Olivia Beachin Seaview Cottage sijaitsee Olivia Beachin viehättävällä alueella Lincoln Cityssä, Oregonissa. Tämä viehättävä mökki valmistui lokakuussa 2014. Käänteinen elävä pohjaratkaisu on kaunis merinäköala huipputason että ominaisuuksia keittiö, ruokasali, olohuone ja tilava yläkerran. On lisääkin merinäköala toisen / päätaso alakerrassa, samoin kuin makuuhuone ja yksi vierashuonetta.

Kaunis ja viehättävä koti on upea holvattu katto alttiina puu palkki, parketit, wainscoting, kruunuvalu, laatta graniitti laskurit keittiössä sekä kaikki kylpyhuoneet ja märkä bar. On kaksi takkaa, kaksi tilavaa kannet merinäköalalla sekä oma poreallas Merinäköala.

Olivia Beach on johtava naapurustossa Lincoln City, joka on ollut esillä sekä HGTV ja Sunset Magazine ja on vain metrin päässä Tyynellämerellä. Seaview Cottage Olivia Beach sijaitsee välittömästi vieressä lämmitetty ulkoallas ja paikan päällä kuntosali. Olemme lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Olivia Beach Central Park, joka sisältää lasten pelata rakenne, suuri avoin ruoho tila, yhteisö grilli, Nature Area, yhteisö palo kuoppaan (polttopuut mukana) ja hiekka lentopallokenttä.

Vuodesta Seaview Cottage Olivia Beach olet myös lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä meren rannalle pääsy kautta Olivia Beach portaita. Ylhäältä portaita saat loistava näkymä merelle alla! Täsmälleen 113 portaita hiekka, se voi myös olla hyvä treenata! Kuitenkin, jos et halua kävellä ja haluaisin ajaa voit saada tasainen yleinen uimaranta pääsy Canyon Drive Park, joka on hyvin lyhyt 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Seaview Cottage välillä 11. & Coast Ave. Kun olet rannalla olemme erittäin lähellä joitakin upeimmat vuorovesi-altaat ja paljon laajat viheralueet rakennus hiekka linnoja tai vain kävely varpaita hiekkaan.

Kotimme mahtuu 8 aikuista tai 6 aikuista matkustaa jopa 4 lasta. Olemme erinomaisesti usean sukupolvien / perhelomille - isovanhemmat matkustavat aikuisten lasten ja lastenlasten.

Perfect house for families

The house is perfect for large families. Enough space for everyone but still seemed cozy. Truly has everything you need for your stay. The view is amazing, close to pool and the park, and within a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Could not ask for a better vacation home

Lovely ocean view and fun house for groups!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. Close to the ocean stairs, the park & firepit, steps away from the pool! We had children aged 6-9 and their servants (aka parents). Everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen equipment was thoughtfully well stocked to make all our meals here. The beds were comfortable as well as the lounging furniture. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

Great - would go again!

Super easy, near the beach, pool is literally outside the front door. Loved every piece of it, the kids had a great time. The adults had a great time, and we definitely go back. A lot of reviews mentioned the house being fully stocked, and we can confirm that is 100% true! The hosts were super easy to work with. The hot tub was great. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed, and the laundry room was very useful.

Best Vacation Home Ever!

We stayed at Seaview Cottage for nine wonderful days. The house was the perfect setup for our family of 10 which included five adults and five children. The home was immaculate; the kitchen equipped with everything the cooks in the family could possibly need, and the shed stocked with beach and pool toys for the children. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft linens, cozy bathroom towels and even pool and beach towels. The home is conveniently located next to the heated community pool, which our family was able to use every day. The host, Manda, was very easy to communicate with and graciously allowed us to check in earlier than we expected. The attention to detail was unlike any vacation home we have ever rented previously, and because our experience was so enjoyable we hope to return to Seaview Cottage again for another amazing vacation!

Perfectly appointed, beautiful views.

