Beautiful and convenient

This was a beautiful property - perfect for our group of 8 on a girls weekend. The property manager was excellent and responded immediately when we had an issue with one of the air conditioning units. The beach is just a few steps away and was perfect for relaxing and swimming.There is so much to do in the area!

Beautiful Stay Stone's Throw from the Caribbean

I loved the layout of the house and the furnishings. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The house was very spacious for seven people. A big plus was the onsite presence of David, the "helper". He attended to any issues we had and carried our chairs and umbrellas back and forth from/to the beach. I only have two criticisms which pale in comparison to the positives (I did give the experience five stars. First, it would be great if the owner would change the bathroom faucets; they are pretty but spray water all over the sink and counter. Second, it is time to replace the washing machine. It worked but is getting pretty rusted. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

The villa was nicer than photos. We had a great time. The location was fabulous, very close to everything. Excellent response from management team. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

I booked both units in Playa for family vacation

We stayed at Jalach-Naj and Lich-Naj in Fase 1, Playa Car. When we arrived one house had no hot water heat. Angela came over the next morning and both hot water heaters were out. She lit both heaters and problem fixed. We went to barbecue the next afternoon and the propane tank was empty, again Angela took care of the problem. A couple of days later we were totally shocked to find that the washing machine did not shut off and flooded part of the lower level. We spent hours moving furniture outside to protect it and mopping up the water. We finally got ahold of Angela and she brought over towels and picked up the wet ones. It ruined our afternoon and that part of the house was a mess. I messaged Erin who thanked us for our efforts but that was it. No one came by to clean up the next day or at all. This house really needs to be updated and have a dishwasher installed. The pool itself needs work with many broken tiles. The Lich-Naj house was fantastic with no issues. Both of these homes are in perfect locations and even with the issues we had a wonderful time. Hopefully this helps.

Lovely house close to beach and the city! We would go back!

Wonderful property with all of the amenities! The house was fabulous, and fit our family of 9 perfectly. Each bedroom has its own bath and all of the beds were extremely comfy. Erin was always available and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and had absolutely everything that we needed. The living area fit us all comfortably -- when we were there. We spent a lot of our time in and around the pool or up on the balcony. It was a wonderful way to spend our day. We did spend some time at the beach...a short minutes walk. The house came with chairs, so that was awesome. We also walked to the city every day. Super easy walk! We always felt safe in the neighborhood, with security always being present. Susan was amazing! She was able to deliver our groceries for us, and we wished we would have gotten more and requested that she cook a meal for us. She was also extremely helpful in recommending excursions. She was overall fantastic.

Great Property, Great Service

The service was excellent and very responsive. From recommending restaurants to ordering taxis for us to responding to our call about a leaky bathroom pipe, to immediately replacing a broken coffee pot. The cleaning lady was also meticulous and efficient. And the property was very spacious and accommodating. Thoroughly Enjoyable.

Beautiful & Safe

The location was in a safe gated community right outside of the town hall and mall. 30 steps to the beach front. Pool is a shared pool between the neighboring house, but thankfully we had pretty amazing neighbors. The staff is all wonderful and host is very very helpful.

A Treasure in Playa

Casa Iich-Naj is a gorgeous home. The photos are good but it is much more lovely and spacious. We were a group of six and had more than enough room. It's in a private, gated community with security guards that patrol. It's centrally located in Playa - steps from the beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. After a day of excursions, it was always a treat to come back home to Casa Iich-Naj. The beds and bedding are super comfy and the master has a beautiful view of the ocean with a private balcony. If you prefer to sleep, the rooms have black out shades. Each room has its own air conditioner to set to your desired temp. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need. The owners have provided everything you'll need for a wonderful day at the beach - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys. The house cleaner, Eloira was friendly and kept the house immaculate. We are looking forward to coming back to Playa again and staying at Casa Rich-Naj. Thank you Latin Latitude Vacations for making our trip so wonderful.

This property was absolutely lovely. Location was perfect, right across the street from the beach. Erin and Susan were both very responsive and helpful with all questions and suggestions. Beth, our private chef, was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property and would suggest using Beth to cook at least a few of your meals. Thanks to all of the Lich Naj team for such a nice stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation - Beautiful home!

Not surprisingly we had another fabulous visit to Playa del Carmen staying at Villa Iich Naj. We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had other family members rent the sister villa right next door which allowed for each family to have privacy but also for everyone to roam between the houses. The location can't get much better, half a block off the beach. We've found this is ideal so that if some of the family wanted to be at the beach they could be there and the others at the pool. Also, makes it very easy with kids, naptimes, lunch, bathroom, etc... The house is also stocked with beach toys for kids and they can provide high chairs and cribs. The house is beautifully appointed and they stock it with the basics. The house is also a quick walk down to 5th avenue where all the restaurants, shops and bars are. I'm also very impressed with the responsive prior to arriving at the house as well as with any maintenance issues we had. They responded very quickly. We did have a bit of a WiFi issue while we were there and they were very responsive in trying to fix the issue. Everyone we have dealt with over the past 2 years staying at this home has been really wonderful to work with. We've loved coming here and making memories as a family in this beautiful home.

Amazing Villa in Playacar!!

We were a group of 6 girls staying for a bachelorette wknd. It was our first time staying at this Villa and it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. Angela, the property manager, greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us a quick guide on the town. We were in awe of the space. Not to mention there was a bathroom in every single bedroom. (This was KEY for 6 girls) The beach was less than a block away but if you didn't want to walk over, you had the option of a private pool right there. You will find tons of souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars on 5th Ave, about a 10 min walk. Cabs were easily accessible. There is also a shopping center at the entrance of Playacar. Security is at the entrance of the community, they walk around at night as well so it is very safe. This is also the perfect location if you want to visit Tulum. We had no trouble getting around without a rental car. Really don't need one. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a great vacation! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Playa.

Wonderful property!!!!

We had a party of 10 and arrived a little early. We had arranged for gorcery pick up, an afternoon snack and dinner that night. The homemade guacamole and salsa were to die for! Uno Catering chefs were wonderful and the food was AMAZING! The pictures of the property do not do it justice. Just beautiful! We loved the modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms...particularly the master suite with a huge soaking tub, a gorgeous view of the ocean and direct access to the rooftop lanai! And of course, the private pool! Loved this place! Felt like home :) another nice touch is the maid service that came in 4 times during our stay. It was so relaxing to not have to worry about cleaning up every day. Also, the pictures make it look as though you are farther from the beach. The beach is much closer than the pics. Literally 40 steps. I counted:) I recommend getting the number for the front gate. Made it very easy to call for a taxi.

Playa del Carmen excellent house

For the last three summers I have vacationed in this house with all of my family. They are really well located, near the 5th avenue where the shops are and the beach is nearly 20 meters away. I really recommend this house.
