Olemme tÀmÀn neljÀnnen kerroksen 2 BR 2BA -konsernin omistajat Emerald Isle Beach Clubilla. YksiköllÀmme (410) on suora nÀkymÀ Persianlahdelle olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta ja parvekkeelta. Kuvittele herÀÀvÀsi joka pÀivÀ nÀhdÀksesi kauniin Persianlahden veden ja valkoisen hiekkarannan. Katso kuvia nÀhdÀksesi tÀsmÀlliset nÀkymÀt huoneistoomme (napsauta saadaksesi tÀysikokoisen kuvatekstin). Nopea kÀvelymatka rakennusta pitkin vie sinut suurelle rannan uima-altaalle, yksityiselle rantatielle hiekkaan ja surffaukseen, piknikpatio hiiligrilla-grillillÀ, tenniskenttÀ ja Emerald Coastin upea valkoinen sokeri-hiekkaranta.

Koko Emerald Isle -kompleksi tehtiin vuoden mittainen peruskorjaus vuonna 2016 kaikilla uusilla liukuisilla lasiovilla, ikkunoilla, maalilla, hisseillÀ ja mukavuuksilla, joihin sisÀltyy luottokortteja hyvÀksyvÀt pesutulat. LisÀksi olemme tehneet yksiköllemme merkittÀviÀ pÀivityksiÀ, jotka sisÀltÀvÀt uudet olohuonekalusteet, taulu-digitaaliset televisiot olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa, uudet kaapelikanavat, olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa olevat kattotuulettimet, uusittu keittiö, uusittu isÀntÀkylpy sisÀÀnkÀynnistetyllÀ kaakeloidulla suihkulla, uudet turhamaisuudet molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa, ja tÀnÀ vuonna uusi maalikerros LR: ssÀ, DR: ssÀ ja keittiössÀ.

Vain 70 yksiköllÀ varustettu Emerald Isle on perheystÀvÀllinen ja kutsuva lumilintuihin. Yksikkömme sanoo "rannaloma" minuutilla, johon astut. TÀmÀ kaikki kaakeloitu huoneisto on nopea internetyhteys, parisÀnky makuuhuoneessa, queen 2nd BR; LR sisÀltÀÀ 50 "taulu-seinÀlle asennetun TV: n ja videonauhurin / DVD-soittimen. LR-vuodesohva aukeaa kuningatarvuodeksi. Keittiömme on tÀysin kalustettu, mukaan lukien 4 viipaleen leivÀnpaahdin, yhden kupin Keurig ja 12 kupin tippakahvinkeitin. Rantapalvelu (iso sateenvarjo ja 2 tuolia) sisÀltyy laitteen mukana 1.-31. Maaliskuuta, ja se asetetaan sinulle rannalla joka pÀivÀ. Kaunis uima-allas lÀmmitetÀÀn maaliskuussa ja huhtikuussa sekÀ lokakuussa ja marraskuussa.

Liukuovet olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta antavat pÀÀsyn parvekkeelle, josta on nÀkymÀ Persianlahden rannalle. Pieni patio, 4 tuolia ja 2 Adirondack-tuolia tarjoavat rentouttavan paikan viettÀÀ vapaa-aikaa, kuunnella aaltoja, nauttia aamukahvia ja katsella delfiinejÀ (yleinen nÀky).

Useat golfkentÀt sijaitsevat 20 mailin sÀteellÀ ja upeat ravintolat sijaitsevat lÀhellÀ Okaloosa-saarta. Tilausveneet syvÀnmeren kalastukseen ovat 5 minuutin pÀÀssÀ asunnosta. Fort Walton Beachin keskusta ja ostoskeskus ovat vain 10 minuutin pÀÀssÀ, Publix Grocery on 3-1 / 2 mailin pÀÀssÀ huoneistosta ja Tom Thumb -kauppa on kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ.

EC Rider, Okaloosa Islandin kauttakuljetuspalvelulla on bussipysĂ€kki (reitti 20 - pysĂ€kki 18 - purjekalastusmatka) aivan Emerald Isle Condosin edessĂ€ Santa Rosa kadulla. Bussit kulkevat maanantaista perjantaihin klo 7.30–18.30. MuistopĂ€ivĂ€ - työpĂ€ivĂ€, saapuvat jokaiseen pysĂ€kkiin 20 minuutin vĂ€lein. Talviaikataulut ovat hiukan erilaisia.

We stayed at this wonderful condo in Fort Walton Beach from July 2nd to July 7th and couldn’t have been more pleased! The unit was clean, cozy, and truly inviting. The owner has thought of everything—from local restaurant recommendations to fresh linens and a fully stocked kitchen, which made our stay feel just like home.The complex itself was quiet and well-maintained. The condo is conveniently located near the pool and just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful views of the water right from the unit.One of the standout aspects was how responsive and accommodating the owner was. They were able to adjust our reservation last minute so we could arrive earlier than originally planned, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Girls yearly getaway

Property was as advertised. Some construction, but we were given advanced info w/option of full refund. One minor parking problem but rectified. Condo was well furnished, view was awesome, convient to pool and beach. Looking forward to staying next year!

A GREAT Get-Away!

I was so happy to be able to rent from an owner/user directly rather than a company. I think the attention to the home's amenities and cleanliness showed through as well as the communication from the owner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The building was quiet and with the window/doorwall open, we could see and hear the waves - so relaxing! Being on the 4th floor, we did not have to wait for the elevator and mostly took the stairs anyway, which was not a problem. A cart was available to loud our things in as well as for our groceries. The beach was beautiful and having the chair/umbrella service was so nice! The walk to the beach is so short we didn't even need to bring much with us. We went during spring break but the beach was not crowded at all and was mostly families. We would definitely recommend this place and are hoping to come back! Thank you!!

