209 W. Hurlbut. Charlevoix Family Home - kaunis koti, päivitetty kokonaan. Yksi kortteli kaupunkiin, neljän korttelin päässä Michigan-järveltä. Kaksi tuhatta neliöjalkaa. Yläkerrassa kolme makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningas, yksi kuningatar, yksi parivuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta). Kaksi täyttä sänkyä. Yksi pieni sänky. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta - yksi yläkerrassa ja toinen alakerrassa. Parivuode alakerran neljännessä makuuhuoneessa. Valtava keittiö saari / baarituolit ja kahdeksan paikkainen keittiöpöytä. Korkeus tuoli. Kaksi keskeistä ilmastointilaitetta / uunia - yksi jokaisessa kerroksessa.

Kaikki laitteet, mukaan lukien pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, iso näyttö-TV satelliitti-TV: llä, teräväpiirto-TV TiVolla. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio. Valtava aidattu takapiha kannella ja sisäänrakennettu kylpytynnyri. Takka ja polttopuut sisältyvät hintaan. Lapset swingset ja puutalo. Kaasu / propaani grilli ja piknikpöytä takapihan kannella illalliseksi / viihdyttäväksi. Ympärivuotinen asuminen - kaikki liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, rantapyyhkeet, hopeaesineet jne. Oikea puu takka, jossa polttopuut jäässä. Vuokra viikolla tai pitkällä viikonloppuna (vuodenajasta riippuen). Hinnat määräytyvät vuodenajan mukaan.

Christmas Vacation

The home was perfect for our family - great location, amenities and host. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping, and close to skiing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out, washer and dryer, kids really enjoyed the hot tub!

Beautiful house, great location

A charming house so conveniently located near town and beach access! Well equipped with all of the things to live comfortably for a long weekend in Charlevoix including a spacious yard and hot tub. Andrew was the perfect host with detailed information about his place and quick responses. My family and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Place, Awesome Town

Process was seamless and Andrew was helpful and available if necessary. The house was clean and really a great place to stay for a family. It's location was perfect for any lifestyle. Great stay!

Charlevoix Family Trip

We have enjoyed multiple stays at this property and will keep coming back. The location to downtown is perfect. We walk into town for coffee, meals, shopping. The house was the perfect size for our adult family (all adult kids). We enjoyed the pretty sunroom, the back deck and hot tub. The beds are comfortable which was essential for our two week stay. The owner Andrew was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Charlevoix Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO home from September 20 to September 24. The location next to Olesons grocery store and downtown Charlevoix was excellent and the weather could not have been better.

Nice outdoor space

Older home with lots of space both inside and outside. Hot tub is very nice and double washers and dryers was a nice bonus.

Great location and service

We really loved our NYE stay at this property! The property is fenced which was very nice for our dog and we walked to downtown to get coffee on several days. The location is great and the communication with Andrew was even better.

Fun in downtown Charlevoix

Despite the weather not cooperating (no snow!), the location was great, very close to downtown with plenty of things to do. Hot tub worked great as well. Place is accurate to pictures, but was not as clean as we would have liked - could have used a deep clean.

Beautiful Memories, Beautiful Place

The landscaping and cute front porch are a wonderful welcome to the northern Michigan experience. The house is centrally located to everything we love about Charlevoix. Easy walk to the beach, the lighthouse, the marina, and all that downtown Charlevoix has to offer. Everything was well stocked and our family was able to feel at home hanging out, cooking meals, enjoying the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The fenced backyard was great for our grandkids. The host was very responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. Charlevoix never disappoints and this house was perfect for our family vacation.

A Great Upper Michigan Family Beach House Experience

Stayed here with a few friends for a low-key ski trip in January. The house is warm and cozy, and even in winter the hot tub is wonderful. Location-wise, while it is a bit aways from the shore, it is easily walkable to Charlevoix's Main Street and the beach, even in heavy snow. A short, 5 min drive gets you to the Mt. McSauba ski hill, perfect for first time skiers. Andrew was very friendly and responsive, and their house feels like a nice, lived in family vacation home, not a property just being rented out by a company. We were happy to spend some time there and would stay again.

Yoopergirls weekend

My friends and I do an annual girls weekend. This year we decided and Charlevoix and this home was perfect for us! We loved that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We walked to see the mushroom houses, to the beach, to town, etc. there was plenty of room for all of us and the hosts were very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Lake Charleviox Stay

We were in Lake Charleviox for a family vacation and family wedding. This house met all our needs with a fenced in back yard for the dogs, playset for the kids, hot tub for adults in the evening. Great location, can walk to beach, library, downtown for shopping, restaurants and bars/taverns. The town is just great. The listing said two cribs, and only one there, but the owner had a new pack and play delivered to us the next day. He stated one had broke a few weeks ago. We appreciated the responsiveness to the need due to the original listing information. Very responsive and great with communication with us before, during and after.

Perfect for family of 7

We went to go skiing at Boyne but got rained out every day we were there. Luckily the house had everything we needed for an amazing time. Huge tv in the family room to watch movies, huge table in the kitchen for cards and games, four nice bedrooms with comfy beds and the hot tub works rain or shine 😊 Location was also amazing. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater. The people or Charlevoix could not have been nicer. We even took a quick day trip to Petoskey for lunch! Great time had by all. Would def rebook!

Nice home & property

Landlord, check in/out process and instructions friendly and efficient. Hot tub was frozen (it was freezing out!) but everything else was fantastic. Upstairs shower was good pressure and updated. Very comfy couches in great room and large screen TV which came in handy for football wild card playoffs. Location is perfect and walking distance to town and marina.

Just ok

Within hours of check in time we were told that we might not be able to use the hot tub during our stay. Come to find out there was no hot tub. It was ripped out. Of course at this time it was too late to cancel the reservation and try to find other accommodations. The location was very convenient to downtown Charlevoix, so that was nice. However the house next door looks like it needs to be condemned. As noted in other reviews, the house was not very clean, and there were large stains on the couches.

Weekend Wedding

The property was nice, A few trip hazards in the house, What I mean by that is the has a lot of uneven spots. The porch in the front has an odd step, my husband fell walking out the door. The steps going to the upstairs has a small step that catches your foot. Both my sons said they almost fell. And when you walk through the front porch area to the living room. But the thing that bothers me the most. A camera pointed at the hot top. Forgive me if i'm wrong but I don't think you are allowed to have cameras near hot tubs and swimming pools. With a VRBO. Creepy

We have been renting it for 12 seasons and have always enjoyed sharing this renovated home and all amenities it provides through the years. You're looking for a Charlevoix experience with all of the luxuries of home, this house will not disappoint. melodies it provides

The dual central air conditioning is one of the features that many of our guest fun particularly rewarding. Additionally, there is a covered had tub and barbecue directly outback with a large deck meant for family seating. The house is spacious, the floorplan is open and our various features for each age group to love.