My family had a great time at this house. 10 minute walk to the beach or a solid Mexican restaurant. Floor plan was perfect for a group, with bedrooms separate from gathering spaces. Best stocked and equipped kitchen I’ve ever rented. The pool next door was a huge hit with the kids. Hope to be back next year.

Great family getaway

From the minute we entered we felt like we had found the perfect spot to make new family memories. It had been two years since our family was all together and the house was just what we needed. The design was great - stairways up the middle of the house on each floor which separated sleeping areas and gave some privacy. All bedrooms and baths were clean and nicely decorated. House was very well stocked; especially the kitchen. Loved gathering on the deck in the morning for coffee before sitting down to a good breakfast and gathering again in the evening for a glass of wine before dinner. Access to the beach was pretty easy for everyone, some drove to entrance, others walked and took the stairs. Great tidepools and a wonderful wide beach to enjoy. Found some nearby hiking trails, enjoyed the pool and just being together again. Thank you for sharing your home. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay at Seaview Cottage!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach. The house has everything you could need and then some! We loved the neighborhood as well. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and we loved that some tidepools were so close. Depoe Bay is about 15 - 20 minutes away and the guys booked 2 mornings of fishing since it was so close. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip this summer.

Family vacation at the ocean

Seaview Cottage review. We stayed in July 2021 and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had every utensil you could think of as well as a great assortment of serving dishes, pans, glasses, and silverware. When we got there the check-in process was seamless and all went well. You will need to get used to the 3 floors so the steps are a bit much, but great exercise. The beds were very comfortable with pillows and comforters. Bathrooms on all floors and views from the top deck was suburb. Great views from the 2nd floor from the 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom excellent. Kitchen cupboards were all labeled so when you used dishes and stuff, you knew exactly where it was to be put back. I could go on and on about this house, but you need to rent the home to see how nice everything is. We will definitely plan to go back and hopefully we will be able to get the dates we are looking for.

Sea view Cottage is an impeccably maintained and fully equipped home. Beds/pillows are comfortable, kitchen has everything you’ll need, and the stocked beach/pool equipment room was perfect for the kids.

Olivia Beach Getaway

Manda's property was one of the best experiences we've had while on a vacation. The house was amazingly clean, with all the amenenties you could need. The house layout was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room for more! The ocean and sunset views from the top balcony were a great way to end each evening. Communication was incredible from Manda (the host). Anything we needed or any questions we had, her response times were quick! If you are looking for a Lincoln City/ Olivia Beach property, I'm not sure how you could have a better experience than this property. We will be back, for sure!

a lovely home in an idyllic neighborhood

This home is just gorgeous! It is new, well appointed, and has enough room for everyone to get some R&R if they need to. The neighborhood seems like something from a fairy tale. There are MANY steps in this 3 story, as is the case with most homes on the hills of the Oregon Coast...so this is worth considering. Regardless, we found exactly what we were looking for with this rental. Manda, the owner, was prompt and communicated easily with us by phone. This is an easy 5 star review.

Best Beach House!

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Seaview Cottage. The photos do not do it justice. It is stunning in every way. It was spotless when we arrived. The views are gorgeous! We loved sitting out on the deck reading and also watching the sunset. Every bed was extremely comfortable with upscale bedding and pillows. My kids asked me to buy the same pillows when we got home! Manda was the best! She responded quickly and keeps their home up pristinely. If you are looking for a family getaway, Seaview Cottage is the place! Even though the community pool was closed due to Covid 19, we got to enjoy the hot tub daily. Thank you again, Manda for sharing your beach home with us. We cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic Week at the Oregon Coast

Seaview Cottage exceeded our expectation in every way. The house is part of a great secluded neighborhood away from the crowds of Lincoln City and the house is built up in the neighborhood allowing for perfect viewing of sunsets, and great views of the ocean from the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to do baking and grilling during our trip, the bedrooms all had really comfortable beds, and the basement was perfect for the kids to watch movies. Manda was always really responsive as the owner of the property. We definitely want to come back in the future!

