Kaunis koti 5 yksinäisellä hehtaarilla lähellä Beaver-stadionia!

Kotimme on metsässä yksityisellä autolla ja valtavalla pihalla! Tuntuu kuin olet mailin päässä, mutta sinä kuulet sinisen yhtyeen tuulisena päivänä. 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 queen-vuoteella ja toisessa 2 kaksoset. Meillä on myös 2 erillistä patjaa. Talossa on 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta. On valtava pyöreä ajotieltä niin paljon pysäköintitilaa. Siellä on turvatarkastus kuistilla ja iso terassi. Meillä on useita kansia nauttiaksesi ulkona. Tarjoamme hiiligrilli ja puuhiili. Meillä on takapihalla palokaivo, jossa on tuoleja ja pieniä pöytiä, ja toimitamme polttopuut. Ilmainen mehu ja muffinsseja ensimmäisenä aamuna. Meillä on kaapeli-TV, DVD-soitin ja WiFi. Nittany-ostoskeskus, ruokakauppa, Walmart / Sams-klubi, viini- ja väkevien alkoholijuomien kauppa, oluen jakelija ja Mt. Nittanyn lääketieteellinen keskus ja tietysti Beaver-stadion ovat kotimme 3 mailin säteellä.

Beautiful and spacious house and property

We had a fantastic experience staying in this very large home on a well-landscaped property. Honestly the photos do not do it justice - we were very pleasantly surprised with how spacious and comfortable this home was. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious retreat home

This is a very spacious home with much privacy and a beautiful very large property. Our family was very comfortable staying here for graduation weekend and the house came with everything we needed. The host communicated quickly and it was a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem in State College! Inviting, comfortable, beautiful yard for gathering and games!

Great place for an alumni reunion

The place was great! Plenty of room for 10 of us. Loved the outside fire pit. In nature but was only a short drive to town and Beaver Stadium. Hosts provided everything we needed including coffee and delicious muffins for the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and easily accommodating 9 family members.

Close to Beaver Stadium and downtown yet secluded. Plenty of room for outdoor activities for kids and adults.

PSU game weekend

The house was more spacious than expected. Very clean and welcoming. If it wasn't for the rain we would have enjoyed to outdoor areas as well.

Penn State trip visiting our kids

We love this house. The host is amazing. Location is great to campus. (Only about 10 minutes). And the house is immaculate. The firepit with wood is fantastic. Nice to get kids out of dorm and apt to sit outside by the fire and visit.

In town for a football weekend with friends and couldn’t ask for a better place. Communication was easy. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Owners had fresh baked muffins and OJ in the fridge for us. Thank you Robin and Russ for helping make it a memorable weekend.

Great place

Very close to State College. very private and very spacious. Exactly as described in listing. Loved the fire pit - plenty of wood, kindling and newspaper. Everything was easy to find and the instructions were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home in a lovely wooded setting easily accessible to State College venues.

The four-bedroom house with living room and family room on the other side of the house worked so well for our family (three couples with three children). The hosts were hospitable, the property is very clean and well-maintained, and the furniture was comfortable. The screened-in porch in the back provided another area in which to relax, and the kids--old and young--really loved the yard.

Graduation weekend with family and friends!

This property is fabulous! The pictures and description on Vrbo under sell this place. It was better than I ever could have imagined. What a treat! Very spacious inside and out. So close to town, easy Uber ride if you want to leave your car behind. Robin and Russ were great communicators. All instructions were clear, easy check in and check out.

PSU Weekend

We stayed for a White Out weekend and this property was perfect for our 2 families. The house was great, very open spaced and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the muffins left for us. Robin & Russ left everything in order for our stay: linens, towels, even wood at the firepit for us which we disappointedly didn't have time to use. Location was perfect with easy driving access to campus and close stores.

Awesome House For Group

Hosted a group of 10 friends that allowed us to catch up on 25/30 years. House is sizeable and bedding plentiful. Great property close to everything and yet far enough away to feel remote. Hosts are fantastic and communicate well/quickly. Would definitely consider staying again. As advertised. Thank you.

Wonderful Property with Great Views and Super Clean!

This home was so great, and very comfortable for 9 people, as well as the large outside enabled us to host a picnic for our daughters teammates and families while we where at Penn State for a tournament. The screened in porch was a great place to play cards and just hang out in the evenings. It really felt like home, and Robin and Russ were wonderful hosts. They made it feel like home, they provided everything you needed and upon arrival the fresh muffins and OJ were so thoughtful. Extremely clean and so well organized! would definetley stay there again!

Spacious, Clean and Beautiful

This home is a delightful getaway. When we arrived, there were fresh made muffins and juice waiting for us. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well appointed. There are extra towels, pillows, toiletries, etc. available. Aside from the coziness, we were very impressed with how clean this home was. Everything shined and was in good working order. It is a home that shows that it has been loved. We hope to be able to stay here again. Thanks!

Outstanding, clean, and inviting home!! We plane to stay every year!!

This home (it’s not a “property”) is a dream. It’s located on a secluded hill and it the perfect place to relax and wind down. We’ve stayed there twice now and just booked our third trip!! Better even than the description in Vrbo. The owners clearly care tremendously about the comfort of their guests. The instructions they provided in their blue binder are on point. Everything worked, no issues. Great fire pit and yard. Wow!!

Parents Weekend

Just stayed at this house for PSU parent's weekend. It was a great space, extremely clean and plenty of room for cooking and relaxing. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the screened in porch is a plus. The house never felt crowded, even though we had 2 families staying, which included 4 teenagers. The house is a short ride to campus and very easy to navigate. Robin and Russ were very accommodating and responded very timely to my questions. It was very easy to access the property and the keyless entry is great for several guests to use. I would definitely recommend this property and would also love to stay next time we're in town.

Really fantastic experience in State College

We were up for the Kent State game. We really enjoyed the setting. Feels like your are at a mountain retreat but only 2.5 miles to Beaver Stadium and / or a short Uber to town. House well appointed with all you need for meals and entertaining. Great setting in yard with a fire pit that had all the tools to start and run the fire (paper, kindling, logs - wow!). If it had rained, they have a really nice screened in porch. Directions for the grill and fire pit too! They have thought of everything. I highly recommend this property.
