Upscale 6 Bed, 5 Ba, Uusi uima-allas w / poreallas, 1/2 mailin kävelymatka Disney

Vieraile kauniissa uima-altaiskodissamme, joka on täysin perustettu 4 + perheille. Tilaa on paljon koko perheelle. Kotimme on sisustettu suunnittelijalla ja siinä on puulattiat, jotka kulkevat läpi.

Cal-king-mestaria on neljä, joista kolmella on oma kylpyhuone. Kaksi jäljellä olevaa makuuhuonetta ovat lasten makuuhuoneita, joissa on täysin yli kerrossänky. Yksi lastenhuoneista jakaa Jack n 'Jill -kylpyhuoneen makuuhuoneeseen, jossa ei ole omaa huonetta. Jäljellä olevasta lasten makuuhuoneesta on pääsy suihku / amme-yhdistelmäkäytävän kylpyhuoneeseen. Kaikissa huoneissa on 47 '' LCD-televisio. Kylpyhuoneissa on kaikki kauniisti päivitetyt graniittiset; räätälöity paneeli turhamaisuus, travertiini laattalattiat ja mukautetut travertiini / marmori laatta inlayy suihkut.

Avoimessa konseptikeittiössä on graniittitasot, mukautetut paneelikaapit ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokasali mahtuu mukavasti kymmeneen lisäistuimella aamiaisnokilla ja keittiön työtasolla. Perhehuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja koko perheelle ylisuurissa poikkipalkeissa. Perhehuoneessa on 60'-TV w / DVD-soitin ja Time Warnerin 250 suosituinta kanavaa. Koti on nopea langaton Internet.

Liukuvan lasioven kautta pääsee yksityiselle takapihalle, jossa on kaunis maassa oleva uima-allas ja poreallas. Tarkkailemme ja kontrolloimme lämpötilaa etäyhteydessä toimistoltamme varmistaaksemme, että se on päällä, ja lämpötilan saavuttaessa. Nauti ulkona olevista istuimista, maakaasu BBQ Grillistä.

Autotallissa sijaitsevassa pelihuoneessa on pingispöytä, uima-allas ja ilmakiekko lapsille. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat asiakkaiden käytettävissä. Vauvoille ja taaperoille on tarjolla leikkipaikka, lastenrattaat, syöttötuoli ja lastenistuin. Queen size -patja on saatavana kotona lisävuodevaatteita varten.

Kaikki huonekalut, kalusteet jne. Ovat uusia toukokuusta 2015 lähtien. 1/2 mailin kävelymatka Disneylandiin ja noin 1. 25 mailin päässä Anaheimin kongressikeskukseen. Voit katsella Disneylandin ilotulitusta telakoilta. Koti on Central Air & Heat.

Voimassa 1. tammikuuta 2017, kaupunki on vähentänyt kaikissa kodeissa käytettävyyttä. Tämä talo SLEEPS 15 in Beds ja sen enimmäismäärä on 15 mistä tahansa.

Wonderful, easy check in and check out. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 children. Can see the fireworks from disney in the front yard. Pool was perfect.

Family gathering

From Alabama, Arizona and California. Gathered for family visit. House had lots of room for our 13 people. Pool was great. The neighborhood was extremely loud on the 4th of July. While no fireworks were allowed on the property the neighborhood sounded like a war zone. Otherwize perfect.

Location, awesome pool and lots of room

We enjoyed our stay at this location! We loved the backyard and spent hours in the pool. The Disneyland entrance is just over 1 mile away. There was plenty of room for our group of 14. The unit could have been cleaned better before we arrived. There were cobwebs in the corners, especially the bathrooms. The floor was sandy and the dishwasher was not very clean. Most of the beds were fine, but one of the master suite beds was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs a new mattress. Even with those drawbacks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would consider staying at this location again.

Super Spacious and Excellent Location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anaheim! The house had plenty of room for the 13 of us, and we were able to WALK to Disneyland! The beautiful pool and hot tub got lots of use. I would definitely recommend this location for families who want a quiet neighborhood to stay in near all sorts of restaurants and Disneyland!

Clean property close to Disney

Our family of 10 stayed here the April 9th-12th and everyone was very happy with the location in proximity to Disneyland. It was also very clean! We all enjoyed the overall space as it accommodated everyones sleeping needs well! The pool and hot tub were also great as the outside temps were in the 80’s. We did encounter some issues with the property which included unsafe wobbly bunk beds, broken dishwasher, bbq ignition broken, one bathroom faucet broken, and cold water issues with kitchen sink. The property management fixed the unsafe bunk bed wobble the next day after we arrived, but everything else was not addressed. They did provide a late check out of 1pm for us which was helpful for our large group.

