ANTIGUA Lake Front Villa !!! Saatavilla olevat päivämäärät Kesä & syksy! ! !

Tämä kaunis ranta huvila sijaitsee hiljaisen umpikujan varrella kadulla, jossa voit nauttia kaikista ulkoalueilla. Huvila sijaitsee 5-25 minuutin päässä päänähtävyyksistä, kuten Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, ja toiset. Kehitys on vain Pohjois Highway 27 & 192 ja vain 10 minuuttia portit Disney World.

Ostokset ja paikalliset ravintolat ovat 2 15 minuuttia. Walmart, Publix, Super Kmart, Super Target, JC Penneys, Kohl, Walgreens; Denny n, McDonald'sin, Burger King, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, A & W, Perkins, vain muutamia mainitakseni ovat lähellä.

On kaksi Master sviittiä ylelliset kylpyhuoneet ja kauniisti kalustettu. Lisäksi on olemassa kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, joissa yhteinen kylpyhuone, nukkuminen enintään kahdeksan ihmistä mukavasti. Vuonna täysin varusteltu keittiö nauttia "gourmet" aterian tai vain voileipiä näkymät allasalueella. On neljä TV: n, jotkut VHS ja DVD-soittimet, kaikki kaapeli yhteys.

Ulkona ammattimaisesti Pihaalue palmuja ja muita viheralueita äärellä etupäästä lisätä rauhallinen villieläinten ympäristössä. Upea aurinkokansi alue vesiputous rakennettu allasalue ja katettu terassi, jossa laatu taulukoita, aurinkotuoleja ja tuolit kaikki tarjoavat hyvät mahdollisuudet nauttia Floridan ilmasto. UUSI laajennettu pation alueella mahdollistaa täydet järven durng koko päivän ja illan.

On lasten leikkipaikat paikan päällä, tennis, jalkapallo ja koripallo tilat alle parin minuutin kävelymatka. Jos päätät pysyä nauttia vähän "Air Hockey" tai "Sähköinen" Koripallo tallissa alueella. We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. Great location for exploring Orlando and neighbouring areas. Really enjoyed the pool area and lake veiw, so peaceful and relaxing. The villa was very clean and comfortable inside and well equipped. Kitchen area, equipment and appliances were very clean. Made use of games room in garage and used some of the sports equipment - short walk to pickleball courts was also great. This was our fifth time to Orlando and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next vacation to Orlando. Also great communication with owner Alex.

Beautiful Home!!!

This is our 5th time renting a home in the Clermont area to visit family during the Summer as we like to have a pool for our children during our stay. Hands down, this was the BEST rental we have ever had! Everything was so nice and clean when we walked in, the pool was beautiful, and the property manager was so kind and attentive to all of the questions we had while we were there. The owners were also wonderful and communicative leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had a fantastic stay renting this property. My father, who lives in the area, even commented that it was the best rental we have ever had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic property

From the first email I got from the owner to the last, my experience was wonderful. The pool heat was fantastic, the house was clean, the communication was beyond and I would rent there again with zero hesitation! We rented the house for 5 weeks and it felt just like home. Family Stay

We have stayed many places and this is at the top of the list as far as exceeding expectations!All of the amenities like the coolers, camp chairs, chalk for the pool sticks, etc were perfect. We never had the “I wish they had this” feeling you get at other places we’ve stayed. The lanai and pool area were perfect with lots of room for everyone and a nice view!

The house was clean and ready for us and the owner and manager communicated very well. The pool is private and supplies a great view. We paid extra for pool heat and unlike some other houses we’ve rented with pool “heat” this water was warm. Well done.

Perfect Place to hang your hat.

We stayed 2 weeks at the property, all the amenities of home were provided. It’s located in a cul-de-sac / quiet neighbourhood where most live permanently. The location was close enough to all the parks but far enough away from the major hustle and bustle. Improvements in flooring were evident. Good bones, quiet neighborhood, some age related wear & tear.

The ownership & management communicated well leading to a smooth check in experience. Management was also prompt in responding to identified concerns. The home was as advertised, with a good layout & desireable features. The infant items (strollers, high chair, etc.) were very helpful. The home is experiencing some wear due to age. There was an excessive amount of local pests in the property (primarily ants, though some roaches & lizards, and 1 tiny baby snake). That was a major issue for my party. Otherwise the home was as advertised, in a good location, & met our basic needs. The pool area was a highlight.

This property is lovely and the owner was fantastic to work with!

My husband and I, and our daughter and son-in-law stayed at this property for a week. The check in process could not have been easier and the owner Alex was very responsive to all of our questions beforehand. The enclosed patio is huge and the pool is beautiful. It backs up to a nature preserve and lake, and was so relaxing! The beds in both master bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we are really picky about beds! There are plenty of towels for showers and the pool and the other bedrooms would be great for kids! We will definitely return if we're in this area again!

Lovely area!

The neighborhood was lovely. It was quiet and calm, exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving week. The house was a little dusty, and all of our allergies kicked up when we were in the house, but overall, it was great. There were WAY more linens than we needed, which made it super easy to grab fresh towels for the kids each time we got out of the water. The heated pool was warm enough for the kids to swim on 70 degree days, and the seating areas around the pool were perfect for adults to relax away from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. No complaints about the beds or bathrooms. We'd stay there again, for sure. :)

Orange Tree Review

Overall, pretty good. Home is very clean. The property managers were very nice and quick to respond. BUT, there are some things that need attention. First, if you're going to list items/show items for kids to play with on your site, then make sure they function. Make sure they're not broken. We had to McGuiver an end goal post on the air hockey out of foil because it was broken and fix the cracked one on the other end. You're managers tell me the owners have been aware of this. And the darts are pretty sad. The kitchen chairs are missing screws so a couple chairs very wobbly. And the couch in the living room is not comfortable. Maybe switch it out for the ones in the front room. Plywood under the cushions doesn't make it very comfortable, and that's the room where everyone sits -- the TV room. Overall, home is very clean, so very pleased there. Can't say enough about the property managers -- so very nice and on top of everything. I would definitely stay again.
