Täysin remontoitu ja sisustettu uudelleen syksyllä 2017. Tämä ylellinen kaksikerroksinen Playa del Carmen -koti sijaitsee kätevästi Playacar Phase 1: n yksityisessä porteissa. Vain 55 askeleen päässä rannasta ja vain viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista ja kuuluisalta Viidenneltä kadulta tai lautalla Cozumeliin. The picture was a little deceiving but great stay!

The profile picture looked like the property was more isolated when it was actually on a main street with a lot of foot traffic going by to the beach. The staff was great and the house is really nice and clean. Always felt very safe in this gated community with constant security patrolling the neighborhood. A short walk to 5th avenue with all ths bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Just shy of heaven

The home was everything advertised. House was clean, beautifully decorated, literally steps away from the beach. The staff were all great and a joy to communicate with. When I’m back in playa de Carmen. I would love to spend a few more days.

Great Stay!

Seven of us, ages 6-70, stayed here for seven great days beginning March 29. Close to everything; beach, 5th Ave, taxis and town. REALLY just 50 steps to the beach. Staff did a great job. Used the recommended caterer for arrival dinner and breakfast the first morning - they did a superb job. The owner Curt was very easy to work with and very responsive to emails and questions. No complaints, everything as described and presented. We were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience

We stayed here for my birthday! Ivonne was like my home girl. She was in communication with me weeks before my stay started. She made sure we had everything to make our stay unforgettable. Mirna made sure the house was spotless at all times! Fili made sure we were all taken care of. I will definitely stay here again. Book this house. You will not be disappointed !🙂

Nice Villa, well worth it

The house is great, spacious and well equipped. Love the location, the town is only a 10 minute walk and the private beach is a few steps from the house. Nice size pool for kids and adults. The house is located in a gated community, so there aren’t random people walking thru or random traffic, which is nice. Great staff, they cleaned every day. We splurged and had a meal prepared for dinner the night we arrived, and then breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent and very convenient. Concierge was very helpful with planing our day trips or just even where to go eat in town. And in general, the communication was very effective throughout. House is hurricane proof for sure, we felt completely safe and comfortable during Hurricane Beryl! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Excellent Experience from Beginning to End!

The property owner was very responsive and helpful; providing us with all the information we needed to prepare for our stay. He also connected us with Ivonne, the house manager/concierge, who was amazing! When we got lost finding our way to the house in our rental car, she met us at our location and showed us the right way. She offered to help make arrangements for excursions and gave advice on places to visit. The house was immaculately cleaned daily by Mirna, and Fili kept the pool and outside spotless. The location is amazing - only a few short steps to the beach and an easy walk into town. It's in a beautiful, gated community with security guards that patrol regularly - a very safe & secure place to lay back and relax!

Our Return Visit...

This was a repeat trip for us and another family to Casa Blanca, total of 7 (3 kids). Yes that's right two years in a row, and as expected it did not dissapoint. Everything we remembered and loved about Playa, Casa Blanca, Julian and Judy were spot on. Curt's casual demeanor and accomodating style is mirrored by Julian's can-do attitude once you arrive. What else can I say, we love Casa Blanca, we love the location and Curt's staff. Don't take this from me whom you don't know... book your trip and discover this for yourself. Then provide your review and comment back to this website and tell me that I was right! :) Safe travels and enjoy!

10 Days at Casa Blanca - Playa del Carmen

6 close friends, my wife & I recently spent 10 days at Casa Blanca & had a great time. We found Casa Blanca clean, spacious & conveniently located, as advertised. Just a few steps to the beautiful, white sand beach of the blue water Carribean & a leisurely 10 minute walk into downtown Playa del Carmen where we ate, drank & checked out the local merchants nightly. Our house manager, housekeeper & pool & landscape staff were friendly & professional. Our house manager insisted we call him anytime, any day with whatever we needed. It's a nice house in a nice neighborhood (the top floor Master Suite is huge with a door to the rooftop deck). We've rented in Playacar numerous times; Casa Blanca's was worth the stay.

