Fabulous 11. kerroksessa Tommy Bahama tyylinen huoneisto on suora näköala lahdelle vuonna kysytty Esteron Beach ja Tennis Club. Katso suoraan ylle kauniisti hoidettuja puutarhoja ja laaja valkoinen hiekkaranta parvekkeelta tai makuuhuone Gulf. Varhain aamulla katsella delfiinejä ja manaatit ilonpito matala, lämpimät vedet Persianlahden kun Pelicans ja kalasääsken metsästää kalaa. Jälkeen rentouttava päivä jauhemainen valkoinen hiekkaranta tai hauska päivä kaupungissa, nauttia upea Persianlahden auringonlaskuja mukavasti omalla parvekkeella siemaillen jääkylmää Sundowners.

Very nice studio type room. The balcony view was amazing. The complex is in the process of recovering from the hurricane and is coming along nicely. The host was great to work with.

Great view

We stayed for a week in February.We love sitting on the balcony that has a wonderful view of the gulf and pool. Condo was comfortable and clean. There was still construction going on but everyone was friendly and the construction noise was minimal. They have done a great job recovering from Ian. We have already booked our next trip.

This is the second year at EBT and the condo was very well maintained with everything we needed. Was not happy that we didn’t get to book for the next year. We were there 1 day and requested rebook for 2023 and it was already gone

Pickleball

We played Pickleball every morning and went to the beach all afternoon and watched the sunset at night. Fabulous! There was alot of construction going on from the hurricane and the pool was not quite ready but we still had a great time. Very comfortable.

OUR GETAWAY

Went to Ft Myers for a short Vacation . Really didnt plan to do much except be in a nice warm area with a nice condo , close to beach , with an ocean view , and relax- whether at pool or on beach. All our expectations were fulfilled. The condo was nicely decorated, had all the amenities that we desired , and were real happy with it . Unfortunately , Ft Myers is still rebuilding but that didnt bother us as we really didnt venture out of the area too much .

Great beach vacation

Condo was absolutely accurate to online post. It was awesome having the beach right there and the sunsets were unbelievable. The strip mall across the street had great places to eat. I think we tried them all. Traffic and construction were a little daunting but we made it through. Our property owner was wonderful to work with and responded back very quickly.

Bit of Paradise

The view from the balcony, the white sugar sand and the tasteful furnishing of the 11th floor condo made this vacation one we will fondly remember. The host was most responsive to any questions we had regarding the condo and made us feel that we were welcome to share his home. The Estero Blvd location is easily accessible to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and because it is across the street from Santorini Plaza, the ice cream concoctions served at Truly Scrumptious. This was an A+ getaway.

Outstanding Experience!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this magical place!!! We have already booked our stay for next year! The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The common areas in the building are also well maintained. The furniture and king-sized bed are very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. The bathroom is spacious and has a wonderful walk-in shower. The condo is equipped with everything we needed for a day on the beach, sitting on the deck, or cooking a meal. The best part of all is the fabulous view of the Gulf directly out the sliders!!! We spent so many hours drinking our morning coffee or toasting the sunset from our private deck. We even watched dolphins swimming and jumping in the Gulf! It is truly a special place!! Niall was an amazing host!! It’s obvious that he takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for his guests! He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations for some really fun restaurants and places to go. The condo and surroundings exceeded our expectations and we are excitedly looking forward to our stay next year!!!

Great view, nice beach, building is tired

This unit has a great view, and the beach is nice. But the building is tired and old. The elevator is extremely loud (bring earplugs to sleep). You'll also need to bring toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dish cloths / towels. Also you might want to bring a coffee maker, because the one in the unit was coated with calcium. The owner was responsive to all of our emails, and returned our security deposit without any problems. We will go back to Fort Meyers, but we will try another place next time.

Great view

We loved sitting on the balcony- from watching dolphins to watching the beautiful sunsets The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils to cover most meals. No spices are provided except for salt and pepper but the Publix grocery is only a couple miles down the road. There are quite a few restaurants across the street and a great ice cream spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the beach chairs or umbrella but they were available. There is a large styrofoam cooler but would suggest a small six pack cooler be added for easier carrying. We enjoyed our week so much we have already booked for longer next year! Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo and looking forward to next year.

Exactly as described and anticipated

Great view of the gulf. Condo is as pictured. Kitchen had what we needed though nothing fancy. (May recommend folks to bring their own or for condo to supply more plastic utensils/cups/plates and maybe a cooler if you plan on doing any trips away from the condo. Folks staying at the condos were incredibly friendly. Pool was heated and a great spot for us with our 8 month old. Condo is located across the street from decent restaurants, though the island seems to be lacking in great restaurants overall. 7-11 and well stocked CVS within a 5 minute walk. Rays pizza was a good deliver. Condo owner was prompt in responses and gave us the information we needed. Memorizing access codes to enter building and condo was s bit overwhelming at first but then we didn't need to worry about keys the rest of our stay and with trips to the beach in our suits, a hidden perk!

