Nauti yksityisestä lomastasi alueen hienoimmassa kodissa ja sijainnissa. Vain 5 minuutin päässä Oakhurstin keskustasta, 10 minuutin päässä Bass Lakesta ja 20 minuutin päässä Yosemiten etelästä.

Tämä kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen, 2000 neliön jalka talo on asetettu taustalla oman osan Fresno-joen. Nauti upeasta näkymästä ja rauhoittavista äänistä 25 jalan vesiputouksella laajalta patio kannelta. Oleskelutila aurinkovarjojen varjossa aivan joen rannalla tai grilli ulkotiloissa tai patio propaani-grillillä.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jolla on ikkunat, joista on näkymä vesiputoukselle, sisältää kaikki kodin mukavuudet: astiat, mukit, kattilat, pannut, kahvinkeittimen ja puristimen, crock-potin, vohvelinkeittimen ja paljon muuta!

Iso perhehuone holvikattoineen ja laajoine ikkunoineen sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhliin, elokuvayöhön tai vain rentoutumiseen. Ruokailu- ja keittiötiloissa on yhteensä 16 istumapaikkaa. Patio ruokailutila tarjoaa 6 tuolia ja pöytä.

Tämä viehättävä sijainti, jossa mahtuu tilaa jopa 15 hengelle, ja runsaasti pysäköintiä matkailuautoille tai veneelle, tarjoaa viehättävän loman koko perheelle tai rauhallisen loman romanttiseen viikonloppuna kahdelle. . Olisimme mielellämme pari majoitusta sesongin ulkopuolella niin alhaalta kuin 250 dollaria per yö (vapaapäivät eivät kuulu).

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa olevassa Master-sviitissä on mukava queen-size-vuode, yhden hengen ottomaanin nukkuja, iso kävelykaappi, oma kylpyhuone, jossa poreallas ja ovi ulkoterassille. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja jaettu kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen sänky ja kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on erillinen parivuode ja täysi / kaksi kerrossänkyä. Siellä on kaksi queen-size-vuodesohvaa, erillinen parisänky ja oleskelutilassa leirintäpatja.

Mukavuuksiin kuuluvat keskuslämmitys / AC, TV ja DVD-soitin, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, ilmainen WIFI, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, lautapelejä, kirjoja, DVD-levyjä, urheilupelejä ja paljon muuta! Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, saippua, shampoo / hoitoaine, hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta ovat kaikki mukana.

We were awestruck by the gorgeous view from the wide balcony surrounding the house. The waterfall was in full force even in dry July. It is close enough to Yosemite Park that we were able to make day trips to the park and come back early enough for a dip in the creek below the water fall in the back of the house.The house is well equipped and functional. The only polite suggestion I can make is that the bed mattresses could be replaced with a more comfortable kind to be compatible with the house and the surroundings.

Perfect Family Spot

This property was amazing inside and out. My 3 and 4 year old loved the playground, waterfall, and toys available at the house. The adults loved the amenities equally as much. Yelena was accommodating and quick to respond. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect spot for us! If we ever come back to this area we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vacation Races

A group of us women do a vacation race together every year and rent a home so we can stay together. This house was lovely. Walk down to the waterfall and soak your feet in the cold water. The hot tub was great for after a long hike. Location was peaceful and the owner was great with communication. Thank you !

Amazing house and location

The pictures and description do not do justice to the landscape of this house. At the bottom of a small hill on the property is as beautiful a waterfall as you can imagine that spills into a pretty but shallow stream. There are rocks and a little natural terrace where they have placed beach chairs that you can relax on to the sound of the rushing water. The water is shallow enough you can walk in and fun for kids and for dogs. The house itself is very comfortable with 3 generous bedrooms and a walkin closet in the master. There are two full size refrigerators in the kitchen, which is extremely helpful if you have a large group. We had 9 people and two dogs so the extra storage and cooking space was helpful. They have a nice stove and plenty of counter space. There is a 4 burner blackstone griddle out back which turned out very handy for pancakes, eggs and bacon in the morning and cooking hamburgers and tacos in the evening. The air conditioning in the house is really nice with both whole house central air as well as mini-splits in the bedrooms. All in all, our family had a wonderful time, were delighted with the waterfall and with the owner's responsiveness and would highly recommend the property.

Great property and location

The property was very comfortable for 2 families. The playground structure was awesome! Stunning views of the waterfall with access for the kids to play in the creek. The kitchen was functional with plenty of fridge space. Easy access to Bass Lake and Yosemite. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

A lovely home in a great location...

Our family stayed at the Waterfall House a couple of weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier. The house itself is very charming and well upkept, the playground as well as the backyard waterfall were both such fun for the kids and you can't beat the location, being just minutes outside Oakhurst, Bass Lake and less than 30mins to Yosemite NP, it was everything we could have asked for. The only thing we didn’t fully comprehend from the photos in the listing was how steep and far down the hill to the waterfall was from the house, but, with help from the adults, the kids were still able to go down and enjoy it so overall we were very happy with our stay and the host :)

Perfect house for a Yosemite vacation

This house is great. So close to the entrance of the park. (20 min drive) we had planned on going to the park everyday for hikes but the waterfall area in the back yard was so nice and fun for the kids and adults we took two days off just to play around the house. There’s 2 different grocery store that have everything you could ever need 5 mins from the house. Love the house love the host, nothing bad to say at all.

