Rantahotelli, toinen kerros, keskeisellä paikalla, josta on hieno näkymä Cortezin merelle La Jollassa, San Josessa, turvallinen lomakeskus yksityisomistuksessa olevilla asunnoilla. Tämä huoneisto kunnostettiin kokonaan kesällä 2017. Kaikki uudet laitteet, työtasot, maali, viimeistellyt kalusteet, kaksi polttimella varustettu liesi, liesi, uudet huonekalut. Kaksi maisemoitua ja hyvin hoidettua uima-allasta, yksi lämmitetty, yksi suolavesi. Pääsy merelle ja lepotuoleihin. Uima-allas, josta huoneisto huomaa listauksessa olevassa kuvassa, ei kuulu La Jollan omistajille. Se kuuluu viereiseen hotelliin, Hilton Krystal -hotelliin. La Jolla -altaat ovat vasemmalla puolella eikä niitä näytetä kuvassa. Päivittäinen bussiyhteys La Jollan edessä Caboon ja San Joseen 10 minuutin välein. Condo on 20 minuutin päässä lentokentältä ja viiden minuutin taksimatka San Jose -kaupungin keskustaan ostosmahdollisuuksien, viehättävien baarien ja ravintoloiden kanssa. San Jose on hiljaisempi, hiljaisempi ja rauhallisempi kaupunki kuin Cabo. Upea paeta romantiikkaa, kalastusta tai mietiskelyä varten. Comfortable Stay in a Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is super convenient, and the space had everything I needed from comfy towels and thoughtful amenities to great air-conditioning and ceiling fans that kept it cool. You’re above the resorts next-door‘s pool area so you can hear music during the day., but it wraps up about 5 PM and didn’t bother me at all. At night, it was peaceful and quiet… I slept great. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. I definitely stay again.

Baja Adventure

La Jolla is a beautiful property. The condo was lovely and in an excellent location. This was our first time in this condo but not at the La Jolla property. The view of the Sea of Cortez from the condo's balcony is amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. We hope to go back to San Jose del Cabo next year and stay longer.

Relaxing getaway

Overall nice property and view condo

Owner did give accurate descriptions of the pool noise from the hotel next door and the ocean view over the pool makes up for it . We could see the whales at times from the terrace . The condo is cute , was very clean but could use some simple proper maintenance on a few things . The property is nice , well secured and easy access to the beach for great walks.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The space was comfortable and well-equipped, and the 5-gallon water dispenser (with refill) was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, with stunning patio views, easy access to the beach and pools, and nearby restaurants and groceries. The on-site doctor’s clinic was an added convenience. The La Jolla complex is beautifully maintained, and Barb was incredibly responsive and helpful. While the nearby resort's evening noise was a bit bothersome, we were aware beforehand, and the price reflects this. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return!

Great stay!

This property was very comfortable, and had all we needed. The community is quiet and secure, beach and heated pool are perfect. At no time was the pool outside the property a nuisance. The guests nor the music were loud and distracting, and the landscaping made for gorgeous sunrise pics. We enjoyed watching for the whales in the late afternoon!

Perfect long weekend getaway

For a couple looking for a long weekend away, this studio could not have been more perfect. Great view of the water from the deck and sitting in bed too; great community amenities and friendly residents; great service from Barbara as boots on the ground assistance. There is some noise from the hotel next door as noted in other reviews, but we found it to be fun ambiance and it did not extend unreasonably late at all. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to returning!

Sunrise view in San Jose

We spent one week at this property. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. There are 2 pools, one heated and one unheated. The condo itself overlooks the pool at the Krystal Grand Hotel. There is a bit of noise from the hotel but we weren’t bothered by it. The unit is very well stocked. I can’t think of anything we needed that was not provided. It was great to have a sitting area separate from the bed. The bed was comfortable. There is some wear and tear in the condo, (wobbly kitchen faucet, loose water taps in the bathroom) but nothing to prevent us from having a great vacation. The sunrises were spectacular! Great for walks on the beach, a few restaurants in walking distance, grocery store within walking distance and everything else is just a short drive away. I would recommend this place for couples or close friends looking for a relaxing place in San José Del Cabo.

