Beautiful, well equipped house in a great location
Silverleaves Sensation is a beautiful family stay in a great location close to the beach and corner store. The house was really clean and very well maintained. The garden was beautiful and the front deck perfect for morning coffee listening to the bird song. We stayed with our 3 ternagers but the house is large enough for 2 families and very well set up for families with teenagers. Ours really enjoyed the pool/snooker table and arcade games ($1 required). Our dog loved watching the world go by from the enclosed front deck. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and good quality appliances and coffee machines. The large clean BBQ was great. Comfy beds with nice bed linen. We will stay again and recommend this place very highly

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good and property is a good size. We were not impressed with the accommodation especially when it comes to cleanliness. We have already sent our feedback to the property management company

nice and large for big family or multiple people to stay at, lots of games and also has a pool table for everyone to enjoy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with the house, as obtaining a location for 11 to 12 people is not easy. Home suited us perfectly. Pago from First National Real Estate was simply marvellous in the behind the scenes work she did in securing this property for us, and I cannot thank her enough. Well done to all concerned.John S.

A great house in a quiet location only 2km from Cowes.
This property is roomy and well appointed. It's in a great quiet location with a local store only two doors away. A 2km walk into Cowes can be done along the beach or straight up Settlement Rd into the heart of Cowes. The double lockup garage is excellent. The kids are well catered for with electronic gaming machines in multiple rooms, and for the adults a nice pool table upstairs is just perfect. The beds are on the firm side but the rooms are large and there are three full bathrooms. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well appointed. Overall, I would stay there again with no hesitation and my traveling companions agree. The agent, First National, is very good to deal with too. Recommended.
