Tervetuloa kauniiseen kotisi poissa kotoa! Tämä upea ja tilava 1600 neliömetrin, 3 mh: n, 3 jättimäisen kylpyhuoneisto sijaitsee Enclaven länsiskulman toisessa kerroksessa. Siinä on iso käärittävä parveke, johon pääsee olohuoneesta, isäntä BR: stä ja ruokasalista. Parvekkeelta, päällikölle BR, olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja keittiöstä on unohdettu Meksikonlahden täydelliset, valkoiset, koskemattomat rannat. Kävelymatka päästäksesi jalat tuohon pehmeään hiekkaan on hyvin lyhyt ilman portaita. Toisessa kerroksessa sijaitsevana voit valita nopean hissimatkan toisella kahdesta hissistä tai harrastaa vähän portaikkoa oven edessä. Toinen kerros on myös lattia, josta pääset tenniskenttään. Siinä on jopa muutama pöytä, jossa voit istua ja rentoutua.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on lämmitetty uima-allas, kylpyhuone ja liukulasiovi, jotka johtavat sinut kuohuviinin ulkouima-altaalle ja aurinkoterassille. Ryhmällesi on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua nojatuolilla tai jopa istua pöydällä sateenvarjon alla ja nauttia vähän välipaloja. Lapset rakastavat menemistä sisäuima-altaasta ulkouima-altaaseen, mikä on nyrkkejä, koska vanhemmat voivat vain istua ovien vieressä ja katsella lapsia molemmissa uima-altaissa. Master BR: ssä on muhkeat king-size-vuoteet ja taulu-tv DVD-soittimella. Ja odota, kunnes näet isäntäkylvyn. Tämä massiivinen kylpyhuone sopii perheelle. Siinä on iso poreallas, erillinen suihku, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, liinavaatekaappi, iso vaatehuone ja oma vesisäiliö sekä alaosa ja oleskelualue!
Toisessa BR: ssä on king-size-vuode sekä kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Tässä huoneessa on iso kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja iso vaatekaappi sekä erillinen oma kylpyamme ja suihku. Tässä BR: ssä on myös taulu-tv DVD-soittimella.
Viimeisessä BR: ssä on sekä queen-vuode että päivävuode, jossa vyöryä. Se on myös täysin liitetty kylpyhuone suihkulla. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on myös ovi eteiseen tai voit lukita sen pitääksesi oman yksityisen kylpyhuoneesi.
Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kauniit valkoiset kiinteät pintatasot, upouudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet tilavalla baarilla, johon mahtuu kuusi. Koko perheesi voi kokoontua yhdessä baarin ja ruokapöydän avulla. Nauti tuore kuppi kahvia aamulla ja namia pina colada mukana toimitetun kahvinkeittimen ja tehosekoittimen kanssa.
Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Publix-tien varrella, jotta voit hakea tuoreita höyrytettyjä mereneläviä yöksi. Älä unohda Redbox-elokuvaa ja Dairy Queenin jäätelöä tien toisella puolella. Miksi haluaisit kuitenkin lähteä tänne? Lähistöllä on myös runsaasti ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.

Girls trip

This was our first time to stay here and we loved this place! The bathrooms and bedrooms were super roomy and the entire condo was very clean. The huge wrap around balcony was nice and spacious. The proximity to the pool and beach were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Cozy accommodations in the perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and was the perfect accommodation for our 3 families. The owner communicated with us in a very timely manner before and during our stay. There is a reserved owner’s parking spot the owner gave us permission to use, so we were able to park 3 cars on property. We were extremely happy about our accommodations and will add this one to our favorites list!

Not Luxurious!

This property is misrepresented as being luxurious because much of the furnishings are thrift store type items rather than items purchased for a luxury condominium. In addition, there are owner items such as a computer desk stuck in a corner and a guest closet partially filled with odds and ends. I do not intend to use VRBO again to help me find a vacation property because I don't think there vetting process is careful enough.

This was a great rental for many reasons. Having three full bathrooms was hard to find and these were perfect. The view was gorgeous to wake up to every day and we were so close to shopping and restaurants.

Great condo for extended family vacation

It was a good location it was close to the pool and beach. You could enjoy watching the beach and the Gulf right from the balcony. The Gulf was closed for swimming a lot of our stay, but we enjoyed the beach and cooled off in the pool. The day we left, it had finally settled down, and we spotted dolphins from our balcony. We had all the appliances we needed including ice maker . The condo had a great setup for the group, We could walk across the street for shopping and restaurants, Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot every day.

Spring Break with Family

Outside of the weather on a couple of days, the stay was awesome. The condo was great; well furnished and plenty of room. We took full advantage of the washer/dryer and jetted tub. The location could not have been better...2nd floor, closet condo to the beach access, great view and easy walking access to lots of commercial stores. Based on previous reviews, we were worried about parking, but we never had an issue. We easily found parking at the condo every time. Our experience was great. We will look to return in the future. Thank you.

Great Grandma, grandma, daughters, and grandchildren trip

It was a nice unit. It was very comfortable in this unit with the 12 people we had staying. My mom couldn’t walk the beach but enjoyed watching the kids in the pool from the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning as we watched the beach and listened to the waves. The only down side was the parking. The first night we unloaded the essentials for the night and had to park across street which was pretty expensive. Which we did go on Labor Day weekend so I understand it being crowded in parking area. I wish that it was coveyed more to us about the parking. That was the only downfall we had.

