Tämä on kaunis koti, hyvällä paikalla, jossa on paljon tilaa koko perheelle tai useammalle perheelle. Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa yksityiskodissa on myös puulämmitteinen takka ensimmäisen kerroksen perhehuoneessa sekä toinen perhehuone, jossa alakerran Ping-Pong-pöytä, kaasugrilli kannella sekä pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ylimääräinen jääkaappi kodinhoitohuone. Tulipalo, vaeltaa ovesta, rauhallinen alue!

Voit nauttia täysin varustetusta keittiöstä, jossa astianpesukone ja 16 hengen istuimet illalliselle. Tässä keittiössä on jopa roskapuristin, joka rohkaisee lapsia tosiasiallisesti käyttämään sitä! Jotta nämä kylmät päivät olisivat lämpimiä, tee kaikki tarvitsemasi kuuma suklaa ja tee kuumalla vedellä varustetulla tipulla, joka valuu välittömästi kiehuvaan kuumaan veteen!

Jotta kaikki hiihto- / lautavarusteet pysyvät poissa tieltä, alemmalla tasolla on iso tavaratila, joka järjestää kaikki tavaroesi tekemään uudestaan helpon!

Tässä paikassa on neljä makuuhuonetta: makuuhuone Kalifornian king-vuoteella, iso vaatekaappi ja täydellinen kylpyhuone. Alemman tason 3 makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode tai koko sänky ja kerrossänky. (X-Long kahdessa huoneessa)

Alemman tason sohva vetää ulos täysikokoiseen sänkyyn.

Alemmalla tasolla on täysi kylpyamme (suihku / amme), yläkerrassa on puoli kylpyamme ja poreallas / suihkuhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on myös kylpyamme. Ja tarpeeksi kuumaa vettä suihkulle koko ryhmälle!

Lemmikkieläimet - Koirat rakastavat juoksevat metsässä ja saavat myös liikuntaa!

Tarjolla on Wi-Fi mitä tarvitset sekä uusi taulutelevisio kaapelilla alakerrassa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on televisio, joka on varustettu DVD-soittimella jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, ja valtava DVD-kirjasto nautintoasi varten.

4-PYÖRÄN ASEMAA SUOSITELTAVAT talvella. Pysäköinti on 3-4 autolle

Tämä paikka on upea myös muina vuodenaikoina, vaeltaa ovesta ulos ja nauttia luonnosta. Lintujen syöttölaitteet löytyvät takakannelta, joka tuo mukanaan erilaisia villieläimiä.

Wonderful chalet

We spend a fun filled weekend with great skiing and had a blast at the comfortable relaxing chalet. It's a beautiful place to spend time with family and connect with great friends. Stocked with all the comforts of home. Ski in ski out and close to town with lots to do. Can't wait to go back!

Comfortable, well-equipped house!

We had a wonderful time here in August. We came up for a fun, relaxin friends and family weekend. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. We never felt crowded or stressed. It was a wonderful weekend.

Relax and Ski

Spacious, comfy home with everything you need to unwind, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. You need not bring anything except food and drink (unless you decide to eat out and shop in the cute little town within a few miles). Plenty of room, tv, wifi, pingpong, outdoor grill, skiing, and hiking all in a peaceful setting. There is also a zip line course nearby that was fantastic when we visited in the fall. All this and Pet Friendly too! Can't wait to go back again.

Spacious and scenic

We had four families - eight adults and 12 children - and the chalet was big enough to accommodate our large group comfortably. The kitchen/dining/living room area was spacious for lounging/eating/hanging out. The ski equipment room on the bottom floor was convenient to store all our gear. Location is ideal - four houses away from the nearest run. Decorated nicely. Would definitely go back.

Just what We Needed

My son and I spent 14 days at this perfect home that afforded us quiet, tranquil days amidst the trees and nature. Lovely hikes up the ski slope and further to discover Spruce Lake. Having ping pong and darts were appreciated. Many games were provided as well as several drawerfuls of DVDs to enjoy. Lynette was a thoughtful owner and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this tree-house feeling retreat.

A beautiful property nestled in the woods close to the town of charming Ellicottville!

This property was a perfect location and size for a group of couples or a few families to share. (We booked this for a wedding that we attended at a local ski area). It was spacious, well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and above all, clean. If you enjoy the outdoors and a nice walk, you can even stroll into the town Ellicottville for a delicious Saturday morning breakfast. The owner was fantastic to communicate with. She recommended many things to do and also left a binder with an easy step by step closing up procedure. In closing, I would most definitely recommend!!!!

A great place, amazing weekend!

This was, by far, one of the best places we've had a chance to stay. The villa is tucked away into the forest trees and the whole area is one of peace and tranquil. Everything that we needed was there and even though we were 14 people there was more than enough space for everybody. It was clean and well kept and the tennis table was a hit with our kids. I left the owners last, however they were amazing and most helpful. Lynette was there to help us with any questions and the information that she gave was very useful. Even one little issue that we had, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. We loved the chalet, the place around it and hope to be back sooner rather than later. I fully recommend it as an excellent choice for your vacation.

Lovely quiet Chalet. Get lost in the wilderness

Spent time with my close friends this Memorial Day weekend. It was a sort of reunion so we did not intend to do a lot of activity. That way this was a perfect place with an open kitchen so that we could converse while cooking. Kids had their own space below, big enough for them to run, watch TV and play. It was rainy so could not use the outside much. The only sore point - We were really looking forward to use the Jacuzzi however could not get it to work. It was not responding to the switch, not sure why. Else was a great memorable weekend. Would recommend it to others who just want to spend time with close ones.

