Amazing Cabin

I highly recommend this cabin. Everything was, as advertised. We are definitely coming back! Very clean cabin and easy access to the river. Thank you to the staff, they were on point with answering any questions we had. Its a 10 star cabin.

Perfect gathering place

We gathered here as a group of friends to celebrate the Halloween weekend and spend time together. It was a great spot for us. Check in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked. It was a wonderful location right on the river.

Wonderful Family Getaway

From top to bottom this house was perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 children with us for this trip and the layout suited our needs to perfection. We enjoyed the cabin so much that we didn't venture into town the whole weekend except to get groceries. The views from the house were wonderful accented by the surrounding trees and river. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after dinner. The indoor shuffle board, puzzled and board games were perfect to entertain the kids. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Wonderful Property!

Our annual family gathering was wonderful and we couldn't have been happier with the property. The house and grounds were clean when we arrived. The house is very comfortable, with appropriate linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. Minor opportunities for improvement: The kitchen lighting could be improved, and we were unable to adjust the heat as the screen required a code. It wasn't a big deal as the house was set to 70 degrees which was fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thanksgiving 2015

This is a nice, large home beautifully situated on the bank of the Yakima River. We chose this location as a Thanksgiving getaway for seven adults and four children (extended family) to do something different. Lots of room for everybody to sleep and bathroom. This home has been added on to and remodeled, and looks very nice. Our only dissatisfaction was that we were cold in the home; apparently the heating system was not enlarged to take care of the added space. People slept in sweats and hoodies but were still freezing. Seems the property manager controls the thermostat via Wifi so we had no control. There were no extra blankets available. If you come in the late fall or winter, bring lots of warm clothing/pajamas; if you enjoy coffee, bring it ground as there is no grinder available.

A (Mostly) Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great house. Very well laid out, open layout, great beds and lots of rooms. The issues I saw written around heat were addressed (though because of the layout of the house, the downstairs is colder than the upstairs, especially if you have the fireplace going). We saw deer every day very close to the house, so that was also amazing.The mgmt was very friendly, responsive and professional as well. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.The only downside (and one easily avoidable for future guests) is to not park underneath the garage during the winter (or park at least three feet back). Apparently, as the weather froze and and warmed, a thick layer of ice formed on the top of the garage roof and then slid off at some point and deeply damaged the hood of two of our cars parked there. There was no warning regarding this and we had to pay for the damage out of pocket, which made this staycation a suddenly expensive vacation. But again, overall, this is a fantastic house - just a little renter beware.

The Kitchen had all necessary tools for cooking, which was awesome. Lots of pots/pans, even some spices, coffee etc. Very nice when you don't eat out a lot. Check in was easy, host was communicative and responsive. 1 feedback is please put conditioner in the showers. Thx!

Memorial day weekend 2025

We had a wonderful cabin trip for memorial day weekend. The amount of yard space for the dogs was great and the wrap around deck provided ample space for conversation and relaxing. I was a bit worried about I-90 road noise when booking this cabin but the river trees did wonders to negate the effect.The interior of the cabin was large and the bathrooms and bedrooms were all nice. It was a bit dimly lit, and lacking a number of essential items such as extra bath towels, paper towels, and emergency supplies (like candles, lighters/matches for when the power goes out, we had a tree fall on a power line while we were out there.) The wifi also repeatedly went out, seemingly due to the modem/router box overheating? Unplugging and plugging it back in would solve this, but not something you expect for the price of the cabin. The detached game room was loads of fun and a perfect hangout spot for summer activities and the hot tub provided a nice relaxation point to enjoy the backyard. All in all I would say it’s a great place for dog owners and river enjoyers alike (especially if you are into fly fishing, as there are a number of opportunities for that nearby). 4/5 due to lack of household essentials (and inconsistent wifi) especially considering the price

Perfect getaway

Our group came together to celebrate a birthday and it was a great space to host in. There was enough space for everyone. You could see the neighbor's property through the trees but it still felt private. The property was clean and the neighborhood quiet. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely come back. Thanks for the early check-in!

