LisÀÀ hauskuutta ja viihdettÀ avattuamme vain Recreational Hallissa, jossa on: biljardipöytÀ, pingispöytÀ, koripallokenttÀ, arcade-koripallo, ilmakiekko, foosball, 15 "trampoliini, pokeripöytÀ, backgammon. Kaikki tÀmÀ "Rec Hall" ylimÀÀrÀinen pieni maksu 275 dollaria koko viikonloppu varauksen ja 50 dollaria jokaista ylimÀÀrÀistÀ pÀivÀÀ.

Property was the PERFECT location for our 50th Year Family Reunion

Overall, this was a 5-star PERFECT experience for our 50th year family reunion, comprising of all 40 people across 3 generation of ages spanning from 4 years old to 85 years old. The property offered amenities and facilities for every age group. There were sufficient rooms and beds to accomodate all members, the meeting areas inside and outsid were very useable. Having the exclusive mountain behind property for hiking as amazing as well. Last but not least, Mr. Sam, the property owner/manager was incredibly supportive before the check-in date to answer questions, arrange for a site visit, and provided additional information. He even was kind enough to accept delivery packages for us before we arrived and had it sitting in the garage waiting for us when we arrived. He made the entire preparation process smooth and seamless. Overall, everyone LOVED the property and we would very much love to host another event there in the future!!!

Private secluded home

Great location, awesome views, privacy you have your own mountain. Lots to do around property, game room was a hit. Pool was awesome, hot tub with a view, good hiking, biking trails good communication with host. Sam was awesome fast responses. Would stay again in the future.

Family Reunion

The log cabin was great for the number of people in our group. The biggest complaint was the lack of functioning air condiitioning in the bedrooms. The pool was heated and was throughly enjoyed. The game room was great for the teenagers. The log cabinn is a bit data and could have been cleaner. The outdoor pavillion was used for all of our meals

Group get-away

Perfect for our 20 person retreat. Host was excellent and check in and out was seem-less and easy. Pictures did not do this property justice. Rooms were bigger than expected and it had a little bit of something for everyone. Very pleased with the facilities and the service. I have no hesitation for booking the property again next year.

The property was great the views where amazing. Everything was clean and the host was attentive when messaging. The only minor issue was the room upstairs in the pool house was too hot to sleep in so no one stayed in there. Also the room with a king bed that was not the master bedroom in the main house had no AC making it very uncomfortable.

A big place to play in a magical valley

This house is very large, with a lot of places to sleep- most are shared. There is a nice pool, the hot tub and sauna work great. The location is wonderful- quiet, away from the highway, and very dark at night. It's a great combination of close to LA and still very remote. The lack of neighbors is really nice as well. There are a couple working arcade games, ping pong, foosball, pool, and air hockey. The fire pit is great. The only drawbacks are a very small (but well stocked) kitchen, and the carpets and bathrooms are on the older side. There is a large grill which made up for the small kitchen. Aside from all that, this is a great property, and it was the perfect place for us to hold our event. Sam and the cleaning staff were friendly and did whatever it took to make sure we had what we needed.

Great place for large family of all ages

The property was huge! There was approx 29 of us. Everybody was entertained thru out the day. We had 6 boys aged 6 thru 10 and they played non stop with no electronics. We had booked about 3 months ahead and hoped for snow but we got a perfect sunny weekend. Lots of room to sleep. Great play area for the kids with a trampoline, and kids play house . Pool, hot tub, and game room was perfect as well. The place was really clean. Kitchen was a little small for alot of people but we made it work. We Enjoyed our stay🙌

Hurry and book before it goes full lux

We are giving a five-star review because, despite its flaws, it was perfect for us. We consider this a property with an identity crisis: Is it a luxury getaway, or a summer camp? Right now, it feels like it is trying to be both and not really doing either. With a $40k investment into the property, the owner could charge double or triple the current nightly rate and it would still be a bargain. Let's start with the bad, because there isn't much. The appliances other than the big ones - fridge, oven, laundry - are dated. Some of them feel like they came from a local antique shop. And the kitchen itself is small and gets crowded. I get the impression it isn't booked every weekend because, even though we could tell it had been cleaned before we arrived (vacuum marks still visible), everything was dusty. Not dirty, just had the appearance of not used. A balcony door didn't lock. Not a really a problem for how remote it is, but if you are keen on security, it can be a turn off. The electrical in the bathroom of the main house won't activate because the GFI circuit trips as soon as you reset it. Finally, a door punches a hole in the wall as soon as you open it because there isn't a stopper on it. That's a $2 fix, so I'm not sure why that isn't addressed. If you are expecting a luxury destination, the above list may disappoint. If you are looking for a fun time for a large, extended family, this place is perfect. The main house has a small kitchen and dining area, and spacious bar/seating area, and an enormous living room with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a TV (the TV did not work when we were there). There is also a bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has three huge bedrooms, two with balconies, and two bathrooms. The biggest bedroom could easily be configured with sleeping for twenty, but has a single, king size bed in it. A second building houses an indoor pool and sauna, with an attached bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed, and a loft with multiple beds. Perfect for a family with small kids. The final building has a bathroom and a large bedroom with four large bunk beds that can sleep three people each. Attached to that is a garage filled with all kinds of fun activities like billiards, air hockey, foosball and arcade games. The property is even better. Huge picnic area with a propane grill. Small playground. Basketball court. Lots of space. I highly recommend staying before they commit to lux. High value now.

Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.

This house was awesome!! We had a team retreat and it was perfect! The host, Sam, is super kind, flexible and easy-going. The pool and hot tub were functioning and clean. The games in the garage were all functioning. There were enough beds for everyone, and they were all so comfy. 10/10 stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house was just as described. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do next time is make sure the pool was heated. I thought that because it was summer time, there was no need for it, but I was wrong. The water was very cold. Other than that, everything was great.

Great for Our "Hiker Formal" Wedding

We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.

Subpar cleanliness and disappointing stay

We were excited by the listing for our weekend friends getaway but our experience at this house was very disappointing. The place was not clean: the showers were dirty full of scum and rust, and the jaccuzi had dirt and scum so we didn't feel comfortable going in it. The indoor pool was not heated- it turns out there was a fine print on the listing that we had to request it be heated well in advance for an additional fee, which would have been fine if it was better communicated to us. We discovered that a mouse found its way into the indoor pool- gross and was floating in the pool so that was a non use. The wifi also was not working when we arrived we could not connect our devices. I reached out to the manager and he was not helpful saying that it shows it was active on his end- which doesn't help if we can't connect. Finally the next day he sent an IT person to fix it but dealing with an IT person is not how I wanted to spend any portion of my trip. It took him an hour to do a temporary fix and he even commented that it was a poor connection. Would not recommend, especially for the price point.

I love Frazier Park and all the natural areas here and I chose this property to be my own vacation getaway because of the privacy as it's surrounded by mountains so you can blast your music or even target shoot without a neighbor complain. The lake is within 10 miles and so is the high mountains. the market is less than 3 miles, gas and the Freeway is less than 1 mile and the Outlet mall is about 18 min away. at the same time you are enjoying peace of mind and nature harmony.

Having your own private mountains and your own ATV trails along with a huge indoors pool and Jacuzzi and space to park over 30 cars and the room to sleep over 50 people, all that makes you feel like you have your own town add to it a fire pit and camping, outdoors grilling, Hiking the trails, sightseeing, all on your property.