This is a beautiful well maintained ,friendly , family oriented , secure property .Two amazing pools (1heated) with plenty of loungers to enjoy .Located on a walkable/swimmable beach .Unit was super clean and included all necessities plus more ! Communication with host was exceptional and I had a wonderful time here .Amazing sunrise /beach view from unit Occasional noise from resort next door was only negative .Thank you so much for the memories

Adorable studio condo

I recently stayed in this adorable studio condo in San Jose del Cabo, and it was a great experience! The space was perfect for one or two people, and I appreciated the clean, well-maintained interior that matched the listing photos. I traveled alone and felt very safe, thanks to the attentive on-site security team who kept a close eye on the building. The view from the balcony was exactly as advertised, overlooking the pool from the adjacent hotel. While the pool area could be a bit noisy at times, I found earplugs to be a great solution when I wanted a nap. The location is fantastic for dining and exploring. Right across the parking lot is Fabric, a wonderful sushi place, and just a couple of doors down is Agavia Bar, where the bartenders were incredibly friendly, and the drinks were outstanding. Sardinia Cantina is also within walking distance and serves delicious food, while Zippers and MaMa Mia, both a short walk away, are great for a meal near the beach. Getting around was super convenient. Ubers were quick, inexpensive, and reliable — just $3–$5 to downtown or La Comer for groceries. That said, I do have a few suggestions for the host to enhance the stay: Replace the bathroom light. Fix the fridge, as it gets a bit noisy at night. Update the shower head to a handheld model and add a small stool in the shower. Upgrade the sink faucet to a pull-out design for better usability. Replace the coffee pot, as it was old and not very clean.

Value for money!

from Cabo vets and ex property owners - No complaints. Clean, cute. Cant be emphasized too much that the pool with swim up bar in the picture is not part of the property. Internet was not the greatest. No cable TV. Who cares! Again, good value for the money.

Incredible Mexican vacation

Great studio on the beach in San Jose Del Cabo

This studio is a great value! Great communication with host, walk to the beach, and pictures are exactly as you’ll find things once you check in. A nice touch to find a 5-gallon water dispenser so we didn’t have to buy bottled water.

Very nice condo, comfortable bed, great ocean views and a very simple get away to enjoy the beach w out all the hype! Momma Mia sand bar simple beach walk where we had drinks, lunch and dinner during our stay. OXOX market really close for by for basics, Uber works and is reliable and easy to get anywhere you want cheap. Condo has everything, beach chairs, cooler, towels etc!! Everything you need. Property Mgmt company that manages this property was incredible, excellent communication and helpful from airport transportation to restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay w zero surprises!

San Jose Los cabos

Everything was great, easy check in. There was minor things in the Condo that got repair or fix right away, EXCELLENT view, also the Krystal Grand pool is part of the view, which provides with some free entertainment. Also the property’s pool was very calm and not busy at all which it was really nice.

Charming place on the beach

Charming studio condo in a complex right on the beach. The view in the listing includes the pool of the hotel next door. The condo has 2 pools and they are much better! Very relaxing stay. Loved hanging out on the beach in the morning and moved to the pool in the afternoon. Other renters were friendly and helpful with suggestions. We walked the beach to Mama Mia for Happy Hour and dinner. Zippers is also a short walk and has very good food. The property manager, Lisa was fantastic. Overall stay was great but too short. We’ll be back next year for a longer stay.

My father was a career army officer and purchased the first condo completed in La Jolla, to come down and fish for marlin. He loved the fishing and I loved the majestic beach so he and I used it the most. He passed away and I have been maintaining and using the condo to keep this jewel in the family.