Spacious Home

The place was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we hoped for, including pool, hot tub, master ensuites and all the kitchen items. Very close to Disney Land and centralized in the city. Check in and out was simple as well. Thanks for the memories.

Happy First Timers

We are frequent visitors to Anaheim but always use hotels. This was a much better experience for us. The walk to the park wasn’t bad. The house is spacious. Would definitely book again. Strollers and coffee pot could be better.

Works for some groups

We stay at VRBOs whenever possible and love finding hidden gems to share. This review is focused solely on the house and neighborhood—not the city or the crazy local ordinances. As visitors from outside California, it’s tough to understand why they seem to limit people from fully enjoying the beauty of nature—but that’s California.Knowing what we were getting into and coming with a purpose, this house worked for our group since we were out most of the time. With a little maintenance and attention to detail, it could easily be a 5-star property.A few things to know:NO MUSIC ALLOWED-EVER. Even during the day, um not quiet hours..If you plan to spend a lot of time at the house, you might want to look outside Anaheim where there’s more freedom and space.To make it a 5-star:1-Dining chairs are worn down to the wood, no cushion left—just the frame.2-The house is covered in stern notices about fines (e.g., no food down the disposal, only TP in toilets)—very unwelcoming. Understand the notices but stern fines everywhere.3-TV remotes aren’t in the rooms; you have to collect them from around the house. Pain factor4-The smoke alarm went off 3 times just cooking two eggs—no smoke at all.5-The living room feels empty—no throw blankets, no side tables, nothing cozy.No dressers, so expect to live out of your suitcase.The house does the job, especially if you’re walking to Disney, but it needs TLC and unfortunately does not feel welcoming.

Very roomy and close to everything

We stayed with extended family for a cheer competition at the Anaheim Convention Center, and time at Disneyland. We had six adults and one teen and had plenty of room. The backyard is an oasis with the newer pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to the nearby amenities. The game room was a bonus used every night. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house

We were there for a trip to Disneyland, It was easy to use the baby strollers and walk to the park. We had a great time at the house with the pool.

Christmas time at Disneyland

The house was amazing. Just as nice as the pictures. Hair blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in each of the 5 bathrooms. My grandkids absolutely loved the pool table and ping pong table in the garage. We definitely would love to stay again for our next Disney adventure.

Roomy, Clean, and Close to the Park! Horrible Mattresses

I stayed here with 9 people, mostly adults, and we loved how spacious and spread out the house is. The kitchen was large and well appointed and had most everything we needed. (We had to buy basics like coffee, spices, cooking oil etc.) There was plenty of room for everyone to lounge after a long day at Disney. House felt much bigger than shown in photos! Easy walk to the park for people without any physical ailments. House was clean except for a few random things (half empty beer can in the room, kids juice box in the bed).The alarm on the glass sliding doors was obnoxious but I understand the purpose. We would absolutely stay again if all the mattresses were replaced. Most of us in the king beds didn’t get much sleep. These were the worst mattresses we have ever slept on. Soft with such large divots that you would roll into them. Incredibly noisy as well. If you sit on the edge of the bed, you basically sink down to the box spring. My husband thought it was an air mattress.Overall- a great stay and great location minus the beds.

Great location and layout for our family Disney vacation!

It's about a 20-25 min walk (with double stroller and grandparents) to Downtown Disney. Then about 10 min through to the park gates. We mainly walked about 5-6 min to the ART bus stop, and rode that right to the gates. I requested confirmation ahead of time that there were strollers available, so we really enjoyed not having to fly with ours. That said, the side-by-side double stroller was broken, but they also had an in line double stroller that worked. We really loved that each room has it's own bathroom, with the exception of one king room and one bunk room that share a jack and jill. We used these rooms for ourselves and our kids, which was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the garage fridge/freezer was great since we did almost all our meals there. We used instacart and had groceries delivered from Costco and Ralphs just after our arrival. Issues we had were the cleanliness of the floors, hot tub stopped working after 1st night, broken back door alarm, a broken curtain rod, a broken shower faucet, and most of the blinds were broken and won't go up. Walking around the dirty floors made our socks/bare feet brown. We notified the manager about the door alarm and the hot tub (worked 1st night, then stopped), and both were fixed the following day. The other issues didn't bother us much, so we didn't mention. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The place just needs a good mopping, some repairs, and a thorough check that everything is working.