Beautiful home on the coast!

This was my favorite home on our entire Oregon Coast Road Trip! The house was decorated so beautifully, love Manda’s style! Bedrooms were all so cozy. WELL equipped kitchen, I cook a lot! The location was awesome. The kids loved just walking around the neighborhood and going to the beach to hang out. We went to Depoe Bay and saw whales! The kids surfed at Agate Beach. They said (teenagers) this was their best stop of the whole trip! Lol We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Olivia Beach. Thanks Manda, for sharing your home with our family!

Fantastic!

Our family had a delightful stay at the Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary. The house was cheerful, organized and clean with all ammenties to feel at home. The clear view of the ocean was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee, soak up the sunset and cheer for whale sightings. Each day we explored tidepools and surfed the waves. Wow! It was our first time to Lincoln City and it did not disappoint. The home owner, Manda, is the best host. The house is located in such a great spot. It was so nice to have the pool right next door, the park a short walk away and the beach just a few steps further. Manda has decorated the house so beautifully. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into planning out every single detail. The views from the house of the ocean are amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The house offers everything you could imagine you would need on vacation. Manda is so kind and was readily available to answer any questions we may have had about the property and local surroundings. This was a trip to remember and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Manda for making it so effortless to enjoy a week with family making endless memories.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house!

This house is gorgeous in every way, and Manda was an absolute delight! First, the house - the pictures are very helpful and accurate, but seeing the house in real life is even better. It is spotless and beyond well-equipped. We lacked for nothing! I can tell that every surface and finish and decorating detail was chosen with care. Every room was magazine-worthy. The kitchen was gorgeous, too, and we very much appreciated how well-stocked it was. We especially liked that the location for every item was labeled in the kitchen, which made it very easy for us to put everything back in its correct place. Manda's instructions and information about the house was very thorough as well, so the whole process was smooth and easy. The beds were amazing - we all slept so well! The mattresses were so comfortable, and it was a struggle to know whether we should stay in those lovely beds or get up and start our day, LOL. The views from the balconies were stunning. We spent a glorious evening watching the sun set and whales diving. It was truly a special and memorable evening. Manda was so helpful, and I especially appreciated her advice about things to do, places to eat and when/where to explore the tide pools. Thank you for a truly memorable and wonderful stay at Sea View!!

Loved it!

We celebrated our 45th anniversary here with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect, beautifully decorated, fantastic views of the ocean (we saw whale spouts on our last day) and an incredibly equipped kitchen. We could make very fancy meals here. Beach was gorgeous for walking. Our granddaughters Loved the heated pool just steps from the side of the house and the fire pit in the park. Pictures were very accurate. Would definitely stay again if we return (our family spread all over)

We had the opportunity to stay at a home in Olivia Beach in Feb 2012 and fell in love with the charm of the neighborhood, the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful detail in the home. We continued to think about Olivia Beach and finally in the Spring of 2014 we jumped at the opportunity to build our beautiful OCEAN VIEW home! We spent a lot of time paying attention to all of the details of building and furnishing a home that had the level of quality and luxury that we look for when we are renting for our vacations.

Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach is one of a handful of homes in the neighborhood that features an Ocean View. Our home is a reversed living floorplan so the kitchen, dining and living room are on the top floor. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the bottom level features a 4th bedroom, another bathroom and a very large family/media room with a wet bar. We have large decks off of the two top levels that allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and ocean views.

Another great feature of our home is the close proximity to the outdoor heated pool! We are located directly next to the pool that is open during the peak season of May - September. Olivia Beach is a charming, family friendly neighborhood that features it's own park, playground, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and picnic tables.

Our home provides you with all of the amenities for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We have a private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor patio furniture, Free Wifi, two 60" LCD HD Smart TV's, two indoor fireplaces, 400 thread count sheets, down comforters, beach towels, board games, puzzles, DVD collection as well as a fully equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances.