Tremendous, as usual

Casa Blanca has become a home away from home for us, having stayed there for each of the past six years. Everything about the experience makes it a vacation wonderland. Curt, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with, fair and generous, and extremely responsive. The staff -- Judith and Julian -- are incredibly hard working, and do everything to ensure you relax and don't have to worry about anything. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The location -- steps to the beach, great views of the ocean, and extremely proximate to the joys of 5th Avenue -- could not be better. The house is quiet but close to the action; it is cooled by sea breezes but set back for privacy; it is large but has a cozy feel. We have stayed there with as many as 10 people, and everyone has plenty of space and privacy. In short, Casa Blanca is a tremendous experience. We will go back again and again.

Great space/ excellent location

Never a day without sunshine! We were a party of 6, my husband and our 2 kids with their 2 friends. Perfect amount of space and could have more friends and still been as comfortable. The house had everything you would need, from an amazing speaker system to any kitchen gadget needed. Ivonne was amazing arranging rides to and from airport and excursions. First vacation where I did not have to be the person who thinks and arranges everything! And quick to respond! Fili super nice and Mirna keeps the house super clean! Not on the beach but super close that it wasn't an issue carting beach items back and forth. A gated community which keeps you super safe as my husband is from Mexico and was worried about our kids safety. Highly recommend this home as it became that to us , not a house in 1 weeks time:)

Location! Location! Location!

Casa Blanca was wonderful! As they say in the real estate industry, Location, Location, Location. The property is perfectly situated near the beach, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Having a pool is great when you have kids – in the mornings, the kids immediately went swimming, then after breakfast – we hit the beach. Also, all the beach equipment you need is provided at the house, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and most important – sand castle equipment. Also, the support at the house was fabulous! Julian, the caretaker will take care of all your needs – I would send him and email for more ice then magically more ice would appear in the freezer. The pool needed attention, send an email to Julian that evening, magically the pool is clean that next morning. Also, the housekeeper does an amazing job. Curt the owner is a pleasure to deal with – very responsive. We are looking forward to our next visit to Casa Blanca.

We throughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Casa Blanca. The home was as displayed in the listing. It was very comfortable, well appointed, 50 steps to a beautiful beach and has a beautiful pool. The gated community had excellent security coverage. We felt very safe. Ivonne, the manager made sure we had everything we needed and was in constant communication with us setting up transportation and reservations. Myrna, the housekeeper, was incredible. Our house was spotless every day even with our 2 and 4 year old running about. Fili, the pool keeper, kept the pool and the outside in perfect shape. He even went shopping for beer and limes when needed. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the meals prepared by Maria’s. We enjoyed it so much we had them prepare meals for 3 days. It was all so delicious. This has been our best family vacation. Everyone felt very pampered, from the home, Myrna cleaning up after us, Fili was available for whatever we wanted or needed, the meals prepared on site by Maria’s and Ivonne ensuring that we were always taken care of. Loved it all! Will definitely be back.

Spectacular!!!

I am amazed at how well this home is ran! First of all the house manager Ivonne is a superstar! Once we arrived, she was waiting for us in the driveway with a big welcome smile! She's bilingual which is a plus if your not fluent in Spanish. Once inside she had everything I had requested on point. We were celebrating our son's 30th Bday & she had the perfect balloons along w/a delicious cake request. We had a chef make us the most mouth watering-authentic Mexican food! She does not disappoint, totally worth it! You will regret not using her services! Secondly, the rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom, very clean & functional. Beds are comfortable, fresh sheets/towel'. Every morning you wake up feeling grateful because a lot of effort goes into keeping their guests happy. There's plenty of closet space, lighting is perfect for makeup. I can not complain about the rooms, all of them are private, well-kept & beautiful. The pool is just right! The sun heats it perfectly. Filli (the pool guy) keeps it pristine! He's such a nice guy, there was a day where we all had a little too much tequila & he was nice enough to bring us food & hydration! If that doesn't say top service then I don't know what does. We loved chatting with him & sharing laughs! The maid service was exceptional. Mirna, such a sweet lady always made sure we had clean EVERYTHING! We never wore our shoes inside and yet she kept the floors sparkling. She does not miss a beat. The home was always looking gorgeous. We spent a lot of time @ the beach which is literally 50 steps away & it's absolutely beautiful! No storms, no seaweed, just see-through water & sun tan lines. No overwhelming peddlers on this side of the beach. Like mentioned above, Ivonne the house manager was in constant contact w/me making sure everything was running smoothly, helped us when needed, answering questions & she's just a marvelous attentive professional. Thank you to all who have made our stay relaxing & worry free. This home & service will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back with more friends & family! We will never forget these memories! The house was everything advertised, great location, and super clean! Quality furnishings, and comfortable linens and beds One of the things that made our stay, the easiest was all the recommendations we received from Ivonne. Having a concierge with her level of experience made planning for our ladies trip so much easier.We had Maria cook for us two nights and we can’t say enough good things about her skill level, presentation and what a lovely person!So close to the ocean that we could walk down in our pajamas and take pictures of the sunrise. If you’re looking to stay in Playa Del Carmen, please consider this location.

