Elä kuin paratiisissa suoraan banaani-joella, uima-allas 150 metrin päässä rannasta

Asut 150 neliömetrin huoneistossa kaksikerroksisessa talossa. 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, täysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone ja Florida-huone. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuoteet. Olohuoneessa on sohva, joka muuttuu parivuodeksi. Pyyhkeet, rantapyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, kaikki on siellä. Koko asunto, jonka olemme luoneet rannatyyliin. Joten lomastasi oikein
alkaa ovelta. Siellä on iso puutarha, jossa upea uima-allas. Puutarha ja uima-allas on jaettu kahden yllä mainitun huoneiston kanssa. Upouusi, olemme rakentaneet kannen tiki-baarilla sinulle. Voit käyttää 2 kajakkia ja SUP: tä. Kajakit ja SUP jaetaan kahden yläpuolella olevan asunnon kanssa .. Voit suoraan puutarhasta joen varrella. Ehdottomasti hämmästyt ainutlaatuisella luonnolla. Voit katsella delfiinejä ja manaatteja läheltä. Tule meille paratiisiin!

Amazing location

We couldn't have asked for a better location, the place was set up wonderfully for a family, and the hosts were quick at answering any questions. The kids loved the pool.

Great cozy getaway

Great place to stay. Quiet, except people upstairs wit a child running around. Clean, well stocked and easy check in. Tv in bedroom not working. Pool clean and outdoor space very relaxing. Could have used instructions for check out, hope everything was left as excepted.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Goodland. The host is very friendly and helpful and the home is very clean and comfortable. We love the small town feel and look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful location on river walking distance to beach

We spent two nights here after a cruise and loved the location. The backyard and pool (that is shared with other rental properties) were gorgeous and provided us with outdoor living space or just the view we needed as we wound down from a week of cruise ship activity. The location - within a short walk to the Atlantic side of the area gave this area a unique feel. The property inside was clean and spacious. A choice you won't regret.

Awesome

Our stay was awesome. This place is a hidden gem and i want to keep it all to myself. I already am trying to find a week in 2025. Sitting on the river watching the birds and dolphins and walking to the beach for that view and shells galore. I even got to see the Spacex Falcon take off. We were not bothered by anyone m. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Friend weekend

This is my favorite place to go and relax anytime of year! I have rented this beautiful home 4 times in the last few years and each trip is better than the one before! The owner is so accommodating and responds promptly anytime you message! My friends and I had the very best time kayaking on the river and walking on the beach! We didn't see as many dolphins this trip but still saw a few! Everything is just as described in the information yet really way better!

Location great to explore on wheels

We enjoyed the views and location. Weather not on our side that week we where not able to enjoy the kayaks. But is was a great option had we had good weather. Owner was very accommodating with early check in request. Great property. There are people above and some creaking floors, a few small maintenance items. But good value on a 4 star property. It was a quit spacious 3 bed 2 bath.

Everything we were hoping for!

We had a very enjoyable time at this house. They location is perfect. We had wonderful a view, saw dolphins every day, and the kids loved the pool! Close proximity to stores and restaurants and the beach across the street was wonderful. Most days we practically had it to ourselves. The house was well kept, comfortable and had anything we could ever need. The owners were very quick to respond to all of our needs and checked with us during and after our stay to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be in touch if our travels bring us back to Cocoa Beach! Thank you!

Very Enjoyable Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Cresent Beach. The apartment was large, clean and the view from the back yard was beautiful. The only negative I would like to mention is the unit on the second level (above our unit) was noisy. The floors and deck creaked so we could hear movement at all hours of the day and night. This would not keep me from renting again because the place is so nice but the noise late at night and very early in the morning was annoying.

