Nautittuaksesi hyvän yöunen king size-hirsisängyssä, haluat tehdä siitä kotisi poissa kotoa! Aloita päivä kupilla kahvia katetulla kuistilla katsomassa auringonnousua puiden läpi. Pysy piilossa tai uskalla lähteä pikkukaupunkiin Heleniin, joka sijaitsee vain 6 mailin päässä Bear Hugista. Keskusta on täynnä ravintoloita, kauppoja ja nähtävyyksiä. Vietä päivä käymällä paikallisissa viinitiloissa tai vaellukselle yhdellä alueen monista polkuista. Unicoin osavaltion puisto sijaitsee vain kilometrin päässä matkustamosta, joten lomamatka Anna Rubyn putoukselle on erittäin kätevää. Lukuisat erämaa-alueet ja valtion puistot, joissa on polkuja ja vesiputouksia, sijaitsevat helpon ajomatkan päässä.

Bear Hugin oksaiset mäntyseinät on korostettu taiteellisesti muotoillun lintuhuoneiston kokoelmalla olohuoneessa ja keittiössä. Very secluded, clean, comfortable bed!, nice hot tub(ask to have it warmed up before you arrive), small propane grill that works!, fire pit (I suggest you buy some wood because the wood on the ground around is too big and or rotted), 12 cup coffee maker(filters provided) long with a Keurig. Bring sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash. I strongly suggest that you go to Anna Ruby Falls(beautiful) and the town of Helen.

Romantic Get Away

The cabin was so cute! The hot tub was immaculate. My husband and myself are both clean freaks and I was so happy to see the hot tub was so clean along with the entire cabin. We stayed over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully equipped for that! I bright so many kitchen items that I thought I would need but the kitchen was very well equipped. Bed was comfy too. We def plan to come back! Very close to downtown Helen.

Relaxing seclusion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bear Hug is a great place to escape. Make sure to check out it's location during daylight or you will never find it. We enjoy romantic fires in the fireplace and the hot tub was wonderful after hiking for the day. There are many beautiful waterfalls in the area to hike to. Overall, the cozy cabin was very nice. It rained most of the nights that we were there and the rain on the metal roof was very loud but I don't think I've slept that sound in years. The cabin on the surface was clean but could use a nice spring cleaning. The dust on the drapes and headboard gave my dust allergies a workout.Check in was easy and the minor problems we had we taken care of easily thru the emergency number. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our time. Quiet close to town. It was funny dodging the acorns from the squirrels above on the back deck. It was a little tricky to find at first, but other than that nice place.

Not too far from anything, but it seemed like you were secluded. There are cabins nearby, but you feel like you are the only cabin around. It was our 20th anniversary and the GMR team left us a nice gift! It was so thoughtful! We love staying with GMR. Everything is always great. It was such a cute little cabin. The only thing I could say is they probably need to get a few more pans and some cooking utensils. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful and cozy stay

My wife and I chose this cabin for our 24th wedding anniversary 4 day weekend. The cabin was very nice and peaceful. Perfect size for a peaceful romantic getaway. The cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub was wonderful even in the middle of summer. We enjoyed using the back patio grill as well. This property really had all you needed. It was so nice being very close to Helen but yet still far enough away that you did not have any of the traffic or noise. My only recommendations/suggestions are the pots and pans are old and worn and could be updated/replaced, there were flickering lights in the bedroom CF and living room CF, and the mattress needs to be replaced (the middle sags).

Very nice!

The cabin has everything that is needed to stay a long weekend minus food. The bathroom has plenty of room and plenty of hot water, Clean! It’s in a quiet area also. I recommend this to anyone that has a couple of nights to get away from the hassle at home. I’m not much for walking around in Helen because I don’t consider that rest, I’d rather lay around in the cabin. Oh yeah the hot tub is awesome also private and clean.
