The condo was very spacious, neat, clean, and the decor was fantastic. We loved the enclosed patio area with the large door/window that opens up to a balcony. The property has a perfect, central location for everything in town and was just a very short walk to the beach. The pool, gym, and sauna were great. We also enjoyed it being inside a gated community with a guard on duty and appreciated that the facility wasn't overly crowded. I can't say enough great things about the wonderful condo and the facilities. The property had a fantastic atmosphere and was absolutely perfect for my family. I will definitely be booking the same place in the very near future.

It was CLEAN!

This teal/turquoise home is beautiful. They just implemented a new security system and you and your vehicle has to be registered so it took me about 30 minutes to get in the gate, because the renters didn’t add my stay to the system. Otherwise once getting through the gate the room location is perfect , it’s a corner unit with a view. You can see the parking lot from one side and the beach on the other side. It’s right by the stairs (14 or so) therefore you don’t have to wait on or take the elevator. The rooms are spacious. The bunk beds are not for tall people maybe good fit for anyone under 5”5. Otherwise nothing to worry about. Don’t hesitate book this unit you won’t be disappointed. Some ratings talked about the smell. I guess it’s an older unit nothing that Lysol and air fresheners won’t cover. I have OCD and was able to manage it. Once I used my black light and I found nothing of concern IT WAS CLEAN CLEAN!!!!! I was able to stay with no complaints. I WILL book again.

Great condo right by the beach

We loved this place and had plenty of room for the six of us. It had everything we needed and was a beautiful place. Very short walk across the parking lot to the beach. The only thing that was weird is the closed in balcony had a very odd and unpleasant smell. We really couldn’t sit out there without opening the windows and airing it out first.

Perfect birthday

My twin daughters wanted a beautiful beach for there birthday. Fount a condo we liked and booked it. At the last minute got a call that the air conditioner wasn't working so they found this house for me. Ended up being perfect. The whole family loved it

Bathroom Sink was still dirty. Washer has mold in the door. Dishes in dishwasher. Trash under couch and under/between cushions. Perfect location for beach access.

Something smells

We new there mught be maintenance being done on the building, however the strong chemical smell really made it hard to enjoy our stay. Also, there was blue film on the windows that made it hard to see any views. Also when we arrived, the coffe pot had mold in it and the toliet had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed in the response we got from management, which was an air freshener that made the smell even worse.

Not what I expected

Shortly after booking, I received an email that there would be construction going on outside the building. The verbiage made it sound like I would still be able to use every aspect of the unit. When we got there, every single window was lined with blue plastic, the porch was inaccessible, and the entire unit smelled like paint. We weren’t able to open any windows to air it out so it smelled like paint the entire 4 days we were there. We never even got to look out the window so it felt like you were in a prison. I contacted the property management company and Cassandra tried to make it seem like we should have known. No one EVER said the property would smell like paint the whole time. She asked what they could do to make it right. We told them what they could do and they said they would get back to us. Two days later after sending them another message, a different person left me a message while we were at the beach asking what could be done again. I honestly didn’t want to argue with anyone again so I didn’t call back. I already told you once what you could do to make it right and then I get no response for two days. I don’t hear from you for two days and you still aren’t doing anything so why would I bother to keep asking.

Terrible Condo

I communicated to management regarding the condition of the condo immediately when we checked in. Customer service was good about trying to get help. When I spoke with the manager I emailed and faxed all the receipts and pictures to him regarding all the material that I had to purchase to bring the condo to living quarters. The manager kept acting as if he couldn't read the receipts. I gave the manager the chance to make it right, and he didn't. So disappointed and we will never visit there again. We paid too much for a condo to be in that condition.

We loved the location of our condo and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised. The only issue we had was our air conditioner where the bedrooms are wasn’t working properly but it was quickly fixed after we reported it. Also there were several large roaches in our condo.

Construction was no problem whatsoever. However, the unit was not clean at all including showers

The property was nicely decorated and with charm. However, too many issues to even list. Long black hair in bathroom shower on wall and floor. Food on sun room table and floor. Broken drawers in fridge. No laundry soap at all and no trash bags. The list goes on! I took photographs if you need them for feature purposes. Otherwise, great beach and location but definitely will not rent again. That place was definitely not cleaned when I got there. Advertising was not true! My stay was advertised as including chairs and umbrella on beachside but was informed that the owner had not paid his or her bill so out of pocket expenses!

Condo was very nice as was posted on line but the ongoing construction was loud and a nuisance. We were told by a phone call that our tower was not affected because construction was not in our tower. That was a lie because our tower was under flow blown construction as soon as we arrived. If we had known that we would of cancelled our reservation .

Condo was very clean and well decorated and onsite construction was not overly stressful.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay over the week leading to Thanksgiving 2022 - my sister that lives in Tampa area drove up to join us. Appreciated the well appointed kitchen including a deep pot that enabled me to brine the turkey overnight. We put the large kitchen counterspace to good use! The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious overall & master bathroom nicely updated. My teens enjoyed use of the gym too. The only thing I remember reading but overlooked was the fact the exterior of the condo towers are undergoing rennovations and workers powered up heavy machinery bright and early at 8am Monday morning. Was not too bad once we realized this was the routine we made sure to turn in earlier in the evenings & workers breaked for thanksgiving day. Overall the condo/stay was excellent & we would not hesitate to book this condo again; the management co RealJoy was also helpful and responded every time I had questions. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Destin, the Emerald Coast is gorgeous.

Beautiful retreat

Plenty of room. Loved the decor and the closeness of the beach. We will definitely be back.
