Beachside Bungalow sijaitsee Vilanon rannalla Veteraanien saarella. Ei ole väliä missä olet täällä, vain muutaman sekunnin p��ässä rannasta. T��mä pieni, kodikas koti on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 1 ja puoli kylpyhuonetta. Erittäin kauniisti sisustetut, viihtyisät kalusteet ja upeat värit, Beachside Bungalow on sellainen paikka, josta kerrot ystävillesi.

Vilano Beach istuu aivan keskustan historiallisen St. St. Augustine, ylittää sillan ja olet siellä. Ja jos tulet tältä tieltä kaupunkiin, ��lä missaa asemaa upealla Magnolia-kadulla. Sieltä läheiset nähtävyydet ovat The Old Jail, Nuorten suihkulähde, Suuri risti, Castillo de San Marcos, St. George Street, ja paljon muuta. St. Augustine on keskeinen Floridan parhaimmillaan, päiväretkiä Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, Ocala, Cape Canaveral, Jacksonville ja paljon muuta.

Vilano Beach itse on loistava paikka kuoren metsästykseen. Aloita eteläkärjessä ja suuntaa kohti pohjoista kohti Ponte Vedraa, eräiden erist��ytyneiden rantojen kautta, jotka eivät saa niin paljon. Voit katsella lahden delfiinejä, viettää päivän kalastusta, veneilyä, vesiskoottereita ja loputtomia muita ranta- ja vesiurheilulajeja.

Great weekend getaway!

Great neighborhood location!

Loved the Vilano Beach area. It was ideal to visit nearby family. We had fun visiting the nearby beach and restaurants. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

We had such at great time during our stay!! The property is so beautiful and well maintained. So close to the beach and some really great places to eat. I would highly recommend the Beachside Bungalow for your stay! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location, highly recommended!

Thank-you for making our family vacation a great experience. The house was located close to the beach and downtown. It had all the conveniences we needed and than some. We enjoyed how friendly the neighborhood was and how dog friendly this area is. I will definitely book the beach house again in the future.

My husband, our beagle (George) and I love this house. This is our third visit and I am sure there will be more. Very clean, good location, nice neighbor hood (steps to the beach, close to nice restaurants). What more could you ask for?

The description online was spot on for this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. This home was very clean! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Vilano Beach and our fur baby loved the screened in porch!! Would definitely rent this property again!

Rest in Vilano

The house is beautiful with lots of space. Great location with a block walk to a beach access entrance right on the other side of 13th St. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and listening to the ocean waves each night. Garage was nice, making it easy to load and unload especially when raining. Only downfall, kitchen lacked some basic pots and utensils for cooking. Definitely will book this house again.

Awesome First Visit

This was our first visit to Vilano Beach. This home was a highlight of our time there. It is in the perfect setting and close to the beach, as well as St. Augustine, which was just a quick 6-minute drive over the bridge. The home is well-stocked with all you could need. Each day it felt as if we were living in the treetops! It was beautiful to sit on the screened-in porch or on the open deck. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Aunt Kate’s on the river was an easy walk and/or bike ride away. We had a delicious meal there and several beautiful sunsets. When we return to Vilano Beach, we look forward to renting this home again!

Lovely - Peaceful Beachside Bungalow

I have rented a few bungalows in Velano Beach and this one is my absolute favorite - so much so, it will be the one I choose anytime I wish to stay at Vilano Beach (of course if it's available). I absolutely love this bungalow, the decor, the layout, the peaceful street it sits on and my absolute favorite was the long and charming patio - screened in along with comfortable furniture and ceiling fans. When I was at the bungalow that's where you could find me - morning and evening! I love birds and having trees surrounding it, I totally enjoyed the birds singing and chirping. The kitchen was great as well and the bungalow was well equipped. Close to two different beach entrances was a plus for our evening walks and very short distance to St Augustine and great restaurants. Had a great getaway and hope to do it again in the very near future.

Nice Place

Good location. 1block walk to ocean. 2 block walk to one restaurant and 4 block walk to another. Short drive to Publix and Puccini Pizzeria! Amazing pizza! Screened in desk was wonderful. Very private with trees on both sides. Everything we needed inside. House rule was to not put AC below 72. At home we have ours on 73 and it is cold. Here 72 was still a little warm. Maybe it needs an upgrade. Overall beautiful place to stay.

Great stay with a family of 4 plus a dog!

Super cute, new construction home with beautiful hand-scraped hardwood floors throughout. Massive garage (my husband was in love). Airy main living area with high ceilings and lots of light. Two decks, one of which is covered, screened and furnished for use as an additional living space. Roomy bedrooms with super comfortable beds and bedding. Ample bath and beach towels and extra linens available. Well-equipped kitchen. Great, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Easy, couple minute walk to a very quiet beach. I have to admit, I was nervous crossing A1A each time with the kids, but we never had an issue with safety in actuality. Quick drive (or even bike/walk) to various restaurants and maybe a 20 minutes drive to St Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this Place

We were so impressed with this rental. We waited too late to find a three bedroom, so this was picked out of necessity, but I'm so glad we found this place. Yes, it is about a two block walk to the beach, but the place is so clean! It is only one bathtub/shower, which was hard when we were trying to get ready to go out, but there are two bathrooms. Having an immaculate garage to park in and keep our beach belongs in for the week was so wonderful. We loved the porch, and how light and airy the entire house is. The neighborhood is full of locals and they are as nice as can be. But the best part was how uncrowded the beach was. If you walk up the road and use the beach access you will almost have your own private beach experience. Vilano Beach is our new favorite place!! I wish my hubby and I could come back to this rental without our teenagers:)!!

Horribly managed.

We were unable to even get to the property as our flights were cancelled and the bridges to vilano were closed and people were evacuated due to hurricane Ian. The property manager refused any refund and stated “hope you bought insurance” I tried messaging multiple times after that to explain that we aren’t even allowed to go but he never replied again. I will NEVER rent from him again. Our other house we rented (we had the whole family going and needed 2 houses) offered a refund without me even asking.

Nice house very close to the beach

The house was very nice, large garage one first floor with full size washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. conveniently the outdoor shower can be gotten to right outside the back of the garage leading into the back yard. Second floor, two decent sized bedrooms, nice kitchen/living Room area well appointed Very nice screened in porch with two sets of double doors from living room to porch. Porch has two ceiling fans, one of them the pull cord fell off in my hand when attempting to adjust it. The screen door that leads to the other section of the porch (not screened in) had some rusty screws holding it in where the piston is, they gave out, looked like they had been replaced/moved before as there was evidence of other holes next to the ones that the piston was attached to. Very minor stuff, probably affected more due to close proximity to the ocean/salt water. The beach is about 200 yards away across one street, totally walkable, not crowded at all. The neighborhood is nice, took the dog out for a walk a bunch, and it's quiet. Would definitely recommend.