Excellent Stay: Super Clean Condo and Very Responsive Owner

Condo was super clean and well appointed. Owner was VERY responsive. We arrived on Sunday and had an issue with a door sensor for the A/C, he responded immediately and gave us a "quick fix" until he had the A/C serviced first thing Monday morning. We were very pleased with our stay and our communications with Mr. Parry. The complex itself did seem a little more busy than the last time we stayed, but it was Spring Break and they have done an amazing refurb on the outside pool - so maybe that is bringing more people in. :)

Great location and great setup. Ryan was great to work with. Loved that the Enclave wasn't a big building. We got to know several people because of the quaintness. This unit was on the 2nd level right by the stairs and not far from the elevator. It was great for our family which the ages ranges from 14 months to my 77 year old mother who can't walk very far. The walk to the pool or to the beach was short. And if she didn't feel like getting out, she could sit on the balcony to watch my grandkids, her great-grandkids in the pool. We loved the zero entry outdoors pool.

Wonderful property and owner

The condo is a great size with plenty of living and bathroom space for 4 adults and 4 teenage children. The location is great, walking distance to groceries, some shopping and a few restaurants. There are small things that I really appreciated about the condo. For example, the exterior closet by the front door to store sandy beach items. In addition, the stand alone ice maker in the wet bar produced plenty of ice for drinks and to fill a small cooler each day. Great communication with the owner. There was an issue with the dryer during the rental before us and owner kept us updated on status as they were getting it replaced during our stay.

wonderful stay

It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen appliances were very nice, it would have been better if the cookware was in better shape. I was afraid to use some because of the scratches in the bottom of pans. I was disappointed more soap for bath and kitchen and laundry was not furnished. I was also disappointed we could not use the closets, they had locks and we did not have keys. For the amount of money I paid I expected more. I will not be staying there again. for the amount of money I paid I expected more. I will not be staying there again.

Wonderful Stay

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is steps from the condo with private access. The building is across the street from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We didn't have to drive to get basic necessities which was nice with the traffic. Condo was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for our party of 9. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but the owner was excellent with communication and worked quickly to get the situation remedied. Appliances and Kitchen items were plentiful and we had plenty of beach items available to us as part of the Condo. The balcony was the absolute best feature and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. A couple of suggestions: update the bed pillows, they are just kinda flat with no support. Bed was comfortable with a soft pillow topper but the frame is bent. We had to remove the mattress and try to reconnect the frame to the support bar in the middle. (We slept in the King Room that had the bunk bed.) We also think the bed in the room with the other set of bunk beds is a full bed and not a queen. It was small. None of the small things took away from the experience. These are just observations and suggestions. This place was great. And the owner was truly wonderful to work with.

Weekend get away with extended family

The property worked just fine for my family's needs. We were a large group and we had enough space. It was tight but we made it work. We knew it would be tight, we were 12 people. Location was great for us, the beach is a couple steps away from the door. The two pools were nice. There were plenty of food options for us within walking distance...that is important b/c parking was kind of a nightmare. We were lucky, we arrived early enough we were able to park both vehicles. We learned very quickly to NOT move them. I thought it was a bit annoying we had to bring our own toilet paper and garbage bags. I've rented many times throughout the USA and abroad and have never had to do that. But, we just did it and it was fine. The location made up for the little annoyances. I think the thing that bothered me the most is I had messaged the owner a couple of times prior to arriving with questions and they never responded to my questions.

Reconsider for a Family. 2 star condo for a 4 star price

Disappointed. Not enough parking for the condo. We had to park across the street at the Fairfield Inn one night. Ryan, the property manager graciously offered to reimburse the cost but an inconvenience. The second BR w/a King is overcrowded. No floor space and no dresser. The ceiling was covered with dust from the AC. All the ceiling fans were dust covered as well. The We knew ahead of time the FR sliding door was broken and we couldn’t use it, but the one from the kitchen is so cloudy you can’t see through the glass. The nob on the toaster is missing. For a group of college students probably ok but for a family it’s disappointing. Simple things like worn footstool seating and fitted sheets that don’t stay on the bed. A shower door replaced by a shower curtain. Positives would be the W/D and the Ice Machine Wet Bar.

Amazing Property and Host!

Amazing Property and Host! This place had a great view and is conveniently located on the side of the building where the beach access is, so it is literally just a short walk to the beach! The property has everything you need to make all of your meals or is centrally located so all the great restaurants or just a few minutes away. Walmart and Publix are also right across the street which is very nice! All in all a great place for a great price! you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful!

Three family’s of four fit perfectly here. We were near the pool and beach. Everything was in working order and overall the perfect place for us. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Nice and affordable

We booked for a quick getaway with our large family. This place had all the needed beds! Very convenient with stores and shops close by

Our Beachfront Condo has been a dream of ours for years. Please share this with us! We purchased at the Enclave because it is a place that we envision visiting for decades and passing down to our kids

The Enclave has made major improvements in 2022-2023 including: a new outdoor pool, new polywood pool furniture, new pickleball court, and each unit has all brand new doors and windows!

Extra COVID-related improvements: (1)We purchased water-proof washable covers for all pillows/mattresses/box springs. (2)The check-in time has been pushed back by one hr to 5PM Central to allow for additional cleaning. (3)We are no longer using big, bulky comforters that are difficult to wash - each bed will include a lighter-weight, more-washable blanket (feel free to bring your own if you wish).

*Cleanliness* Our cleaning lady, Grace, is amazing. We are lucky enough to have had her for 7 years! She is a former nurse and understands how to disinfect things - she uses bleach! She does not work for a cleaning service that cleans 3-4 units per day. Grace spends the entire day disinfecting our unit. We are truly blessed by Grace.

Our condo is freshly painted with all new appliances (including ice maker)and furniture and features rustic beach decor.

More square footage (1,600), three spacious bathrooms, enough beds to sleep 12, high quality accommodations and tasteful decorations. Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) is available and can be set up upon arrival by speaking with the attendant on the beach, or ahead of time by calling 251-981-4807.
