Xanadu1-rakennus on arvostettu, ylellinen ja erittäin kysytty kiinteistö Cresentin rannalla, North Myrtle Beachillä, vain 18 yksiköllä. Tilava 3 makuuhuoneen yksikkö tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden, kauniit erkkeriikkunat ja esteetön näkymän siniselle valtamerelle. Kun syötät yksikköä, sinut ympäröi upea näkymä siniselle valtamerelle; se on vain sinä, valtameri ja kaunis merituulen .. ..mikään muu ei ole väliä!

Tule rentoutumaan tässä ammattimaisesti sisustetussa ja kalustetussa yksikössä ja nauti auringosta nauttien merinäköalasta erilaisista asuintiloista, makuuhuoneesta ja kauniista tilavasta parvekkeesta. Kotimme on kauniisti sisustettu ja täysin varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Kalusteet, patjat ja esineet ovat kaikki huippuluokkaa. Huoneistossa on 3 televisiota, DVD, videonauhuri ja muut mukavuudet, kuten oma yksityinen pesutupa huoneisto sisällä täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla! Makuuhuoneet ovat parivuode makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa, parivuode ja kaksi erillistä sänkyä kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa sekä iso king-sohva olohuoneessa.

Siellä on ulkouima-allas ja viihdyttävä alue, jolla on aurinkotuolit auringonottoa varten matkalla yksityiselle rannan sisäänkäynnille. Rakennuksen vieressä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa.

Olemme iloisia siitä, että pysyt kanssamme ja annamme sinulle kaiken kauhan käyntikohteista sekä lähellä olevista palveluista! Condo-alueella on lukuisia ulko- ja sisäaktiviteetteja. Voit kävellä tai vuokrata kärryä pääkadulla selataksesi erilaisia putiikkeja, sisustus- tai antiikkiliikkeitä. Golden Griddle ja Hoskins (historiallinen ravintola) ovat paikallisia suosikkeja aamiaiselle ja lounaalle! Alueella on yli sata erittäin hoidettua golfkenttää sekä lukuisia minigolf-keskuksia. Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Legends in Concert ja Alabama Theatre ovat vain 10 minuutin päässä huoneistosta. Palatsi-teatteri, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Ripleyn akvaario ja Broadway at the Beach ovat hienoja lähellä olevia nähtävyyksiä - vain muutamia mainitakseni. Upeat ravintolat toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi ympäriinsä, ja hinnat vaihtelevat jokaiselle budjetille. Familt 4th of July vacation

The propery is older, but clean. The stairs and elevator were near the door. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group of 7 adults. The balcony had tables and chairs overlookimg the ocean. The beach was nice and not too crowded. The pool in the complex was great. It was a good location in North Myrtle Beach. Just a short drive to everything we had planned to do.

VRBO Rental in June 2024

Sabrina is very communicative. We arrived earlier than we had anticipated, even after shopping & eating lunch. Luckily, we were able to get into the condo. I found out she was actually in Florida. Well stocked kitchen. Love the fact there are 3 bathrooms(We have never had that). Nice view on the 3rd floor. Sabrina was very flexible & was able to meet my expectations. Thank you!

So fun and relaxing

Place was the perfect size for our group and the location was close enough to everything without being too close to the noise and party crowd. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay here again for sure!

The Perfect Family Getaway!

We hadn’t been to Myrtle in years and it did not disappoint! The Xanadu condo has plenty of sleeping space and privacy, with a gorgeous view and steps from the beach! We found everything we needed in the kitchen for the nights we stayed in, and the hosts gave us a generous list of recommendations for the nights we went out! We had a great time and would gladly return in the future!!

Women's Retreat

Love the place and the location. We ended up with just 5 ladies instead of 8, the only problem was the bedroom with the Queen Bed in it the toilet could not be used because it would run over. And whoever does the housekeeping doesn't do a good job. But I don't hold that against VRBO or the Owners.

Great size with a great view!

This was the perfect size for our family and the beach front location and access could not have been better! I had breakfast looking at the beach and ocean every morning from the balcony!

First let me say the location was outstanding. The condo was in terrible shape. We were told that towels were furnished. There was 6 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths for 8 people. Had to go buy towels. In the master bedroom, I closed the shower door and it came off in my lap, also the toilet was loose The couch had stains all over it, broken chair on patio, mold found on shower curtain in one of the bedrooms and there was no light in the refrigerator. The condo was very outdated. We will never stay there again.