Beautiful home! The house is cozy and it is nice and cool in all rooms, even common areas which is not typical for homes by the beach. Ivonne was a great host and very responsive. She even met us at the house to show us around. The home was very clean and even had cleaning service daily. We were able to pre-order groceries which was nice to not have to do when we arrived. The only downfall, but not the biggest deal for us was the sargasso. But it’s everywhere in playa so not much anyone can do about that. We enjoyed the pool instead. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We would definitely recommend!

Great House

Wonderful home with plenty of room for 5 adults : enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to 5th Avenue . The beach area was small and too much sargassum to enjoy the beach / ocean . Maid was great and the hired chef Maria’s was superior!

Lovely Home

The house is really lovely and is exactly as described. Everything is in working order and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans and gadgets that you could possibly need to cook some gourmet meals! We loved have the Ninja blender to make our morning smoothies. The house Manager, Ivonne was lovely, friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The daily maid service was a welcome addition. Definitely the top home rental experience that we have ever had. There are a couple of things that I want to share to help others plan a wonderful vacation so they are not disappointed like I was: 1) The beach no longer looks like in the photos. It is a very small beach full of sargassum, unfortunately. This is the case in the whole area but the top resorts clear their beaches regularly. Ivonne said that Playacar cleans it in the morning but we have never seen it cleared. This was my primary disappointment as the location near the beach was a big draw and the only reason that I paid so much for a rental. See updated photo. 2) The pool is very lovely and is kept in top condition. Unfortunately, on the two days that we stayed at the house to relax by the pool, it was so noisy that I couldn't even hear my audiobook. There is a ton of foot traffic, mopeds, cars, delivery trucks and a lot of other noise. 3) While the house is tucked in a nice neighborhood, the town is crowded and unattractive. Don't go here if you want a relaxing resort type of vacay.

Amazing House

Just as Posted on Vrbo, the house was few steps away from the beach, great location, short walk to 5th Ave and all restaurants. The staff was great and very accommodating. The best was dealing with Ivone the property manager, she was amazing and made sure to make our stay a true pleasure.

Casa on beach

Had a wonderful stay at casa Blanca. House was clean, plenty of space with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Location to beach is phenomenal- it’s not directly on beach but a 30 yard walk to the beach. It was great being able to go from the house to beach throughout the day and not have it be a project to do so. Pool in the yard is also a big bonus. It’s almost better to be just off the beach as there is.more privacy and quiet (beach is public). 10 minute walk to Playacar outdoor mall and 15 -20 minute walk to the nicer part of fifth avenue playa delCarmen. Ivonne was fabulous at organizing and helping get excursions set up, transportation etc. she went above and beyond helping us with a car rental issue. Ninga is super nice and super quiet - many times she was cleaning the house and I had no idea she was there. The house was immaculate and well kept. We had breakfast made in house by las marias everyday which was well worth it - ver fair price and phenomenal food. Have stayed at many vacation vrbos and this was one of the best

Beautiful home away from home

We took our family to Casa Blanca over Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. The home was perfect for our family. Ivonne helped us with transport, reservations and helping our family secure a piñata for a Mexican Christmas. Our home was cleaned daily and looked perfect when we returned from playing at the beach. We would definitely book Casa Blanca again!!!
