Nauti Oceanfront Lincoln City Home - se on dramaattinen merinäköala, ja se on suunniteltu perheen ja ystävien - hyvä paikka järjestää nauttia rannasta (tai näkymät rannalle ja aallot ja vuorovesi-altaat, jos sää on myrskyistä! )
Kotimme on mukava, viihtyisä ja valmis rentoutumaan. Meillä on 4 makuuhuonetta (2 uutta king size-vuoteet ja 2 uutta queen-vuodetta) ja lisää tilaa vieraille. Täysin varusteltu keittiö (astianpesukoneella) tekee ruoanlaittoon "helposti".

Tulet kotiimme pääkerroksessa tilavaksi suureksi huoneeksi, johon kuuluu keittiö, ruokailutila, ruokapöytä ja 6 ruokapöydän tuolia + 2 penkkiä ja oleskelualue. Tässä huoneessa näkyy valtamerten aallot jokaisesta ikkunasta vieraillessasi, aterioiden vahvistaminen, syöminen yhdessä suuren pöydän ympärillä, pelaaminen tai vain istuminen ja keskustelu.

Myös pääkerroksessa on olohuone mukavilla istuimilla, taulutelevisio kaapelilla, DVD ja kodikas puuhella. Meillä on WiFi. Täällä myös voit nauttia upeista merinäkymistä jokaisesta ikkunasta! Tällä tasolla on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Myös tällä tasolla on 3 makuuhuonetta; yksi makuuhuone on king-vuode ja kaksi makuuhuonetta on queen-vuoteet. On myös yksi erillinen erillinen huone tällä tasolla, joka on pesula ja pelihuone (ja on futon sohva oleskeluun).

Yläkerrassa on toinen täydellinen "yksikkö" - yksi (king) makuuhuone ja TV-huone (jossa futon sohva). Tässä tasossa on myös täydellinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. On avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö; runsaasti tilaa koko perheelle kokoamaan yhteen, tai tämä tila voi olla vetäytyminen muutamalle vieraalle päästäkseen pois ja erillisestä keräämisestä (tai katsella eri DVD-levyjä!). Tässä huoneessa on dramaattiset merinäkymät ja pääsy yläkannelle ulkopuolisen katselun merelle ja tähdet yöllä.

Joten ... kuten näette ... meillä on paljon nurkkauksia ja röyhkeitä kaikille ryhmänne (suuret tai pienet) rentoutua ja nauttia itse!

Hiljainen 10 minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut portaisiin hiekkarantoihin. Tai voit ajaa 2 läheiselle rannalle pääsy alueille (noin 3/4 mailia molempiin suuntiin), joka on myös julkinen pysäköinti.

Perfect weekend

This property was perfect for our family. Roomy enough (sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms) so everyone had space, could eat/play games together, and have some quiet time, if desired. The views are spectacular and the location was ideal for us. We had lots of walks to the beach, strengthened our calves on the stairs, and made happy family memories. The property manager was very easy to work with and ensured we had everything needed. We will be back.

Perfect ocean beach vacation home for our family group of 4 families! We had a week of non stop memories with doable beach access from early morning tide pool exploration to sunset beach fun! The house comfortably accommodated all 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) with everything we needed! Our host was absolutely amazing with complete and timely communication and we had no problems at all!! Highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to make enjoyable memories of the Oregon Coast! So happy we made this choice! Thank you

Great Oceanview family home

We stayed here with extended family for Christmas. The views are spectacular and it is a short walk to the beach. The home worked great for our family of 11 to play group games and retreat to private quarters for reading and relaxing.

Great place for a family getaway

Nice location, and owner was great with communication. The stairs down to the beach we’re a short walk away and the view from the porch was very nice. It was nice having another fridge upstairs as we had several families there together, but it easily fit the ten of us there. Hope to go back some day.

Comfy house with amazing whale watching views

Family of four and two stayed for a week. Perfect Location for exploring Lincoln City and Newport. Spacious, comfy and clean rooms. Two kitchens and wonderful deck to watch whales and see the tides come in. P

Beautiful view

Stayed for a couple of nights to experience the total eclipse. House met our needs. Couple of maintenance issues need to be addressed, but other than that it was fine. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Beautiful view.