Perfect family spot!

We loved it! The overall atmosphere is beach cottage cozy and relaxing. There's easy access per floor to parking, elevator, laundry, and trash. The building is smaller so we never had to wait for elevator, etc. The pool was never crowded. There's close access to beach and having reserved beach chairs and umbrella made it easy. The room ocean views are beautiful. They have so many conveniences prestocked for you. The beds were comfy including pull out sofa. We'd definitely stay here again! And Fort Walton Beach traffic and restaurants were much easier to maneuver than neighboring areas.

Beautiful stay

Lynne and Denny were very helpful. They always responded to my questions right away. Their home away from home is fully equipped with everything you need and very beautifully decorated. Great ocean views. We really enjoyed the beach service they provided. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The condo was gorgeous. It had everything we needed. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and from the master bedroom. It was really nice having the beach service and the extra chairs to take down with us. We had a really great time and would definitely stay here again!

Time in Ft. Walton

Hi - first of all we had a wonderful time during our stay at your condo in Ft. Walton. However, there are a couple of things I would like to address: We were disappointed that the condo was not beach front- there is a parking lot between the condo and beach. Secondly, there is no ramp to carry beach items. We had a rolling wagon and had to carry it up and down steps to & from the beach. Thirdly, it was very hot in the night while we tried to sleep. The thermostat was automatically turned off after 10 or so. Just a little disappointed in these things, but your place is very nice and we had a great time. Thanks

Great Experience

Absolutely loved the property. We've stayed in the area before and this Condo ranks with my top picks. The floor plan is great for a family and it's a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is good, and the beach service always makes the stay more convenient. It was great that there were miscellaneous beach toys and other chairs to use as well. Would highly recommend this property.

Easy check in, great communication with owner, great location close to the beach, walking distance to the beach. Property had a lot of extras and necessities. Great location & perfect size for a family

My family and I had a great stay at 410 Emerald Isle. I needed sleeping arrangements for teenage boys and girls, separately, and this layout was just what i was looking for. It was a perfect size for us, newly remodeled, quiet, clean and comfortable. The beach was an easy walk and not as crowded as the public areas nearby. We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella ready for us every day and the pool was nice for an evening swim. There are several restaurants in the area and it’s a short drive to all of the shops and restaurants in Destin The owners were easy to contact, responded promptly to my questions and were very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again!

New favorite place!

This was our first stay at the Fort Walton/Destin area and it beats the other beaches by a million! The condo was beautiful, everything was just as described! The renters were so easy to chat with and even made a personal call to us! We had the best time and will definitely be back!!!! Highly Recommend!!!

We loved this condo. The view was beautiful. It was so clean. The owners were super accommodating! I would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect little getaway for our family! The view of the beach was beautiful from our balcony and condo was very clean and spacious! Will definitely be staying here again!!

First beach stay

My husband and I are retired educators and Pennsylvania natives who also lived on and operated a farm in Central PA for 30 years. In 2008 we moved to California to be close to our family (including our 2 grandsons). When they moved to Tennessee in 2013 we followed. We discovered the proximity and beauty of the Gulf Coast in 2014 and fell in love with the white sand and clear emerald waters of the Gulf. We became the owners of this condo in July 2015 and are excited to share it with others.

We LOVE Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach; they're less crowded than both Pensacola Beach (about an hour West) and Destin (just 8 miles East.) Okaloosa Island and FWB are family-oriented, with lots of activities. It's a reasonably short distance to/from our home in TN. When we found Emerald Isle, we felt that it would be just right for us: not too big, plenty of comfortable amenities, but without the impersonal "resort" feel of some of the larger complexes. We love the idea of having a little "piece of "paradise" on the beach" for our family to enjoy as our grandchildren grow up.

Okaloosa Island is an unincorporated community on Santa Rosa Island, Okaloosa County, Florida. The island community uses Fort Walton Beach as a mailing address but is not actually part of that city. It is part of Florida's Emerald Coast and features spectacular sugar-white sand beaches.

The Island is bordered on the north by the Santa Rosa Sound Narrows (plus the cities of Fort Walton Beach & Mary Esther.) Choctawhatchee Bay & the city of Destin are our immediate neighbors to the Northeast & East. Our big beautiful "neighbors" to the south are the pristine white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy water sports of all sorts in the area: swimming, boogie boarding, parasailing, snorkeling, & charter boat trips.

The 1262 ft long Okaloosa Island fishing pier is two miles “down the street” from the condo. The pier includes a shade structure, bait & tackle shop, pole rentals & restrooms. Since the pier has a commercial fishing license, you DO NOT need to buy a separate Florida fishing license to fish from it . You do have to pay a small fee as a part of admission if you want to fish. Rods, reels, and bait also are available.

NOTE: You do need a current Florida license (visitor/shoreline 3-day, 7-day, or annual pass) to fish from other places such as surf, sound, or freshwater. Visitors' licenses are available online or at local sporting good stores, bait shops, Walmart, & more.

Gulf Coast life is enjoyable year round. There are activities & adventures, festivals & fun every season of the year.

A Tom Thumb convenience store is only a 5 minute walk east on Santa Rosa Blvd. Open 6 am - 11 pm, it has lots of essentials like snacks, milk, bread, eggs, soft drinks, sandwiches, beer, frozen foods, fresh brewed coffee, fresh fruit, fishing tackle & bait, bulk ice, beach supplies, sundries, plus an ATM. Need more? Publix Grocery is just 2 1/2 miles across the Brooks Bridge. Downtown Fort Walton Beach has numerous shops, & restaurants.