Bayside peaceful retreat

The house was as described, equipped with plenty of towels and cookware. Grill worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the evening sunset watching for dolphins and manatee, which we saw both several times over 2 days. Unfortunately, previous guest put bait in the freezer and the smell was still there. I won't hold this against the owners but to make guest aware of what not to do. We simply walked across the four lane road to the beach. Beach access was directly across the street from the corner. I highly recommend this rental for a stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Wonderful House in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Paradise. Only saw dolphins once and no manatees..... We loved the views of the river, the pool and the kayaks and paddleboards. We also enjoyed being able to walk to beach. I never managed to see a perfect sunrise or sunset (at the beach) but it was a little mission of mine to keep on trying. The house itself is lovely. The owners have decorated it so cheerily and colorfully with so many nice touches. Kitchen and house was well stocked with the basics. Loved all of the room it had and the sun room became our family game and puzzle room. Owners (despite the fact that they live in Germany) are very responsive, as is their local contact. If we are back in Cocoa Beach, we will definitely try and stay here again.

Another incredible stay in paradise

We have stayed at this property several times and it was another great stay. The owners are very friendly and extremely quick in responding. We usually stay in June but this year wanted to see what Cocoa was like in the winter. It was an amazing break from the sub zero temperatures of our home town at the time. We actually did alot of swimming in the ocean and hanging out at the beach. We were still able to comfortably kayak in the lagoon and we saw several dolphins. I love this property because of the amount of wildlife you see, even while sitting on the couch looking out the windows. Birds and dolphins fish all day around. The strip of land is so narrow here that nature really surrounds you. We found a really good breakfast place on the beach this time. Its called morning glory in satellite beach, definitely worth the scenic drive south. It exceeded our expectations to spend christmas here in paradise.

Great stay at an incredible property

We have been to this property several times and it never disappoints. Our kids have learned to swim in the pool, kayak in the indian river and surf in the ocean right across the street. This is an ideal location for outdoors people, beach bums like us, or if youre looking for a close place to stay to the many local attractions. This time we did the NASA Astronaut training experience and it was pretty awesome. We saw 3 rocket launches from banana river. We even saw some paratroopers jumping out of a C130 from the backyard. This is such a cool place to hangout. Theres always something to see or do. I think our favorite restaurants now are jazzys mainely lobster and the pig and whistle. Our family rented the upstairs unit too so we had a nice extended family stay. The owners are also very kind and responsive. They have always done everything they can do to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks again for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Nice & pretty much quiet

All was great except for a couple hiccups - first day, first use, one bath needed TP & bath soap, but we just bought some when we went to the store. The other issue is the top floor's floor not being insulated (or at least very little). We stayed on the first floor, the second floor has two units directly above. If you try to sleep in & the units above are early risers...you are going to hear them. Putting a pillow over your head only amplifies the noise. Kids running back and forth one morning (they checked out that day) and older kids/adults (who arrived late in the evening that day) who sounded like they weren't walking softly. But like I said, maybe the floors just have very little insulation. I'd recommend staying on the upper floor, but those are one bedroom/one bath. The bottom unit is the entire floor, three bedroom, two bath. Everything was spotless! The decor fabulous! The pool excellent! The kayaks great! Saw a dolphin swim by while relaxing in the lounge chairs out back. A nice, quiet environment, but we were only there for one full day, which we had the backyard & pool to ourself. So I can't speak about sharing the pool with others. Thankful we got the time away & got to stay in such an awesome place!

Top locatie! Onze eerste ochtend zwom er tijdens het koffie drinken heel dichtbij een manatee langs. Later zagen we ook dolfijnen zwemmen. Het huis is netjes en schoon en heeft een mooie tuin met zwembad. Ook hebben we een bezoek gebracht aan een lokale bar. Dit was een tip van de eigenaar. We hebben een hele gezellige avond gehad.

Excellent Property on the River

This is our second time here and it was amazing as expected. The home is in an excellent location and the amenities are exactly what we're looking for. The kayaks and paddle board on the river are the perfect touch for water activities and the short walk to the beach couldn't be easier.

Fun, short stay

The property is an older home that had plenty of space for my family. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms and we really enjoyed the pool and the view of the dolphins in the river. Walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and very easy to cross the road. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Our Favorite Place!

Our family Loves this place! This was our 2nd time staying here and everyone always feels right @ home. Beds are super comfortable & kitchen has everything you could possibly need, especially loved the new frig this year!You can not find a more relaxing place.Watching dolphins & stingrays in the river and so many beautiful birds from the gorgeous pool is especially cool!We will be back!