Spring break 2025

The house is a cozy smaller place. It was like having 2 separate places with the upstairs being fully accommodated with its own kitchen, small living room (a couch, 2 chairs, tv) and full bathroom. This was great for the teenagers who were with us. The beds were comfortable for all of us. There was not much space for our suitcases and closets were either locked or full of stuff. The laundry room needs some gutting, way too much non usable items, cluttered. The downstairs kitchen table was a little small for games and eating. The weather was cold and rainy every day so we were inside A lot. The walk to the beach was quite a workout for Me at 73. Steep hills both ways. The beach at this location wasn’t the most beautiful of the Oregon coast. It was quite rocky and we had to be very aware of the tide

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is a fabulous house for family or groups. Very cozy, yet has plenty of rooms to spread out in. We were a group of four senior ladies on an annual Girls Trip. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom. Very clean, an exceptionally well stocked pantry with many spices, cooking oil, even coffee and tea! Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. We booked this house almost a year in advance, and we lucked out with gorgeous weather for our entire stay. It happened to be the week of the Aurora being visable, so an extra bonus! The owner, Nancy, was wonderful to work with, and responded quickly to questions. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful View!!

It was a beautiful view from either balcony. Loved the town and different attractions. Mo's restaurant was amazing!! Aquarium in Newport was breathtaking. Only downfall was different areas of the house. BBQ is really rusted unable to use, alot of rusted dishe pans, stained towels, binoculars were broken, carpet was dirty and stained. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!!

Exactly what we needed!!

We were extremely satisfied with this property, it was everything that it was advertised to be. Pictures were very real and accurate, the communication between us and Nancy was amazing. She responded right away to our dates we requested, she stayed in communication with us till the day we arrived. This family vacation was one of our best so far, and plan on coming back and staying at the property again next year. All the accommodations were very comfortable and there was ample space for everyone. Thank you so much Nancy for letting us stay in your family home, and letting it be ours for a few days!

Perfect place for our girlfriends reunion

We stayed for 3 days at this cozy home and were very comfortable. There were 3 of us and we each had our own room and bathroom. The pictures are exactly what you get - the view from the decks and kitchen is this photo. We loved seeing the ocean, hearing the waves and even got to see some whales! The location is on the end of town but easy drive to shop and eat. The furnishings are comfortable and it is very spacious. It is not new and modern but clean and comfy (kind of like us) which suited us perfectly! The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return and bring the husbands next time :)

Comfortable stay

This was a really good week at the beach - beautiful views and sounds, comfortable furniture and beds, and enough space to enjoy each other - we had 7 adults and a 5-year-old. Another reviewer mentioned the need to update the towels, and we echo that. The only big detractor was a certain lack of cleanliness - found garbage under furniture; dusty along the edges and corners of the floors, the windowsills, etc; and we tried to clean the windows to take better advantage of the views. The owners are wonderful to communicate with when needed. The house feels perfectly secluded while being 5 minutes from all the stores and restaurants of Lincoln City.

Charming Hideaway of Nostalgic Heaven

The home feels like a remodeled grandma's house - wonderfully retro with comfortable beds and furniture. It strangely felt as if we'd been there before. It has a nice view of the ocean and close access to public beach entry. The house was clean and tidy, and enjoys two floors with kitchens/restrooms so two families shared it and enjoyed some space. Only downsides: a very steep driveway with just enough room for a couple of cars - and sensitive neighbors who immediately take a picture of your car if you temporarily park anywhere else. Otherwise, we'll be back for sure!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are loads of dishes/pots/pans if you are interested in cooking. There really wasn't anything that was needed. We would stay there again.

Spacious House with Great View

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It had amazing, uninhibited views of the ocean and it was nice to sit on the deck or balcony and look at the ocean. The house had more rooms and more sleeping options than we anticipated, which was great! There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. It was nice to have two kitchens - gave us extra fridge and freezer space and a second oven if needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was clean upon arrival. The host let us check in early and check out late which was awesome and very generous. The only downsides are: the house is on a cliff, does not have a yard and is on a blind corner on the road, so you definitely have to keep an eye out on your kids if they go outside. Beach access is a bit of a hike up and down some hills and down a long staircase. The house is older and had a musty smell, but once we opened windows and aired it out, it was fine. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful view!

The location was amazing. We even saw whales from the deck. It is an older home, but had lots of room for our family stay!! We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and even the pullout bed. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful beach house!!!

Wonderful location and home

We loved our short stay by the beach. This house was great for our family (5 kids) + the in-laws. Wonderful views, lots of space, and about a 1/4 mile from the beach access. The kids loved the tide pools on the beach - the best ones we found on the coast at a public beach.
