza, breakfast and ice cream. Had a great vaca! Thank you Jim for prompt answers to my questions. And thanks for letting us enjoy your relaxing condo!

Relaxing time with family

Property was as advertised. It is an older property that has been very well maintained and taken care of. We loved the split level layout with dual balconies. Beds were very comfy and everything we needed to cook a basic meal was provided. Full size washer/dryer is great and their were 2 beach chairs on the balcony. Not a huge fan of carpet at the beach but all I can say is Wow, it was so clean and soft. I've been to hotels were your feet would be black after 30 min of walking in the room, not here, the place was very clean upon arrival and their were supplies to clean during our stay. There were a few nit-picking things I would like different but we would definitely stay in this condo again without hesitation.

Perfect Vacation

The property's location is great! We had views from every room and the walk to the beach is short and sweet (basically right outside the elevator). We didn't have any problems so I never had to reach out to the owners, but Jim was quick to send an email when they had to do some maintenance at the condo that could potentially compromise our visit to the pool (though the beach was so good, we never got a chance to go to either of the pools!). Honestly, we LOVED our time together and this unit was perfect for offering a variety of activities all ages can do together and connect with one another. This has been our favorite vacation in Panama City Beach, and we've stayed in several places. We will definitely be back! Also, several others mentioned there isn't a door in the master bathroom. I noted this and brought a tension rod and a dark curtain to block the light and give a little privacy. Problem solved!

Excellent Condo on West PCB

I vacationed at Pinnacle Port in PCB as a teenager over 40 years ago. Now with a family of my own, I appreciate the relaxing and secure environment along with the convenient location that Pinnacle Port continues to offer. With recent renovations to the complex (painting, outside building accessory replacements, and beach replenishment) the facilities look as good as I've ever seen them look. Mr. Elder's condo (A312) is one of the best maintained condos in the complex. He has recently painted, replaced carpet, and updated kitchen counter tops in this unit. That's why this makes about the 3rd or 4th time we have rented from Mr. Elder in the last 5 - 6 years. The unit is on the 3rd floor of the Tower, close to the elevators, and a short 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach. It is two story with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths up with balcony overlooking lake Powell. The kitchen, 1/2 bath with washer/dryer, and living area are down with balcony overlooking the Gulf. If you wish to rent a nice, clean condo in a relaxing, secure, and convenient location you can't go wrong here.

QUIETNESS AND BEING AWAY FROM THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MAIN AREA OF PANAMA CITY BEACH. BEING A GATED COMMUNITY WITH 24 HOUR SECURITY WAS ALSO AN ASSET.
