We had a wonderful stay. Clean condo comfortable arrangements. The check in process was nice and easy. We loved the grounds with all the plants and water features. And having a short walk to the beach in either direction was just amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at North Coast Village! The room was clean and the A/C in the bedroom was very nice! The view off the balcony was a bit misleading, as the curtains were closed in the picture, and we imagined it was looking out to the ocean, instead it is overlooking the parking lot. There was a section of the amenities that said there were two tv’s (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room). There was just one in the living room. We loved all the beach equipment available to use. Thank you! :)

Perfect place for two seniors.

The location as fantastic. B110 is well decorated and equipped with every thing you need. The place was nice and clean. The people are very friendly (neighbors and staff) are very nice. Our favorite activity is walking along the beach and enjoying the beautiful blue sky. Our favorite restaurant is the Crab Shack. The weather is a bit cool (70 in the afternoon cooling down at night) but is perfect for us. We will stay here again assuming everything gets worked out between Canada and the US.Thanks for sharing your place with us.Diane and Geoff

The only two things good about this property were how clean it was and how close to the beach it was. Otherwise I would rate it one star. To start, the walls are paper thin so if you are unlucky enough to get a noisy neighbor as we were, you can hear their every movement. The AC is not original so the installation that was added is extremely noisy and we could not have it on at night. While I don't mind outdated furnishings, these were both outdated, cheap and uncomfortable. Not one surface that you sit or sleep on was comfortable. The armchair has a broken spring so it was unusable. The couch was bad and the dining table chairs were barely tolerable. The mattress in the bedroom was rock hard and the mattress for the fold out couch was as noisy as it was uncomfortable. If you just need a place to crash and you're going to spend most of your time elsewhere and at the beach, this may be worth your while but otherwise this place is not worth it.

The grounds were clean, beautifully landscaped, beach front in a less crowded great spot, convienant parking, nice unit, loved the bedroom AC, nice shower, comfy bed, great condo for our family. The owner was quick to respond with answers when needed. I will defiently rent this unit and in North Coast Village again.

Property is awesome. Pools and amenities are top notch. Hot tub is wonderful. The condo was not. Pictures have a pull out couch and that is not the case when you arrive. Two single bed couches that no one can really sit or sleep on. Furniture overall in living room is unusable. Disappointing. We actually had it booked for Memorial Day weekend and cancelled because of this. Would stay at property again but not this condo.

Good, not amazing

The property didn’t overlook the ocean from the side we were booked on, and the train passed 100x per day. As well, no toiletries are given to guests, just hand and dish soap. All of the hangers were pretty ratty as well. Also host was out of salt and pepper. My grandma is handicapped and we have to use the elevator. Ours went out 2 days into our stay and we had to go all the way to the other side of the units every time. The water was also scheduled to go out the day we were leaving due to maintenance. But all in all, the place was clean, the shower was hot, there were ample dishes, the oven worked great, and we were really close to the ocean.

Condo suffers from neglect

North Coast Village is a very nice development, well designed and very secure. However this unit desperately needs some TLC. The advertised TV in the bedroom does not exist any longer ( a HUGE disappointment) , the living room lamps were too small for reading and one did not work at all, one of the bedroom lamps flickered constantly on high, making reading in bed very difficult. The bathroom fan is extremely loud,and the control knobs on the heaters are missing, requiring use of pliers to turn on and off. Also there are very loud trains going by every ten minutes or so in the night.This is admittedly beyond the owner's control, but the many other complaints (there are more which I will also advise the owner of) could and should be dealt with.

Ants and noisey neighbers

Ants crawling all over us on day one tried calling the owner no callback. Bought about $30 of ant killer and cleaning supplies. We rented the place for the month of Aug 2022. This place is so over priced. The living room furniture sucked was uncomfortable as hell the two little tiny couches that make into a tiny little bed that no one could use except a little kid. We packed up our clothes and left two weeks early just wasn't nice enough to stay there when the owner finally got a hold of us he said maybe I can give you some of the money back but I don't have to so I know he did this he rented it out for the last two weeks to somebody else and keep all my money to what a friggin joke

Property is very nice. Pool is great. Condo not so great

This experience has been very bad. We checked out of the condo half way through or vacation. Our biggest complaint was the couch. We had to stack pillows and blankets on top of the couch so that we could sit on it. Otherwise we sat so far down that we couldn’t get back out of it. The big nice tv in front of the couch was good. But...We had to watch tv in the bed on the little tv because the couch was so bad. The owners have never replied back to us. We sent 2 messages and we have been home a week and still no response. The condo had a lot of issues. Like urine around the toilet, rusted out shelves in the bathroom. The window in the main room had vertical blinds that were a mess. We had no privacy with them. They were all twisted and broken. The room had a train just outside that window with a lot of very very loud trains coming and going all day and til late at night. The rugs on the floor had holes in them and the floor had a big piece of loose wood where the tile and vinyl floor adjoined. I hope I can ad photos so you can see what I’m talking about. I feel like I should have been refunded for the whole vacation but I only asked for a refund on the nights we stayed in a hotel down the road. This condo ruined our vacation and the owners can’t bother to get back to us. The kitchen has been remodeled and is nice. Crazy to fix big items and leave smaller items in poor condition.

Extremely disappointed in this property. I assumed there would be a TV in the master bedroom as there is in the 6 other properties that my kids were staying in. No dishwasher. No trash bags, etc. Broken TV, Remote, sliding glass screen. The fry pans didn't even lay flat on the flat stove top. The chairs for the beach were rusty and old. We bought our own TV at Walmart for the trip and after the owners refused any solution. We bought trash bags and paper towels to stock the place. For so little the owners could bring this up to standards, but refuse. I have been to the other units on the property 5 times and always very happy. This time I hated were I was staying. Shame on you for not disclosing what people assume is included but is not included in your property. We will never be back with you.

Unit was amazing and just what we were hoping for. Great location, quiet atmosphere, beautiful property. Housekeeping could have been better. Unit needed a deep clean, carpets and floor grout were both dirty and some mildew build up in corner of shower door. Nothing that ruined our stay but just needed some attention. Otherwise we had a great time and will definitely do it again

Nice complex, but the unit we were in was in the very back with the metro across the street and road to beach dir behind us. Unit was not clean..filthy carpets, mildew in shower. Unit not up to vrbo standards.

This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room/ storage for our things so we could really make it like home. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are awesome amenities. Having an assigned spot in the parking garage really took the stress out of finding a parking spot. This place is really good for families: the host has really thought of everything you might need for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys for the sand, and beach towels). There is a regular coffee pot and two frosting mugs in the freezer for beverages. There are also kid friendly dishes and a pack and play and more. Some others complained about the noise from the train , but it wasn’t issue for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
