Uusi Two Story Luxury Lodge Great Family Getaway

Cedar Lodge on vastikään valmistunut 2750 neliön jalka ylellisyyttä hytti. Katto kerroksen ikkunat ruokailu / olohuone tarjoavat erinomaiset näkymät kauniiseen Frio joen alla. Matkustamon ja ulkoa seinät ovat 100% setri, kun lattiat ja katot on valmistettu kauniin, luonnon mänty. Suuri huone / ruokailutila ominaisuuksia ekspansiivinen 20 'katto massiivipuupalkit lisäämällä jo tilava alakerrassa olohuone. Graniittiset korostaa keittiö, baari ja kaikki kylpyhuoneet. Master makuuhuone alakerrassa on king size-vuode, jossa oma suihku / amme combo ja kylpyhuone. Uusi pesukone ja kuivaaja, tarjotaan avuksesi, vieressä puoli kylpy alakerrassa. Kaikki uudet, laadukkaat pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät avuksesi. Yläkerrassa parvi että unohdetaan avoin alakerrassa alueella, on yhden hengen sohva ja pelipöydässä. Alempana sali löydät kerrossänky huone, 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä - runsaasti tilaa kiddos. Lopussa eteinen on toinen iso ja tilava makuuhuone parivuoteella. Tilava kylpyhuone suihkulla / amme combo palvelu makuuhuoneet toisessa kerroksessa. Lisätietoja vieraille, suuri huone on kaksi queen size vuodesohvaa. Suuri setri kannella näkymät Frio on runsaasti ulkoterassi ja tarjoaa erinomaisen kokoontumispaikka vain istua ja nauttia rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta. Letkut, uinti ja melonta Frio joki ovat vain ulos takaovesta. Cedar Lodge sijaitsee 9 kilometrin päässä Garner State Park ja lyhyen, luonnonkaunis ajaa läpi kukkuloiden vie Kadonnut Maples State Park. Olkaamme vuoristosta joki pako!

4th of July Family Getaway

The house was beautiful and well-maintained. It's right on the Frio river with great shaded swimming access. While you have neighbors, there are just a few houses on the private road that all back up to the river, so it felt very safe and the river access felt very exclusive. Only thing to note (which is explained in the listing if you read it carefully) is that the 4th bedroom with a twin is actually a loft that's open to the downstairs. That isn't ideal if you've got someone who wants to go to bed early, like a kiddo or grandma in our case. They could also use an AC balancing as the master BR stayed quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house. These are very minor issues compared overall experience. The ease of check-in, proximity to Leaky and Garner State Park, unmatched river access, beautiful setting, and comfortable home made for an overall fantastic experience. I think there's an excellent chance we go back here in the future.

Summer on the Frio

Nice property with easy river access! Had everything we needed and quick drive to Garner State Park! Even with levels low this year, water behind house and you are able to float. Very quite and relaxing part of Frio out your back door.

Paradise in Leakey Texas

What a gorgeous cabin in Leakey, TX. Plenty of room, giant high cealings, beautiful spot on a nice rolling creek, great seating in backyard to enjoy the scenery. just an absolute dream spot to vacation.

Fantastic riverside cabin experience

The place was absolutely perfect for what we needed - a quiet getaway for family and friends to come together and be in nature. Spacious, clean, and right next to the river - this cabin was a hit with both adults and kids. Quick drive to Lost Maples, and even quicker to Garner State Park. Leakey was 5 minutes away and also very quaint! Tom was responsive, kind and thoughtful - we met him on the property walking around at some point and it was a lovely chat. He was also super responsive on the phone and via message. 5/5 would recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family and I loved the cabin! The fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and even though water levels were low the kids loved fishing and exploring the outdoors. Definitely will be rebooking for future getaways!

My tree house!!!

Cedar log house was so beautiful, it made our family feel so cozy, private and as if we were staying in our own huge tree house. River access only steps away with a private feel to all the area. The beautiful big windows felt as if you were outside enjoining nature and yet with all the privacy at the same time. Love the whole area, the amazing sunsets and always a pleasure to visit. The property manager is awesome he response quickly and is very helpful making the trip a breeze.

Awesome!

2nd time to stay at the Cedar lodge and it did not disappoint. Perfect spot for kids to get into the beautiful Frio River and fish. Very close to town if you need to grab something. Simply a great place to stay!

Great getaway!

We had an excellent time and the property was fantastic. Tom was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Be aware, we have Verizon cell service and had no service for miles around the house, but the house does have wifi. Download the directions before you get there just in case!

We all enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge. It was colder than we have expected. Glad we brought jackets

My family and friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway stay at Cedar Lodge. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us( adult, teenager and children)Tom let us check in an hour early. The only thing missing in is the Keurig coffee pods. 4 of us are RNs and we are coffee drinkers. We had to buy some from the Family dollar in town which is just a few minutes drive away. The river is shallow. It is understandable due to Texas drought.Over all we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Property

This house is gorgeous, spacious and very clean. The property offers beautiful views front and back with direct access to the river. We were a group of 8 adults and had plenty of space inside and outside, as well as everything we needed in the kitchen.

Wonderful but house needs dusting.

We loved the stay. The house is amazing. I don’t know who cleans the house but it’s very dusty. Ceiling fans have an inch of collected dust as well as the furniture. We were afraid to sit on the couch because we were afraid there were dust mites. The rules say no loud music outdoors but the neighbors played their loud music past 2:00 am. Otherwise we loved the place & the location.

Amazing experience

It was an amazing trip! This cabin is just beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous! The river is a bit low but you can still walk in the river and see beautiful trees all around.

Incredible House on the Frio

This was a perfect fit for my family and extended relatives to get together and enjoy all that Leakey has to offer. The Frio was very low, but there are spots below the house with plenty of water where you could float around and play in the water. I also want to say that Tom was exceptional when it came to responsiveness and hospitality. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Impressive Lodge

It is quite impressive when you walk from the entrance foyer into the main room which is a massive space including the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. The space runs the full length of the house and approximately 3/4 the width with a soaring ceiling I would guess is 30 feet above enhanced by a wall of windows from floor to ceiling looking out to the hills beyond and the river below. All pine floors with beautiful cedar walls throughout the entire house. There is a large deck with a table and seating for outdoor dining with the view of the hills and river. A set of steps out the back takes you down to a fire pit with seating. Just below that is the river where you can enjoy a swim or tubing. You are also very close to two great parks for hiking, kayaking, etc.
