Casa De Emdeko tarjoaa omistajat ja vieraat täydellinen sekoitus Havaijin tunnelma trooppinen puutarha ja lauluja monia värikkäitä lintuja nauttia veden ominaisuuksia puutarhassa. Nauti puutarha uima-allas sijaitsee keskellä trooppisessa ympäristössä. Casa on myös yksi harvoista merenranta altaat, jossa voi uida ja nauttia lämpimän Havaijin auringon katsellen valaita tai delfiinejä pelata, riippuen vuodenajasta vierailun. Huojuvat palmut meidän yksityinen, hiekkaranta aurinkoa alue meren äärellä tarjoaa loistavaa auringonlaskuja erityinen tunne seesteisyys. Cabana-, grilli- ja lanai-pöydät sopivat erinomaisesti illallisjuhliin ystävien kanssa ja uusien ystävien hankkimiseen ympäri maailmaa.

Nice enough

Pool refurbishing

If we had known that the small pool directly below us would be under construction from 8:00am to 3:30pm every weekday we would not have rented this unit. We ended up planning to vacate the unit every day out of necessity. It would have been nice to have a leisurely morning on the lanai but the noise made that impossible. The unit itself was okay. The bathroom was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The laminate floors need to be replaced and the bed was saggy.

Spacious comfortable condo..lovely outdoor balcony

Our big balcony overlooked the courtyard with palm trees and pool. Salt water pool closed, sadly. K jtso. Instantly responded when we didn’t know how to lock the front door on our way out to dinner. Easy with knowledge! Condo was just over a mile from most sidewalk, so not ok to walk into town at night. Enjoyed dining close to ocean and gorgeous sunsets! Our favorite outing was a long tour of a coffee plantation.

Clean and beautiful site!

Great location

Very nice condo, updated, clean and great grounds. We only had a few concerns the bed was very soft with a large foam topper and we had to wash the bath towels due to being musty before we could used them. We would rent again when we come back for sure.

Great location in Kona!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 330 was exactly as described and even better! The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom has been nicely updated and the separate sinks made getting ready for the day fast and easy. The property is beautiful maintained and very well kept. The salt water pool overlooking the ocean was a real treat along with the private little beach overlooking the water. Check-in and check-out was extremely fast and easy. The host was very accommodating and attentive and reached out several times to make sure our stay was going well and to see what if we needed anything! If you are visiting the big island, I would recommend night snorkeling with the Manta rays- it is an unforgettable experience!! I will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit the big island and will be recommending to my friends and family. The location to all the shops and restaurants in Kona is perfect, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful apartment near downtown Kona!!!!!!

Aloha! This space was perfect for our trip this time. Within 45 minutes of our favorite white sand beaches, and very close to Kona, grocery stores and airport! I would love to see a few more basic amenities like a less confusing tv set up, some cookware and toiletries (was well stocked for the first week, then needed a few more things.). It was also very quiet (aside from the grounds crew on a few days). Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the management team for being so responsive about our requests! Mahalo!

All the amenities were very welcome, and we enjoyed having the beach, cabana, and pool areas available every day. The grounds were so beautiful and well kept as always.We have already booked our unit for another return in 2024 and look forward to to seeing our friends who visit or stay year round again!

The condo provided a lot of indoor space, and included a washer/dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and California King bed. The unit was very clean and the outdoor deck space was large and offered a fantastic ocean view. We did not encounter any problems and the rental through Knutson and Associates was seamless. It was also nice to have a code for the door instead of carrying keys with us. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii island. 5*

Nice Property

This condo is located in a week-maintained complex with lovely views. The common area around the pool has gas grills and lots of seating which becomes a nice gathering area for residents to watch the sunset. The condo itself has a well stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The only reason I give this unit 4 stars rather than 5 is the bed. It’s very bad. It’s so soft that the occupants roll to the middle. I saw a few other reviews complaining about the bed and they were spot on. As soon as the owners replace the mattress this unit will be great.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa de Emdeko is a nice property with a very friendly vibe to it and Knutson was great to work with. They responded promptly to any questions we had. As for the unit: pros were that it was spacious and clean, has some updates, was pretty well stocked, was very quiet, has A/C, and there is a great community grill and common area. The only cons were that my husband and I found the mattress to be too soft (and I tend to like softer mattresses) and that the sun hits the lanai in the morning through early afternoon so it was rather hot to sit out on until later in the day. Of course, that's not an issue if you're off exploring the island during the day. We didn't use the pools, but the salt water pool location was almost as good as swimming in the ocean.

We loved the salt water pool right beside the ocean, and the atrium and water fountain in the middle with all the birds singing their beautiful songs. The property description was accurate, arrival and departure instructions were straight forward, Knutson & Assoc were great to work with, and we would definitely recommend this property to others. We did however, find the cleaning to be a bit sub par. Housekeeping should pay more attention to the details/high traffic areas (e.g. door knobs and light switches and surrounding areas). We found the kitchen to be very functional, the living area had lots of space, and the bathroom, especially the spacious shower, was great! Having the Kona Trolley/shuttle bus stops right in front of the complex was very handy as well. We spent a lot of our time out on the lanai, enjoying the birds' songs, and watching for whales - and yes we saw some! We very much enjoyed our week at #330 Casa de Emdeko!
