The area was exactly as described. The unit was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was the patio was not completed by January 31.

Extremely nice unit in a great location. Unit was clean and well furnished and ground floor entry. Pool within steps and well as the beach across the street. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was ideal for walking town and for beach access. Also, being on the ground floor and right next to the pool was priceless. Super cozy community. Lovely views. Would 100% recommend.

All the comforts!

This condo exceeded expectations. Everything we needed was within walking distance or wanted was a short drive. Literally, 6 steps to the pool. Definitely would like to rent again.

Great Location for the price!

The property was in a great location for our family. It had easy beach and pool access. The condo was overall very clean but the patio furniture needs to be replaced as it had rust on the arms and handrails that would pass to anything laid on it. The condo could use some updating . It had all the basic necessities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price and location!

Fun with kids!

Right by the pool, deeded beach access, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. Can’t ask for a better location! Weather was the PITS, but we were able to jump in the pool every-time the rain stopped! First floor unit with easy load in (every parent’s dream!)!! We will be back!!

Perfect location

I would love to stay here again next year! It was near all of my favorite places to hang out...especially the beach. The condo was well appointed with all of the things needed to cook your meals. The Management Company was VERY responsive and professional. Living on the first floor was extra cool! I sat out on the patio every morning and drank my coffee. Thanks for sharing your lovely space!

Great location, Splendid vacation!

We love the gulf place neighborhood and this condominium let us take full advantage of it all. It was nicely furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable and the unit was sufficiently large for our family of four. Situated on the ground floor, it was very convenient to be so close to the pool and hot tub (but not really within direct view of) and there really was plenty of privacy. Also the patio was furnished nicely (nice furniture, not flimsy plastic chairs) and the grill was steps away. The beach is right across the street and the tennis courts are less than a five minute walk. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Overall we had a nice stay. However a few things could have been nicer. The fitted sheets kept falling off our mattress. There were outside chairs but we would have really enjoyed an outside table to eat meals outside. Also it wasn't really set up to cook large meals and we like to cook on vacation. We did like the close access to the beach and the 10 steps to the heated pool and hot tub! We also liked the 10 steps to the grill!

30A vacation rental

The apartment has a great location, it is beside the pool, the beach access is private for the apartment near the area and is across the street from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, pizza place, ice cream, etc. The apartment is spacious and 8 people will fit comfortable in it. We had a great time there. My only complain is they need to do a better job with dusting in some areas of the apartment. New towels and shower curtains are needed. The towels were stained and instead of white they were kind of grayish, same with the master bathroom shower curtain which also was stained.

Great location but not so updated and clean

Was a great spot, and easy to check in and out. The place was okay, it wasn’t very clean and was extremely noisy. The walls are so thin that you can hear the water in the pipes whenever a bathroom is used both in your u it and the one upstairs. We could hear the tenants above us every step and when they used the bathroom. The dishes and cook ware need to be updated, the frying pan was so banged up it doesn’t even sit level anymore. The rugs in the place are dirty and obviously left over from somewhere else. The community and pool were well kept and the location was perfect. We had a great time in Santa Rosa beach and its such a beautiful place.

Good, but could be great

This property had excellent communication and location. There are some tweaks that could help this property be great. The rooms could use drapes to help add privacy and block light, the cooking utensils have been well used and need updating, a lot of knobs need to be screwed tighter, there are certainly not enough towel holders (the one in the primary bedroom is not fastened tightly to the wall), and the patio furniture has begun to really rust on the handles and snagged a couple of items of clothing. I would also suggest a keypad lock on the back door so that you can easily secure the condo and go out to the pool. All easy fixes!

First time in the area for family wedding

The unit was well-appointed with a washer/dryer and 3 TVs. The location was great. We were on the first floor with a covered porch, and we were right outside the pool, which was not unduly noisy. There were several beach accesses across the street. Our condo was 2 BR with kitchen/dining/living area. There were also 2 bunks in the hall that we didn’t need. The bedrooms were nice-sized, each with a small bathroom. It is a family friendly area. There were rolling carts to help get your gear into to the condo. There was also a loading zone close to the condo so that we could load/unload there, and then move the car to another parking spot. We had family in town for the wedding, and some of them were also staying in their own condos. The condo was in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Rental bikes and beach seating were readily available to rent. We would return to the condo and recommend it to friends. There was also a friendly local concierge available for questions and to take care of any needs. He also texted /called to make sure everything was ok

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay- Great location. The condo was close enough to all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds. Rent your chairs early on the beach if you don’t want to have to walk far, or bring your own. (The condo does not have beach chairs available for use) Parking and check-in was easy. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We loved being on the first floor.

Great experience! We had a great family vacay!

It was so easy to come in and just vacation with the kids. The lay out and access to pool and beach was great! Very comfortable. Best vacay at 30A to date! The only small feedback is the ease of working the TVs. The living room and bedrooms were different so we had to play around a little to get them working. Great manager! Overall wonderful!

Perfect location

Cute condo in a great location! The pool is literally just a few steps from the back patio, and two Gulf Place beach accesses are directly across the street. Check-in was all handled via text - the property manager sends the codes to you and it’s a pretty seamless process. Be careful crossing 30A! I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and never saw traffic like I did this trip - almost got hit twice by cars speeding through the crosswalk.
