Tervetuloa täysin remodeled, päivitetty, uudelleen suunniteltu ranta talo vain muutaman askeleen päässä hiekasta, muutaman minuutin päässä SEASIDE, jossa vuodevaatteet 22 ja yksityinen uima-allas!

Merkittävässä kodissamme on kaikki mitä tarvitset parhaaseen perhelomaan!  5 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, vuodevaatteet, oma uima-allas (lämmitys käytettävissä), erittäin lähellä rantaa (GULF VIEWS !!) ja suosittuja alueita, täysin uusittu 30A Beach House täyttää kaikki lomasi tarpeet vuosi vuodelta! 

Meillä on valtava katettu kuisti edessä ja takana (pingispöytä!), tonnia kannen tilaa lounging, patio tuolit yllin kyllin, upeat Persianlahden näkymät kolmannen tason, askeleen päässä upeista rannoista, runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja niin paljon hämmästyttävä awesomeness sinulla on paras loma koskaan!

It was very quiet.The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, etc., and there were plenty of towels and linens. There was also a good selection of games and books. The house was well laid out for our group of 8 adults.The property management team was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. A couple of maintenance items were addressed promptly after our arrival.Things I wish I had known before booking this property:- This is an older house and the furnishings need to be refreshed. The upholstered furniture and the bed that I slept in were not very comfortable.- The sleeping loft and large covered porch upstairs are only accessible by a very steep, narrow stairwell that feels like climbing a ladder.- The beach access has a lot of steps.- The back porch is not covered, so neither the main level nor the lower level is usable on a rainy day.- The pool heat has a seven-night minimum per-day charge, so it was pretty expensive for our shorter stay.

We rented this house for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. The house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of places to sleep. All was clean and all supplies were there. Only complaint is that the beds were hard - some of us liked that and some of us didn't. = ) Would definitely stay there again.

The outside of the house needs lots of woke as well!! With a little TLC and a new cleaning crew, this could be a 5 star place! Needs a new coffee pot. Very hot upstairs during the day, mostly kitchen and living area. Downstairs stayed cool! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We spoke to the property manager during our stay and he was very kind and helpful!

Wonderful house

It was clean and comfortable. The beach only a short walk away and my grandchildren loved it. Then they had the pool to swim in after the beach. I had to make a maintenance call and they showed up quickly to take care of it. As a matter of fact my 5 year old granddaughter cried and did not want to leave. That’s how much fun she had with her cousins.

Great for big family

I really loved the location of this house. It was within close proximity to everything! Beach is steps away, restaurants and shops were within walking distance!! Other things I enjoyed was the pool, the fact that we had 2 kitchens, the way it was tucked so you had some privacy. The furnishings were a little tired looking but I honestly don’t mind it cause I wasn’t too scared to use anything. The only knock on this place is not having interior stairs between the first and second floor and that the stairs to the third floor was kind of scary. lol but even then we didn’t mind it.

I am a review reader and depend heavily on them to determine the best place for our family, so this review is going to cover the good and the not so good (in our opinion). Let me start with the positives of this house. It is fairly spacious and close to the beach. The pool was big enough for our crew of 11. It was close enough to bike to shopping locations and food options. Some of the bigger negatives for us- we had a mouse issue in the main area. Maintenance was called and were there within the hour, so that was good. They put out the bait and we found 3 dead mice outside by the steps over the next few days. We also had two HUGE cockroaches show up in the lower level. I do realize that doors are opened all day long and you can’t keep all bugs out all the time, but I do think the a pest control company needs to do a thorough search of the house, sealing up any place a mouse could get in. The bed situation wasn’t ideal either. In the ground level, there was a king bed and a set of full size bunk beds. Main level had a king and queen, one set of full size bunk beds and two sofa sleepers (you would have to move one of the sofas to a whole other part of the room each night to be able to open it). The third floor had a full size bed with a trundle. The top level of each bunk bed has a weight limit of 100 lbs so only small kids could sleep up there. I’m not sure how you fit 22 people in this house unless you have a bunch of little kids with you and they sleep

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just as described, clean and comfortable. We did ask maintenance to come out and check a tv or two. Their guy was very knowledgeable and prompt. Only complaint would be that TV in the bunk room downstairs was only good for streaming and the wifi wasn't strong enough the majority of the time to run a movie. That tv with grandkids (who were used to watching TV as they went to sleep!) should have had tv shows, cable, dish, whatever, available but did not.Other than that, very satisfied and happy with our home for the week. Pool was great, perfect temp!

This property was well managed and looked great upon arrival. The pool was nice however it took over 3 days to turn on the heat after the request and was still priced for the full stay. Amenities were nice. Overall was a great stay.

When you go to the beach, there is nothing better than being ON the beach. This place is as close as it gets. Public beach access is a 2-3 minute walk. Location is great! Pool area is definitely the highlight of the house!

Disappointed

The house was is need of multiple repairs, broken beds, floors were dirty. Contacted maintenance on Sunday (I realize it was the weekend, but he said he’d be back Monday -never showed). The location is close to the beach, but at least an hour drive in either direction for restaurants or things to do. We won’t be booking this property again.