Perfect location

Easy beach access. Beautiful beach front. I drank my coffee on the balcony every morning and looked at the ocean. Owner is really easy to get in touch with and checks on you. I would definitely stay again.

Great Beach Access, Condo needs cleaning and upgrades

Loved the easy access to the beach and the quiet pool. I had read the reviews and thought Jessica J might have just been a disgruntled tenant. Unfortunately, we found many of her complaints to be warranted. While we were there, the pool gate code didnt work even after pool maintenance team reported it to the management company, the elevator broke one day, the master bedroom doesnt get adquate air conditioning, and many repairs are needed to the unit. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and there weren't adequate utensils. Many of the pans were not usable. Definitely would not stay here again. For several years, we have stayed at several VRBOs a year and we have never had such a unit in need of so much improvement. The owners seem very nice and communicative, but I would want renters to be honest in their reviews as I rely on the reviews when making my rental selections.

Falsely advertised!

The oceanfront location, pool and private beach access saved this trip. The price for three nights (inclusive of incredibly high fees) was huge stretch for our budgets but we splurged for the location - which was the only thing true about how this is listed. Where to start: - “beautiful… and professionally decorated” maybe when it was done in the 90’s. The sofa was stained on both sides of the cushions so there was no way to avoid sitting on them. The master bedroom comforter was also stained. The undersheet did not fit properly and therefore came off every night leaving us to sleep on the plain mattress that had god only knows what stains hiding in it. - “ Our home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home. The furniture, mattresses and gadgets are all top of the line.”. HA! - The sleeper sofa is so old I cannot imagine how anyone can sleep on it. Our 12 year old boys lasted one night and then refused it was so uncomfortable. They are by no means high maintenance as both camp regularly sleeping in only a sleeping bag. - The tv in the master is old but does work once you can figure out how to make it work. - The kitchen was poorly stocked with a hodgpodge of old dishes and cookware - not enough cutlery for a the group of 8 we had. Forget about serving dishes and utensils. - it gets a very cursory cleaning - probably an hour at the most - after each guest, the cleaning still hadn’t showed up at 1 the day we left (stayed with a friend the last day who’s place was really, really nice place a lower rate) With new guests arriving for the 3 o’clock check inn there is no way they could even get the sheets properly washed and dried and in time. Not what I expect from a home of the this price, I’ve stayed at places with much more for much less. This is the only disappointment I’ve ever had on VRBO - shame on the owners for not giving what could be an amazing condo some love, and update and elbow grease. I will not stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, large kitchen area. No more staying cramped up in a 2 bed efficiency. Very convenient pulling our beach wagon down to the beach.

It's close to the beach

The place is kinda dirty. There's like grime/dust on stuff. Like the light switches, rugs, racks in the closet, the ceiling fans, the bathroom exhaust fans, the fridge was dirty, the bath tubs, we found old food under one of the dressers, just over all not very clean. There were other items im not naming. You definitely don't get the "clean smell" when you walk in. The tvs are old and and hard to operate. The living room TV is the one we got to work with very limited channels. The washer has to be a certain way for it to turn on. The dryer doesn't dry well, even putting it on other settings. The balcony is small. 3 people can fit on it. And the table doesn't seat 7 people. The shower in the master bedroom doesn't drain good, and my daughter said the water in the front bathroom doesn't get very hot. The toilets weren't flushing very good. We just figured that's how it was. Until the next day when I noticed a plumbing truck there. Not sure if they fixed anything but the toilets flushed normally after that. The pool was dirty until they came to clean it. And there's not a lot of seating around the pool. The property had cigarette butts around. The pool gate is difficult to operate. It definitely needs updates. We did notice a property management team there making repairs daily. It was located on the beach. You can walk down to the beach without driving. There are a lot of stairs to get to the condo, but there's an elevator that you can use if you climb up 7 steps. Basically if it wasn't close to the beach and I had a way to find somewhere else to stay and get a refund for the remaining days we would have left. But everything was booked. This place is definitely not worth what we paid. We would not come back. I'm sure Sabrina will make a comment responding to me and saying my experience isn't true , which is fine. It just shows how she handles issues..

Wonderful stay

Location was great and the place was clean. We didn't notice the outdated aspect that others complained about. It is a beach condo and looked like it. Stayed over the 4th of July weekend and watched all the fireworks from the deck. Plenty of room and right on the beach.
