Kävele patio ja rannalle!

Se on hyväpalkkainen 2900 neliömetrin 2-kerroksinen kaupunkitalo. Kiinteistö sijaitsee suoraan rannalla ja tarjoaa monia mukavuuksia. Kävele iso terassi omalla uima-altaalla ja rannalle.
Kaupunkitalon ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on: makuuhuone # 1 (kuningatar katosvuode ja sohva, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta - 2 erillistä vuodetta tai voidaan muuntaa king-vuodeksi) ja vierekkäinen kylpy. Täysin varusteltu keittiö niemimaalla, johon mahtuu 3 henkilöä, olohuone ja ruokasali (pöydässä 12), täysi viihdejärjestelmä ja 1/2 kylpy.
Casa Familiarin 2. kerroksessa on: makuuhuone (bdrm # 2), jossa parisänky, täysi kylpyamme, pukuhuone ja parveke; makuuhuone # 3 makuuhuone queen-vuode ja kaksi kerrossänkyä, ja kaksi vyöryä ja täysi kylpyamme; # 4 makuuhuone queen-vuode, täysikokoinen sänky ja täysi kylpyamme; . Toisessa kerroksessa sijaitsevat myös: pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, pelihuone, jossa on lg. taulu ja iso ulkouima-alue näköalalla rannalle. Kolmannen kerroksen aurinkoalueelle / observatorioon pääsee kierreportaista 2. kerroksen ulkoterassilla.
Kaikissa huoneissa on vierekkäiset kylpyammeet.
Kiinteistö on yksityistä ja aidatulla rannan puolella. Tuo kannettava tietokoneesi; nopea internetyhteys tarjotaan.
Sesonkiajan suuren kysynnän vuoksi vuokraamme vain viikoittain lauantaista lauantaihin.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The ocean location and view cannot be beat. There were 8 of us (siblings and spouses), and we found the house was so spacious: there are multiple places places to sit and talk. The decor is lovely and the kitchen very well equipped.

Perfect Location

Beautiful property directly on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with 3 living areas. The YouTube TV was also a huge plus for this sports loving family. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Would have liked better cookware and serving dishes but otherwise kitchen was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week!

Great home! En suite bathrooms were a plus. Great location! Clean, well maintained, great outdoor spaces. Things to know, thermostat controlled by owner, pool not heated, a/c outside main floor is a little loud, grill was not usable. Overall highly recommend!

Great Family Week!

What a great week with family! We had stayed at Casa Familiar several years ago and were so pleased with the accommodations but had outgrown one house and decided to stay elsewhere...what a mistake! Needless to say we are now renting both properties and love the beautifully appointed updates exquisitely done! I really love the fact each bedroom has its own bathroom and the boardwalk that takes us directly to the beach. When we're not at the beach, we can enjoy the patio and pool as well as the lulling Gulf breeze. We will definitely go back.

Nice place.

It was a beautiful place. The 2nd floor dryer didn’t work well. It took 3 cycles per load to dry, and the loads were only half size. It heated well, but the blower must not be working properly. We had a bunch of cardboard on one side of the driveway until our 5th day. We shouldn’t have had to drive around it. Also, there was some gunk in the kitchen sink behind the scrubbing dish. The location was perfect however.

Great Great House!

This was a beautiful home, with everything we needed for big and little people alike. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. It allowed us to move back and forth between the beach and the pool with ease which was great as far as keeping the little one entertained. The house was very well equipped. We needed a few more towels which the property manager took care of ASAP. The beds were super comfortable especially the master bedroom. The master bed was exceptional - The only thing I could have asked for was the tv in the master wasn't great and didn't seem to work except to play movies. On the other hand when I'm at the beach in a beautiful house I don't care that much about TV. The guys were able to get the games that were important to them in the living room so everything was good. The little ones were happy with all the games - an epic game of monopoly was held on our only rainy day! My granddaughter found the books and was completely sold. I had to pry Beauty and the beast from her hands each night! This was a great house with everything we needed to have a memorable family gathering. Thanks to both owner and property manager - couldn't have asked for better.