Condo was ready and as described, but property not yet there, in our opinion to rent out.

The owner did say that his condo was ready and refinished since the hurricane. And it was. Very nice place. But the condo site / building we felt wasn’t even close to being ready. The beach to us, wasn’t ready and the pool had just gotten filled but dirty. There was still construction fencing around the pool. I do understand that a hurricane has devastated the hurricane . But I don’t believe that the property is ready for people to rent out. There is a lot of on site construction going on with large temp power cables throughout the property. There is absolutely nothing to do on the Island. Again , the owners place was nice but surrounding area had a way to go. Also the owner did refund 1/2 our money back for the 2 weeks we were going to stay. We only stayed 1 night and left. We have communicated back and forth with the owner and we have a difference of opinion, on the property’s condition to rent.

Great beach condo

We had a very enjoyable vacation at this beautiful beach condo. It was well furnished, comfortable and included everything we needed for the beach. Sitting on the balcony to relax and take in the view was awesome. We like this end of Fort Myers because it is much less congested than the north end, still has good restaurants, and lots of birds to watch in the pond nearby.

Great location on FMB

The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed. The view of the gulf from the condo is terrific and the beach is excellent. This complex is in a good location on the island, as the traffic is often heavy further north. Also, there are many retail and restaurant options across the street from the complex. This was a great choice for us!

Fun in the sun

This property is exactly as it appears online! We were very happy with our choice of this unit. It is located right on the beach which is very important to us!! It is also located across the street from a strip mall which housed some very good restaurants, shops, and a Farmer's Market on T/Th. As we did not have a car it was very nice to be able to walk to restaurants. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had regarding our stay! If we ever come back to this area I would not hesitate to stay here again! We had a lovely time!

My husband and I just had a wonderful time on this beautiful property, and we had to FORCE ourselves to leave!! It's a beautiful condo with an excellent view. The owner is a very nice man and was quick to respond to our communication. You will enjoy your stay and we HIGHLY recommend this place!

Outstanding view of the gulf from a very clean and beautifully decorated studio.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and were blessed with spectacular weather. The studio has everything you need for preparing your own meals and the king size bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner needed the help of both ceiling fans, but the room was always comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for easy access to the beach.

Great views of the gulf and beach, wonderful sunsets. Great new bathroom and shower.

Our main priority in choosing a condo for our stay was that we wanted an unobstructed view of the beach and sunsets, we were not disappointed in this regard with our choice, the views were amazing. It was well located directly on the beach frontage, close to several good restaurants and supermarkets. The condo was well equipped although coffee making facilities were available, there was no kettle only a minor point but would be a benefit. The updated bathroom was very good with a large walk in shower. The Complex has its own pool although we didn'tmake use of it as we preferred the beach. Overall would recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo with a great view!

Very nice condo. From the 11th floor, you can watch dolphins swim by and see lots of cormorants, seagulls and Roseate Spoonbills. The condo balcony is positioned perfectly to watch the sunset each evening. It's rather charming to listen to the residents blow their conch shells each evening during the sunset! Location was very good. A Seven Eleven and a movie theater very close. A nice shopping strip across the street with several nice restaurants. Some road construction on Estero Blvd to the Times Square Area of Fort Myers Beach. Be sure to take the Trolley until it's cleared up. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. Very well stocked with cooking utensils and plates, cups and drinking cups. Beach towels, umbrellas' and lounge chairs were provided for the beach. Only small negative was the condo was not cooled by wall ducts. It's a unit that is attached to the wall in the living room area. It's plenty large enough to cool the whole condo, but kind of chilly when sitting right by it. Ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom area. Working with Mr. Niall Meadows was very easy.

Beautiful place to vacation!

We had a beautiful vacation at Estero Beach & Tennis Condo! The listing description was accurate and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our condo was beautifully decorated, very clean & maintained and furnished with everything imaginable we could need. The beach is the best in the area! Wonderful bird sanctuary to watch, great sunsets, shelling, and many, many walks on the beach. The owner provided great customer service and even called to see if everything was alright after a storm we had in our area. I would recommend the property to my friends and relatives. We enjoyed having Santini Plaza so close and enjoyed all the Restaurants and shops they had. We also liked the crafts show they had once a week. We visited Sun Harvest Citrus Co., Sundance Orchid Nursery, Exotic Orchid Nursery, Ft. Myers Butterfly Garden, Sanibel Island, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, and Trolley Car Rides to The Fishing Pier and Nervous Nellies Restaurant.
