Kutsumme sinut Unit # 612 upeine Beachfront ympäristössä. Pystyy majoittamaan perheesi Luxury king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja kodikas patja uudessa ulosvedettävä sohva nukkuja olohuoneessa. Kaikki uudet huonekalut vuonna 2017 kodikkaassa olo & ruokailuhuoneessa 48 "taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja WIFI. Myös nauttia taulutelevisiosta, DVD-soittimesta ja suuresta walk-in-kaapista tilavassa makuuhuoneessa. Sijaitsee kätevästi vieressä pesula-ja hissi, joten olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä kauniilta rannalta. Vapaa Beach Chair palvelu sesongin aikana. Rentoudu ja nauti aaltojen ääni ja näkymä Emerald Coast -rannalle omalta 6. kerroksen parvekkeeltasi tai kävele pehmeällä valkoisella hiekalla, katsele delfiinejä uimaan ja nauttimaan auringosta rannalla tai uima-altaalla. Hyödynnä Xplorie-retkiä parantamaan lomaa.

Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

We loved the staff, the free movies and the condo. Pretty short walk to the beach and they were making improvements. Only concern was beach erosion znd view from balcony is a wall looking out from living romm. Because its a corner unit in crease of building you feel like you are on balcony with your neighbors . This cannot be changed and I ferl as if pricing reflects this issue.

If you wanted to wash, you had to go to the laundry room. I liked the location, but wouldn't recommend to others for this reason. Nice view, but room is very outdated

somewhat misleading pictures

Reviewer Comments: I realize now why this property was still available as it is in the inside join of the two sides.. In other words, all the breeze is trapped and the view is limited. IN fact, most of the view is of the tennis court that is directly in front of the window.. The unit needed some extra cleaning, as in the popcorn ceiling trapped the dirt of years above the ceiling fans.. Otherwise, it was on Destin's beach and that was why we rented this unit.. I had a misunderstanding with the VRBO site, which I explained to the office and they did not clear it up.. Do not buy the CSA for 69$ on the VRBO contract, because the property does not recognize it.. They offer their own CSA for 25$ .. They kept my 500$ damage deposit for over a month..when in truth, they should have not demanded it at all. I did get it back though. I would not omit this altogether as a choice but go directly to Holiday Surf and Racquet to rent a unit.. You will save the 115$ or so service fee also..

Having the beach chairs included in your stay is also great plus. The only negative is that the balcony is not very private. You can see everyone beside and in front of you from the balcony and we felt like they could also see in our room. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. Management was great and friendly and it was quiet place throughout the night.
