MISSÄ SE ON
Red Dirt sijaitsee East Hampton / Amagansett -rajalla, 3 km: n päässä parhaista valtameren rannoista, sekä kylistä että lahden rannoista.

SIJAINEN KESKUS
Se on nopea, kaunis matka maantieltä Main Beachille, Louse pointiin, Albertin ja Barnesin laskuihin, Three Mile Harboriin, trendikkään East Hamptonin kylään tai unisempaan Amagansettiin. Kaikki nämä kohteet ovat 5–7 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja välttyvät tungosta kyläliikenteestä.

Talo itsessään
Kun lähestyt taloa, näet ensin takakannen liukusäätimillä olohuoneeseen. Jatka pitkin ja ympäri tiili-punaista etuovea, hae avaimesi lukkorasiasta - ja olet kotona.

Talo on vasta remontoitu, säilyttäen alkuperäisen luonteensa, upouudessa avoimessa keittiössä ja syvällä kylpyammeella. Siinä on keskusilma, mutta myös kattoikkunat, jotka toimivat kaukosäätimellä, raikasta tuulen maksimoimiseksi. (Ei hätää sateesta - kattoikkunat sulkeutuvat automaattisesti, kun he havaitsevat sateen.)

Päätasolla löydät: olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö ja kylpy. Keittiö avautuu ruokailutilaan ja sen ulkopuolelle olohuoneeseen ja kannelle. Etuoven lähellä on kunnostettu kylpyhuone, jossa on seetrivuorattu suihku,

Kolme makuuhuonetta ovat kahdella erillisellä tasolla. Kaksi ovat muutaman askeleen pääosan yläpuolella: päällikkö, jolla on queen-vuode ja oma kansi; lasten kanssa pari erillistä vuodetta ja suuri kokoelma leluja ja lapsi valaistu.
Kolmas makuuhuone on omalla tasollaan muutaman askeleen alaspäin päästä. Siinä on queen-vuode, iso oleskelualue ja liukusäätimet ulkoterassille ja pihalle.

Uusi liotusastia on päämakuutasolla
Setri vuorattu suihku pääkerroksessa kylpy. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on myös sisäänkäynti suoraan ulkopuolelta, jos haluat pestä hiekan tuomatta sitä muuhun taloon.

Kirjasto on ylimmässä kerroksessa. Se on hyvin varustettu kirjoilla ja isoilla mukavilla lukutuolilla.

Koko talossa on erinomainen wifi, tietokone kirjastossa, tv ja äänijärjestelmä pääkerroksessa, DVD-ja CD-kokoelma alla olevassa kaapissa.

Siellä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, astianpesukone, grilli ja uimarannat (tuolit, jäähdytin, rantapyyhkeet)

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks. It’s perfectly located as you have the peace of the wooded area (owls and deer included!) and yet you are so near to the beautiful beaches! Louse point was especially beautiful and so close. The owners are so easy to communicate with and very accommodating! They also supply everything you could possibly need to enjoy paddle boarding on beautiful Gardeners Bay and bikes to explore! The house was sooooo comfortable and clean, and we immediately felt right at home! Kitchen is fully stocked for ease of cooking and of course you are close to many great eateries as well. Everything from beaches, hiking, restaurants, and shopping is just minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the Springs area! And don’t forget to visit the farmers market every Saturday…. Just down the road ! Wonderful experience for people who appreciate nature and love to be active outdoors….so much to do! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the holidays

We spent a week at this lovely home over the holidays. It was just what we needed-quiet, homey with a wood-burning fireplace, nice views of the yard, and close to the beaches, parks, golf and shopping in both East Hampton and Amagansett. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

Tranquil getaway close to everything

My family of 4 stayed for a week over Thanksgiving to get away and explore the east end of Long Island. We had the best time and can't say enough about our experience. The location is very quiet and secluded but a quick trip to Amagansett and East Hampton downtowns. The house itself was extremely clean and all of the furnishings were top quality. The cleanliness was especially important during COVID. In addition, hand sanitizer, gloves, and Clorox wipes were all available for us to use during our stay. Lastly, and most important, the property manager Naomi was extremely warm and responsive, making us feel like staying with family. Because we were staying over Thanksgiving, she even had a brand new roasting pan waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a meaningful gesture. We look forward to staying again!