Perfect Family Get-a-way!

We reserved this property for a Celebration of Life event for our father's passing. We couldn't have been happier with the property! There were 14 of us at one point, and everyone had a place to sleep, even showers worked out despite many people wanting them in close succession. The kitchen is great, found everything we needed. I am so glad there is no TV in the upper living room, instead everyone played games and talked while playing music on the speaker in the kitchen. I don't think anyone ever even used a TV! We hiked to the pond at the top of the ski hill next to the house, dogs loved it! Close to town and in a beautiful setting. Campfire outside each night. The owners have made sure to include everything you could need here, we only brought food and drinks. Thank you so much for allowing dogs, we are a big dog family and it wasn't easy finding a place to fit us all. This was really a great place to stay, can't wait to do it again!

Terrific Ski Weekend with Friends and kids

We spent Presidents Day weekend 2018 at this lovely Holimont Chalet. It was perfect for 4 families (7 adults 7 children). Each family had their own room and there was plenty of space for all of our accompanying ski gear - the boot room was perfect for keeping all of our stuff organized! The house was stocked with everything 14 people could need over the course of 5 days. Plenty of wood, towels, kitchen supplies, even the pantry and refrigerator were stocked with essentials. Having a washer and dryer was very handy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our ski days at Holimont, it was a lovely resort, no crowds and terrain for all ability levels. Our 7 and 8 year old even tackled their first black diamond! The property owner was very helpful and responsive to all of our communications and followed-up upon our arrival to make sure we were settled and had what we needed. She provided us with very useful information about Ellicottville on our first visit to the area. I've done a lot of VRBO's and this was one of our best experiences yet.

Great multi-family house

We brought a couple families up and had a great time. House is clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable Fall weekend in EVL. Big open room upstairs to hang out and be together as a group. Kitchen is good sized and fairly well stocked for our cooking needs. Eventually the kids migrated downstairs, which was perfect because they had their own TV, ping pong, and plenty of room to chill away from parents. Oh, and beautiful expansive views out every backside window. One tip that the owner will also share with you: we woke up to a couple inches of snow which adds a bit of "excitement" to the location which you need to factor in if you're coming in winter. The road up to the house is a fairly steep grade. Don't attempt going up or down in a 2WD with banana skin tires or you will regret it. Same with stairs down to the front door of the house. You will bite it big time if you're not careful. None of this is anything to worry about unless you're unprepared. Lynette's a good, attentive owner. Proactively made sure we were happy with everything and even remotely turned the heat on for us before we arrived. She's very accommodating and we appreciated it. All-in-all, exactly what we were looking for.

A Great Thanksgiving Holiday

We had the pleasure of staying at this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. My family of 16 adults and one 15-month old had a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a grand Thanksgiving dinner, and the dining table had plenty of leaves to accommodate all 16 of us sitting together. Because of the large number of vehicles that we had and the recent record snowfall in the area, parking at the home was pretty limited (3 vehicles), but with Lynette's help and the map on the wall in the entryway we got everyone safely and legally parked for the long weekend. Lynette was a wonderful host and despite my multiple emails to her, she never seemed to lose patience with me. She always provided not only the information I was requesting, but lots of additional information to help ensure a wonderful vacation at her home and in the village of Ellicotville. We are not skiers, but thoroughly enjoyed Lynette's home and Ellicotville's charm. We highly recommend!

Ellicottville getaway

This is the perfect property to get together with family or friends and go skiing or just hang out and explore Ellicottville!! Lynette was a great host! Very communicative and gave us tons of recommendations on stuff to do. The Chalet was clean and cozy and was the perfect gathering place for my group this past weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here. Lynette kept in contact with me and made sure everything went smooth. The house had everything we needed, loved the deck and fire pit. The beds are also comfortable.

Wonderful New Years stay!

This home (and Holimont generally) is such a special place and community! Even with a historic lack of snow, we had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as advertised, clean and spacious, and perfect for 2 families (including 4 kids). The kids loved the ping/beer pong table! The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive - even offering us ideas of what to do around town since there were a few days when skiing was not an option! We loved it and can’t wait to return with some real snow!

Just Amazed!!!

The best stay we have ever had. The property in located in a scenic location amongst trees, valleys. The Chalet has everything one might need. Its a great location for a skiing vacation but we were in this palatial chalet for a summer break and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our sojourn.. Thanks Lynette , we cant thank you enough.

Very nice weekend stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house in EVL. It was very cozy, super clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was a pleasure to work with and was so accomodating and helpful. The only complaint we had and the host agreed was that new couches might help to make the living room area a little more comfy than it already was. Plenty of clean towel and lots of space for sleeping should it be needed. Basement area (where most of bedroom space is) was not damp at all and had so many fun things to do! We would definately stay again! Awesome street to take a little stroll on as well in the summer! I can only image how great this property would be if you were a skier.

A few days of fun

Rolled into Ellicott Ville to ride mountain bikes for a few days lifelong friends. The property was easy to check into, very convenient access to the town and a quiet comfortable place to relax. The owners made it quite easy for us to enjoy. Would recommend to other renters.

A nice place for a family get-away

The property fit the needs of our group well. We had sufficient space for all 13 of us and the family particularly enjoyed the fire pit which promoted good conversations. The location was convenient to town and attractions.

This chalet has been in my family since 1966 when my parents built it. They did a huge addition/gut to it in the late 1980's. Recently my family purchased it from my parents. Our family loves to ski at Holimont and we have many happy memories! It is the type of place, that when you walk in the front door, your shoulders relax and you know it is time to enjoy the people around you!