Waterfall magic

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfall House. Everything was clean and spacious. Yelena, the owner was personable and answered all my questions. The adults, as well as the children had a fun experience of walking down to the waterfall area and swimming in the pools. The mornings and evenings were spectacular, getting to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and experience the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the landscape. Thank you for the perfect place for our visit.

Creek access!

This was a great place with lots of extras!! It had a nice gazebo with plenty of seating and propane fire pit, a really nice play structure that the grandkids loved, a basketball hoop and ball, tether ball, porch all around the house with plenty of sitting areas, then the waterfall creek area to swim, and fish it was the ultimate spot for lots of memory making with umbrella and seats next to the swimming hole!! We loved this place!!! There was 5 adults and 6 kiddos!!

Perfect get away weekend place and great location to stay for Yosemite

The cabin is very spacious and beautiful. Lighting is amazing in the house. It has all the kitchen appliance you need to cook. Perfect location to get into the Yosemite national park. It is also a great place to stay if you have large group. We have 9 people and the place is more than enough to held us. They also have small bone fire on the patio and a larger one down my the river. Basic BBQ equipments provided. This place is amazing. Highly recommend.

Waterfall property

Property is beautiful! The sleeping accommodations not so much. Needs new mattresses and sleeper couches. Owner lives on property and a little overbearing. We were told we used too much water. The grandchildren loved the beautiful waterfall.

everything you could want!

yelena is a wonderful owner - is close by if you need her for anything but is not invasive - wants you to relax and feel at home! The site is easy to get to, the house has all you need and more, and the personal waterfall cannot be beat! sitting on the balcony, grilling a steak, and listening to that sound is as close to total relaxation as you can get! We would love to return with family - so much room! We cannot say enough great things about Yelena and her place!!! would give more stars if we could!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Immaculate. That was my first impression. Everything was neat and tidy. The house has everything you need. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs - everyone loved the house, location and the waterfall area. It was great watching kids (ages 17-22) as well as the dogs explore each day. The house is so centrally located we were able to rent a boat on Bass Lake, go to the movies, visit Yosemite or just relax by the waterfall. Yelena was amazing and checked on us via text and was available if I had any questions. We would love to stay again!

Better than expected

The house was better than we expected. Prior to arriving, the owner gave us clear instructions on how to access the house. The kids were excited to see all the amenities that the house had (games for kids, playground, waterfall). The adults liked that the house was clean and well organized. There was only 9 of us, but for larger parties, there is a second refrigerator. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about our stay. She even gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit (which we greatly appreciated). We all enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next year. Beautiful house and property with a dream waterfall view and access!

We loved our stay here. Upon walking into the beautiful, clean home, we were captivated by the big windows revealing the beautiful waterfall down below. The balcony is huge and shady in the early morning so you can enjoy quiet time while taking in the view. The walk down to and back up from the waterfall is short but can be slippery and steep. The area around the waterfall has a cool lounging area with chaise lounges, chairs and an umbrella for a private and amazing experience. You can venture into the (cold) water to be refreshed and enjoy exploring. (Water shoes recommended!) As described in the listing, there are two private bedrooms with queen beds and one single bed in the "pantry" and then the other sleeping arrangements are either a shared bedroom or the living room area. The proximity to the lake is great - you are at Bass Lake in about 10 minutes. The drive to the Yosemite gate is about 20 minutes (without traffic) but be aware to get to the Valley, it will take another hour or so. (Go early to avoid LONG waits in traffic). Yelena is an amazing, sweet and accommodating host. Overall, this property is amazing and offers a wonderful experience in a great location!

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (8-11 years old) staying in the house and we had 2 adults and 1 kid staying in their RV in the driveway. Tons of parking out front even with the RV and three SUVs. The house is conveniently located about 1 hr drive to Yosemite, 1.5 hours down the Yosemite Valley, 20 mins to Bass Lake and about 15 mins to Oakhurst. There is a bit of a hill down to the river/waterfall but so worth it. The river was calm while we where there and we spent our late afternoons after hiking in Yosemite or boating at Bass Lake just lounging in the river while the kids swam & played. The house was well organized with tons of plenty of kitchen amenities. We ended up using the griddle/grill out back for nearly all our meals and the two full size fridges in the house was a nice added bonus given the number of families sharing the house. The A/C was a godsend as we were there during a heat wave and each bedroom also has its own mini split as well. Evenings were spent lounging on the back deck star gazing and listening to the river. Ton of outside space to lounge between all the decks and the gazebo. Yelena was amazing to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and phone calls. Though she does reside on the property, you would never know it! Everyone was super happy with the place and all said we would rent again in a heartbeat.