One of the nicest homes we've rented: everything clean, tasteful, and thoughtful.

We had a great time at Naomi's house. It was comfortable and inviting, clean, with so many nice touches that indicate an incredibly thoughtful owner. Naomi's house has everything you need for a great stay in the Hamptons including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, and even boogie boards. But it's also the little touches that count: even though we had brought COVID supplies, bug spray toiletries, etc. she has all that in case you forget! We brought our own bikes, but she has those too! Communication with Naomi, including check in, was quick and easy; she's very responsive. I highly recommend staying at Red Dirt Road!

First on the short list for when we return to East Hampton

Firstly - Naomi - Naomi is the perfect host. What a pro! It was evident she cared about our stay and our comfort as much as she cares about her beautiful property. Naomi was there via text and phone prior and during our stay just checking that we had arrived and had everything we needed. It was obvious she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, which we were! She provided us with everything we could need and then some - no stone was left unturned... Secondly- the house - The house itself was very well equipped and beautifully furnished with GREAT appliances! We loved every square inch - including what was offered inside and outside on the grounds - the hammocks on the front lawn, the swing in the back, the library upstairs, the sun deck off the bedroom…the list goes on and on. It’s safe to say there was nothing we didn’t enjoy. Thirdly, the location - Tucked away in the woods of East Hampton, the property is private, quiet, and picturesque and is located just a short ride into town and about 15 minutes from Hither State Beach. When we make plans to come back to East Hampton next year, Naomi's property is first on the list to check availability. Thank you Naomi for a wonderful time. See you guys next time!

Quiet and Comfortable House in Springs

Naomi’s house was super comfortable for all of us. The house is well maintained, has a well stocked kitchen, and, more than ample bedding and towels. The upstairs library was great for my husband so he could escape every so often and get a little work done. We enjoyed both the bay beaches and ocean beaches that are nearby as the house had plenty of chairs and beach supplies for us to use. There is a great pizza place that we ordered from but we grilled lots of food too. The house is in a great location, farm stands were a quick ride away, as was the Town of East Hampton. But with all that the hammock was the most relaxing! Naomi was wonderful, she really made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She addressed any concerns immediately and she even made sure my kids had art supplies! In addition to the toys and electric train set that my son loved putting together!

The perfect retreat in the Hamptons

Naomi's home is the ideal rental for anyone who loves the beauty of the Hamptons, but also appreciates peace and quiet. The location is ideal — a 15-minute bike ride to the ocean, but far from the traffic and bustle of downtown East Hampton — and there are wonderful farm stands and country stores nearby. The house has been sensitively renovated, and we make very good use of her beautiful kitchen. There's also central air conditioning: valuable on the hottest days, though often it's best to just let the fresh air in through the screen doors. We can't wait to come back.

Great house, excellent location

I recently had a guest from Italy visiting for just over 2 weeks and they stayed in this house. The location is perfect if you want to be centrally located as the description says, you really can drive just about anywhere from this location. The house itself is well kept and in very good condition. It is also very spacious with plenty of room. The owner was very friendly and accommodating as we needed to extend our stay and did so without hesitation. I highly recommend this house!

Tony and Naomi work in the film industry, our son Leo is a college student. East Hampton is one of our favorite places on Planet Earth. We love to hang out together with family and friends, cooking or doing 'projects', large and small.
It makes us happy to share our home with others wanting to enjoy a relaxed and lovely retreat.

The Springs is low-key Hamptons and Red Dirt Road is in its least populated heart. We are totally private, but 3 minutes to the bay, 5 to the ocean and 5 to both sleepy Amagansett and posh EH. We love the quiet of our home, the many paths through the surrounding woods and the homeyness of or neighborhood -And it's fun to sometimes go fancy.

Red Dirt has a special design we found nowhere else during our hunt. It’s a 'zig-zag' split, with four separate levels just a few stairs up or down from one another, creating a lovely balance of privacy and connectedness.