A beautiful and relaxing property next to a beautiful river but requires attention and maintenances.

This was the second time we rented a property from Vacation Rental 365. Our initial experience was truly amazing, and I have since recommended this company to all of my friends. However, this time, I want to highlight my unfortunate experience over three nights in this house. 1. The hot tub wasn’t clean and warm when we have arrived at first night. Next morning we tried to turn it on but we discovered that the water was noticeably unfiltered and dirty in the daylight. So, I contacted the company's customer service, and they promptly sent their maintenance personnel, whom I truly appreciate. Despite the snowy conditions he showed up by 2 hours and replaced the entirely clogged hot tub filter with a new one and cleaned all the dirts from the water. Anyway, unfortunately, the water didn't warm up until 10:00 pm. 2. The second night we figured out that dryer also not working due to a filter error which didn’t get fixed even we cleaned the filter (Which is a maintenance job). So we ended up to dry our clothes and towels on a drying rack. 3. Dishwasher lower basket is not the original one so it’s not fit properly and wash arm get stuck and machine getting off frequently. So we had to just using upper basket and handwashing most dishes. Overall, I believe this cabin is a very attractive and enjoyable place which need having some improvements in maintenance and controlling process. Despite this, I appreciate Vacation Rental 365 for their helpful service.

Lovely time

House was not as clean as last time with lots of inappropriate for children findings in downstairs bedrooms Downstairs also had strong pet urine smell Microwave wasn’t heating and master bathtub also was not able to fill with hot water and the master bath is very very cold as the room is unheated The oven door glass is shattered. Dishes weren’t clean but were put away. We kept wondering if a huge New Year’s Eve party had happened before our stay. Not the fault of home but our power went out a few times so we were really appreciative for the feeestanding propane fireplace where we could boil water (and pop our popcorn that we didn’t have a microwave for) Management company was responsive. We stayed in this house 2 years ago and can see it hasn’t been as well maintained. Still a lovely older house in a good area with room for a lot of people Cleaning needs more attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is truly a home away from home. We love coming here every is just off the freeway but it feels like you are deep in the woods. There is enough space for all 10 of us and room for more. Our older kids love the big game room. The property management is always easy to get ahold of, easy to work with, and quick to help resolve any issues that we have had. We will be back in 2024.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cool place but had issues:* Dining room chandelier lights were too dim to see anything properly, we wound up moving the table into the family room area which meant we essentially lost a room* Kitchen cabinet drawer wouldn't close so it stuck out into the cooking area getting in the way* Range light was out which made it hard to see while cooking (range fan was also out)* Found a dirty diaper in the bushes presumably left by previous guests* Piano keys had some kind of dried red substance on them (maybe blood?)* Game room fridge had mold in it* Game room Pop-A-Shot electronics were malfunctioningThe cabin is also very close to I90 so be prepared to hear cars and trucks outside 24/7 instead of quiet and nature sounds. (The inside of the cabin is acceptably well sound-insulated though.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was very spacious for my family and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they gave a new towels for the hot tub. It was like a home away from home. We were so comfortable we didn't even get a chance to explore outside much. They kids loved the game room and the master bathroom was my piece of heaven with the jacuzzi bath every morning. It was clean and management was always available and helpful when needed. Definitely recommend and will return for a longer stay next time.

Perfect vacation getaway

The home is exactly as shown, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the non-stick pans are peeling though, so bring your own. Comfy outdoor furniture, full view of the backyard. The river is only accessible via a small path to one part of it, not really 200ft accessibility, overgrown vegetation blocks most of it, we still enjoyed wading in it. Overall, would return.

Beautiful getaway!

Easy check in process and great communication from the host. Lovely property and well maintained. Lots of things to keep me and my family occupied during our stay; even the kids kept busy! Definitely recommend this property.

The garage game room was great for the kids and you can’t beat being right on the river. Great communication with property management company as well. Wonderful stay overall, highly recommend!