Excellent family house to make memories with family

It was a great choice we take on renting this marvelous house. It is huge and every space in the house makes you feel welcome. We are a big family and all of us had enough room to enjoy. I highly recommend people to stay here.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house and property are simply perfect! Plenty of space for our large group to spread out when we wanted, coupled with great spaces for being together.It is a very quick walk to the beach. The hosts are generous with the use of beach toys, so you don’t need to bring any for the littles.

There’s peace and tranquil at the beach…

Gathering place was wonderful for our family of 11 adults/2 children. More than enough kitchen items. Don’t need to take a thing except yourself, family, food and clothes. Enjoy!

The home was beautiful! Our group was 11 adults. I wanted something with rooms that would accommodate our children add their other halves. This place did exactly that. Everyone had their own bathroom and at least a queen size bed. The sunrise views were amazing. I liked having our own pool and being just steps from the beach. The property was clean and had all basic supplies. The large ice maker was a plus. One thing to note is it didn't have beach towels so make sure to pack some. I would highly recommend renting this property and hope to visit again.

Amazing business retreat!

We got this house for our business retreat, and it was amazing! Even though it was raining all weekend, the fact that we had two covered balconies-- still allowed us to have meals and meetings outside with the sound of the waves and the cool breeze. Also the home owner was super accommodating, and the house manager was responsive to all our requests in a timely manner. Overall, an amazing home for our retreat! Everyone loved it! 😍

Everything was great. We really liked the house. The manager was prompt in replacing a bulb and getting the pool cleaned when we requested. Just a couple things we wanted to note. The hinge for the 3rd floor balcony door didn’t work. The master bedroom balcony door did not lock. And the ice maker on the main floor had a strange odor that made the ice smell like refrigerant. But everything was great and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Relaxing and Beautiful

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Sunrise on the 2nd home patio was amazing and home had everything we needed. Home was in a great location and right on the beach. Owner had awesome communication and very accommodating. Would definitely come and stay again. :)

GREAT STAY-RIGHT ON THE BEACH

THIS PROPERTY IS CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. THE BEACH AND POOL WAS ALL WE COULD ASK FOR. WE WERE ABLE TO SPREAD OUT TO THE TWO LIVING AREAS AT NIGHT-ONE TO PLAY CARDS AND THE KIDS WATCHED MOVIES IN THE OTHER. THE EARLY BIRDS WERE ABLE TO GO TO SLEEP WHILE THE NIGHT OWLS STAYED UP TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. THE OWNERS WERE A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH-WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Literally steps to the beach!

Great communication with the owner! We had 3 families in this property over Labor Day weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. This house is stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need and is perfectly situated right on the beach. Right down the beach from Wanna Wanna if you want to walk down and grab a frozen drink, but far enough away from the crowd that was situated right in front of Wanna Wanna. We were able to quickly walk back and forth when we needed lunch or potty breaks for the littles. The only thing we wished we had more of were bath towels. Other than that, everything was perfect! We are already planning to go back next summer!

Great beachfront home!

House is beautiful and perfect for families- especially if you have any very young children who still use a crib. Great location right on the beach! Hosts & property manager are very responsive, easy to contact. The only inconvenience is that the house did not provide beach towels so we had to pick up some on our first day.

Presently, I'm a LCSW & a psychiatric APRN but when we purchased Casa Familiar, I was a stay-at-home mom of 9 children, 2 with special needs and foster children. Managing a rental business was a great way to stay at home and work. Technology has made working from anyplace possible.

During Thanksgiving week, 1999, my husband & I loaded up our Suburban with our kids and drove for the first time to a beach directly straight south of Kansas City...arriving in South Padre Island 17 hrs. later. After vacationing in Marco Island, FL, the previous year, we found that SPI was much more family friendly. We all fell in love with it. We were able to find a rundown townhouse, which sat directly on the beach and had been on the market for over a yr. so got a great price, renovated it, & named it Casa Familiar. Since then, we've been renting to some wonderful families for as many as 20 years and others who have stayed several times.
Now that our children are getting married and having children, we've expanded by adding a 3rd floor

There's nothing like real beachfront living...unfortunately, many property owners claim beachfront but are located across the street or even blocks away. The end of the patio is the seawall & the boardwalk takes you to the beach. You can prepare lunch in the kitchen while watching the kids play on the beach and be within shouting distance when they need to come in.
